per checked by the iSi service center!
——— Never unscrew the head when the
whipper is pressurized!
——— Never use the lever as a carrying handle!
——— Pro per cleaning is a mandato ry require-

ing blo cked. Make sure, the iSi Whipper has

General Instructio ns fo r Use.
Only fo r co ld preparatio ns: The co ffee/ tea
sho uld be co ld when the whipper is filled.
Maximum temperature o f the beverage is
30 °C / 86 °F.
Preparation
NOTE: Please o bserve the illustratio ns at the
beginning o f the bo o klet!
1. Insert the head gasket into the head.
2. Screw the dispensing tip o nto the dispensing
valve, no t to o tight but eno ugh to be secure.
3. Fill bo ttle with co ld beverage.
NOTE: Please no te that the maximum filling
capacity is 1L / 1 US quart. Do no t o verfill!
The remaining empty space is required fo r an
optimalresult.Useameasuringcup.
Equipment Setup
4. Screw the head o nto the bo ttle so that it is
straight and tight.
5. Insert o nly o ne o riginal iSi Nitro Charger into
the charger ho lder.
NOTE: Only use o ne charger, regardless o f
the amo unt filled in the bo ttle. (Max. filling
capacity 1L). Never screw o n the charger if
dispensing tip is no t attached to the dispens-
ing valve.
6. Screw the charger ho lder o n with the insert-
ed charger o nto the head until yo u can hear
that the charger is co mpletely o pened.
WARNING: The whipper is no w pressurized!
NOTE: Keep the charger ho lder o n while dis-
pensing! It serves as a gas reservo ir.
7. Shake the whipper vigo ro usly at least 6 times.

Operation
8. Fo r dispensing, the whipper must be held
“headfirst” (with the dispensing tip facing verti-
cally do wnwards) and the lever must be o per-
ated gently. Ho ld the bo ttle straight and po int
the dispensing tip to wards the glass wall (see
illustratio ns at the beginning o f the bo o klet).
9. After emptying the bo ttle, unscrew the char-
ger ho lder and recycle the empty charger.
Cleaning.
Main Cleaning
NOTE: Please o bserve the illustratio ns at the
beginning o f the bo o klet!
1. Press the lever until the whipper is co mpletely
empty and there is no pressure left.
2. Remo ve the charger ho lder fro m the head
befo re unscrewing the head!
3. Remo ve the head fro m the bo ttle.
4. Unscrew the dispensing tip.
5. Remo ve the head gasket fo r basic cleaning.
6. Rinse pro duct co mpo nents by hand using
warm po table water alo ng with a standard
cleaning agent and clean the dispensing valve
and dispensing tip using the cleaning brush.
NOTE: Maximum cleaning temperature fo r
manual cleaning is 50 °C / 122 °F.
7. Fro m abo ve, press the dispensing valve into
the head as far as it will go and push up
the o -ring o f the dispensing valve with the
curved end o f the cleaning brush.
8. Then clean all individual parts in the dishwasher.
NOTE: Do no t use special cleaning agents fo r
stainless steel, sco uring agents, o r abrasive
spo nges/brushes.
NOTE: Fo r mechanical o r manual cleaning,
make sure that yo u use the co rrect amo unt
o f cleaning so lutio n o r co mbined disinfectant

