1-1. Firmware Update
1. Please go to Infortrend Official Website > Product Service, register your product and go to firmware download
page to download the new firmware.
2. When performing the firmware update, please go to EonOne’s Settings > System update > Firmware update.
Click Browse to upload the firmware file. It will take around 30 mins to finish the update process.
IMPORTANT! Node by node update function is not supported, please stop all IO behavior before update!

1-2.2 PSU LED
When the power supply LED shows amber, please reference to the following table about which situation the CS is.
Please replace the faulty module. When you see the LED lights amber and flashing, please check if there is any high
temperature environmental issue. Kindly contact Infortrend if you still cannot solve the issue.

PSU LED (for CS 3016/3024/4016/4024/4025B)

Description
The system is connected to the power source but the system is not
turned on.
The PSU is operating normally.
The PSU is faulty.
Over Voltage Protection (OVP)/Over Power Protection (OPP)/Over
Current Protection (OCP) is activated.
The fan built with the PSUis faulty.
OFF
The system is not connected to the power.

Description
The system is connected to the power source but the system is not
turned on.
The PSU is operatingnormally.
The PSU is faulty.
Over Voltage Protection (OVP)/Over Power Protection
(OPP)/Over Current Protection (OCP) is activated.
The fan built with the PSU is faulty.
The power supply warning events such as high temperature, high
power, high current (12V), or slow fan occurs while the power
supply continues to operate.
OFF
The system is not connected to the power.
