Introduction
The Model H7507 Extension Wing with Router
Table fits the G1023, G0444 Series, G0575 and
G0576 Table Saws. It features an 18" x 27" pre-
cision ground cast iron surface and fence rail
mounted support legs.
Assembly
To supplement these written instructions, please
refer to the exploded view diagram on the back of
this page.
1. Remove existing right extension wing and the
square tube attached to the front rail.
2. With the help of an assistant, lift the router
table extension wing and attach it to the table
saw with three 3⁄8" bolts, lock washers, and
flat washers. Finger tighten.
3. Lay a straightedge over the table saw table
and extension wing and adjust to ensure the
two table surfaces are equal in plane.
Note: Refer to wing leveling in your table saw
manual for additional information.
4. Use the holes in the sides of the extension
wing to mark the hole location on the front
and rear fence rails.
5. Remove the extension wing and drill 3⁄8" holes
through the rails where marked.
6. Attach the wing to the table as described in
Step 2, and attach the rails with the two 3⁄8"
hex bolts, flat and lock washers, and hex
nuts.
7. Install the adjustable feet in the bottom of the
legs.
8. Position the leg at the end of the fence rail.
Use the holes at the top of the leg as a tem-
plate to drill 3⁄8" holes through the bottom of
the rail.
9. Countersink the tops of these holes to fit the
two 1⁄4-20 flat head screws, then secure the
legs and adjust the feet to support the rails.
10. Replace the square tube on the rail.

11. Mount your router to the bottom of the exten-
sion wing as shown in Figure 2.
12. Set the table insert into the table recess.