and cleaning so lutio n. The expo sure time and
the selected temperature will determine the
cleaning results.
Interim Cleaning
Clean the dispensing tip at regular intervals
(every 1-2 ho urs) during use. Remo ve the
dispensing tip o r rinse it with running warm,
po table water (max. 50 °C / 122 °F).
Disinfection
All pro duct parts that co me into co ntact with
the filling liquid can be cleaned as usual and
then disinfected. The applicable instructio ns
regarding the use o f standard cleaning agents
and disinfectants must be o bserved.
Sto rage.
If the iSi Whipper is no t go ing to be filled again
immediately, leave the co mpo nents to air dry
in a clean place and sto re the iSi Whipper in a
dismantled co nditio n. Never sto re the whipper
with the head screwed o n!
NOTE: Observe the applicable fo o d hygiene
regulatio ns.
Tro ublesho o ting.
Release the pressure
Place the whipper upright, place a to wel o ver
the dispensing tip and gently o perate the lever
until the pressure is go ne fro m the iSi Whipper.
No w the head can be remo ved fro m the bo ttle.
If the pressure will no t release, please co ntact
iSi o r yo ur service center.
I cannot remove the content and/or the
iSiWhipper sprays.
1. There is a blo ckage due to undisso lved
ingredients such as sugar.
——— Make sure that po wdered ingredients are
disso lved co mpletely. “Release the pressure”
and then carry o ut “Main Cleaning.”

2. Inco rrect pressure ratio s in the iSi Nitro Whip.
——— Only use o riginal iSi Nitro Chargers.
——— Do no t reuse empty chargers. They
sho uld be recycled.
——— Pay attentio n to o nly use o ne charger
regardless the amo unt o f liquid filled in.
——— Only o perate the whipper “headfirst”
with a vertical dispensing tip because
o therwise there co uld be a lo ss o f pres-
sure.
——— The head was no t firmly screwed o nto
the bo ttle by hand until it was secure.
“Release the pressure” and then set-up
again.
——— The head gasket was no t inserted. “Re-
lease the pressure” and then set-up again.
——— The dispensing tip was no t screwed o n.
“Release the pressure” and then set-up
again.
——— The bo ttle neck has been damaged.
“Release the pressure.” Send the whipper
to iSi o r to a service center.
3. The whipper was o verfilled.
——— Observe the maximum filling amo unts.
“Release the pressure,” po ur o ut the excess
liquid and then set-up the whipper again.
4. The whipper was no t shaken o r no t shaken
eno ugh.
——— Shake it 6 times.
5. An unsuitable charger was used.
——— Only use o riginal iSi Nitro Charge.
——— Pay attentio n to o nly use o ne charger
regardless the amo unt o f liquid filled in
the bo ttle.
The charger is difficult to screw on or the
charger will not puncture.
1. The charger being used is no t suitable.
——— Only use o riginal iSi Nitro Chargers.
2. The charger was inserted backwards.
——— Insert the charger co rrectly (see
illustratio ns: Instructio ns fo r Use).
3. The puncturing unit has been damaged.
——— Send the whipper to iSi o r a service center.

The dispensing tip will not unscrew.
1. The dispensing tip was attached to o tightly.
——— Screw o n the dispensing tip so that it
is no t to o tight, but tight eno ugh to be
secure.
——— “Release the pressure.” If the dispensing
tip still do es no t unscrew, co ntact iSi o r
a service center.
2. Interim cleaning has no t been carried o ut
regularly.
——— Clean the device o nce again with water.
During operation, gas is leaking through the
valve or dispensing tip.
1. The whipper was used witho ut an attached tip.
——— Befo re screwing o n the charger, make
sure that the dispensing tip is attached
to the dispensing pisto n.
——— “Release the pressure” and then set-up
the whipper again.
2. The o -ring o f the dispensing valve is dirty.
——— “Release the pressure” carry o ut “Main
Cleaning” and then set-up the whipper
again.
3. The o -ring o f the dispensing valve has been
damaged.
——— “Release the pressure” and send the
whipper to iSi o r a service center.
During operation, gas is leaking between the
bottle and the head.
1. The head gasket is missing.
——— “Release the pressure” and insert the
head gasket into the head.
2. The head gasket has been damaged.
——— “Release the pressure.” The head gasket
needs to be replaced and is available as
an o riginal iSi spare part.
3. The head was no t tightened securely.
——— “Release the pressure.” Tighten the head
o n to the bo ttle.
4. The bo ttle has been damaged o n the upper
edge.
——— “Release the pressure” and send the
whipper to iSi o r a service center.
