Latch the clamp before riding.
Pull out the handlebar from the fasteners
Open the top protve cover,pr
the handlebar into the T bar. It will snap into a appropriate place.
Close the protve cover.
Unlatch the handlbar clamp.
Prress down on the handlebar

Latch the handlebar clamp to secure.
Moung the steering wheel handlebar
Adjung the height of the handlebar stem
ATTENTION! The product can only be used when the locking  has
“snapped” into one of the three holes provided for this purpose, and then the
stem has been securger of accident!

Unlatch the clamp.
Pull the folding lever up and pull the stem down towards the deck.
(Tips: you can step on the deck and pull the stem with on hand.)
Latch the clamp.
Place one ffoot on the deck.
To brake, release the grip or depress the brake lever or jam on the rear brake.
Locate the kickstand on the side of thescooter’s deck.
