IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
PRECAUTIONS
This exercise bike is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply
whenever you operate a piece of exercise bike. Be sure to read the entire manual before
you assemble or operate your bike. In particular, note the following safety precautions:
1. Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. DO NOT leave
children unattended in the same room with the bike.
2. Only one person at a time should use the bike.
3. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms,
STOP the workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
4. Position the machine on a clear, leveled surface. DO NOT use the bike near water or
outdoors.
5. Keep hands away from all moving parts.
6. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or
other clothing that could become caught in the bike. Running or aerobic shoes are also
required when using the bike.
7. Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
8. Do not place any sharp object around the bike.
9. Disabled person should not use the bike without a qualified person or physician in
attendance.
10. Before using the bike to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
11. Never operate the machine if the bike is not functioning properly.
12. Read all warnings posted on the exercise bike.
13. Inspect the exercise bike for worn or loose component prior to use. Tighten/replace any
loose or wore components prior to use.
14. Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the exercise bike.
15. This exercise bike is for consumer and home use only.

1. Remove all components from carton.
2. Inspect each component and check with below component list.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
•Tools Required For Assembling the Bike: Two Double Open-ended Wrenches and Allen
Wrench (5#), provided by manufacturer.
•NOTE: It is strongly recommended that two or more people assemble this bike to
avoid possible injury.
STEP-1
A.) Attach the Front Stabilizer (#4) to the Main Frame (#1). Secure it with two M8 x 2 ¾” Carriage Bolts
(#12), two Ø ⅜” x Ø ¾” Curved Washers (#23), and two Domed Nuts (#24).
B.) Attach the Rear Stabilizer (#5) to the Main Frame (#1). Secure it with two M8 x 2 ¾” Carriage Bolts
(#12), two Ø ⅜” x Ø ¾” Curved Washers (#23), and two Domed Nuts (#24).

STEP-2
A.) Remove the pre-installed M5 x 2 ⅛” Tension Knob Phillips Screw (#43) and Ø ¾” Curved
Washer (#44) from the Front Post (#2).
B.) Insert the Upper Tension Cable (#38) through the opening on Front Post to the bottom of Front
Post.
C.)Plug the Tension Knob (#38) to the opening. Secure the Tension Knob to Front Post with the
M5 x 2 ⅛” Tension Knob Phillips Screw (#43) and the Ø ¾” Curved Washer (#44).

STEP-3
A.) NOTE: Extra help may be needed to hold the Front Post (#2) while connecting the cables and
wires.
B.) Remove the four pre-assembled M8 x ¾” Allen Bolt (#13), four Ø ⅝” Lock Washers (#22), and four
Ø ⅜” x Ø ¾” Curved Washers (#23) from the Front Post (#2).
C.)Connect the Upper Computer Wire (#35) from bottom of Front Post to the Lower Computer Wire
(#36) from the Main Frame.
D.)Pull the tension connector from the Upper Tension Cable (#38) and slide in between the opening
on the connector on the Lower Tension Cable (#33). Pull the Upper Tension Cable upward and
slide the wire through the slot on the bracket.
E.) Drop down the Upper Tension Cable so the fitting sits firmly on top of the bracket.
F.) Secure the Front Post to the Main Frame with four M8 x ¾” Allen Bolt (#13), four Ø ⅝” Lock
Washers (#22), and four Ø ⅜” x Ø ¾” Curved Washers (#23).

STEP-4
A.) Remove one Ø ⅜” x Ø 1 ⅛” Flat Washer (#21), one Ø ⅝” Lock Washer (#22), and one M8 x ¾”
Hex Bolt (#14) from the left axle on Front Post (#2).
B.) Attach the pivot on Left Stride Tube (#6) onto the left axle on Front Post (#2). Secure them
together with the one Ø ⅜” x Ø 1 ⅛” Flat Washer (#21), one Ø ⅝” Lock Washer (#22), and one M8
x ¾” Hex Bolt (#14). Cover the Bolt with a Small Cover Cap (#31).
C.) Attach the end of Left Pedal Support (#40) to the open bracket on Left Connect Shaft (#30).
Secure it with one M10 x 2 ⅛” Hex Bolt (#28), one Ø ⅜” x Ø ¾” Flat Washer (#19), and one M10
Aircraft Nut (#26). Cover the Bolt and Nut in the pivot of the Support with two Small Cover Caps
(#31). Cover the M10 Hex Bolt, and M10 Nuts with three Large Cover Caps (#27).
D.) Repeat A, B, and C to install Right Stride Tube (#7) and Right Pedal Support (#41) on the right
side.
