What is a Slow Juicer?
Congratulations on becoming a Hurom® owner!
The Hurom ® Slow Juicer is a juice extractor that uses a patented Low Speed Technology
System (LSTS). It is called a “Slow Juicer” because it operated at only 80 RPM and uses a
mere 150 Watts of energy, instead of 1,000-24,000 RPM and 500-1,500 Watts of energy like
a typical centrifugal “High Speed” juicer. But don’t let the name fool you.
The method of extractions is masticating and pressing, using the screw-like auger like a
mortar and pestle.
For better use and optimal results, please follow the instructions carefully. Please refer to
appliance. Roland Products, Inc. is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur due
to improper use or care.

Color stain on the bowl, strainer,
spinning brush. Natural dye from food.
Hurom is BPA-free and chemical-free on all

Too much pulp coming out.
Excess food in bowl clogging up the
strainer or food not cut into small pieces.
Cut food, especially brous foods, into smaller
pieces to avoid the bers wrapping around the
screw. Also input food at a slow pace allowing
all the pulp to eject before adding more food.
