IMPORTANT
Do not tighten up all the screws until each part is properly assembled.
You should keep Hex Wrench in the safe place as you may need to tighten up
the Head Cap Bolts in the future.
STEP 1
STEP 2
Attach the Upper Back Stretcher (D.),
Front Rail (E), Middle Back Stretcher (G)
Lower Back Stretcher (H) and Fix Shelf(J)
to the Side Frame (C). Tighten Head Cap
Bolt.
Slide the Back Panel (I) in place.

Tighten Head
Cap Bolt by
Hex Wrench.

Attach 4 Casters to the side of the
Bottom (F) with Wood Screws(A),
put the 2 Casters with brakes
in front as you first need to lock
the cart from moving.
Attach the Side Frame L.(B) to the Assembled Unit
then tighten Head Cap Bolt .
Attach the Bottom (F) to the Assembled Unit
and tighten Head Cap Bolt.

Place the Top on the assembled body
and tighten all the Head Cap Bolt through
the Side Frame (B),(C).
Slide the Drawer(L) in places.

Attach the Handle Arms (M) using Head Cap
Bolts from the inside and slide the Round Arm
(N) in place.
Attach the Door (K) to the Fix Shelf (J) and
Bottom (F) using Spring Pin Hinge.
Attach the Door and Drawer Pull Handles
using the Machine Screws.

Cover all holes with
Wood Plugs

MAKE SURE ROLLER
IS ON THE BACK

Line up Side Parts (L3)and(L4)to the
Front Part (L1) and Back Part (L2). Be sure to
follow the ‘Arrow’ sign sticker on the parts.
Using a Phillip’s screw driver, insert 1” screws
(B)into each of the 4 pre-drilled holes in sides
(L3)and(L4), then tighten half way.

Assemble the Pull Handle
with Machine Screw on
the Front Part(L1).

Turn the assembled drawer over and slide the
Plywood Bottom Part (L5) into the grooves
on Side Parts (L3)and(L4). Be sure to push
the plywood all the way forward so it meets the
Front Part (L1).
Insert the remaining (6) 1/2” screws(C)
into the pre-drilled holes in Bottom Part
(L5), then tighten all screws
