inspected befo re leaving the facto ry. iSi o ffers
a two -year warranty fo r materials and
machining, as lo ng as faults are no t determined
to be the result o f impro per use. The warranty is
effective fro m the date o n the purchase receipt.

The warranty is o nly valid when o riginal whip-
per parts fro m iSi are used, as given in the list
o f pro duct co mpo nents. The perfect functio n
o f yo ur Whipper/Sipho n can o nly be guaranteed
if yo u exclusively use iSi Nitro Chargers with
it. No warranty o r liability claim will be upheld
fo r faults, damage, o r co nsequential dam-
age particularly determined to be the result o f
no n-co mpliance and/o r igno rance o f the user
instructio ns and the safety info rmatio n therein.

Limited warranty, Limitatio ns and Warning:
iSi pro ducts are tho ro ughly tested befo re they
leave the facto ry, and iSi warrants fo r a perio d
o f two years that its pro ducts are free fro m
defects in materials and wo rkmanship and, if
used o nly with o ther iSi pro ducts, will functio n
as intended. iSi’s liability in the event o f a pro d-
uct’s failure to meet this warranty is limited to
repair o r replacement o f the pro duct o r, at iSi’s
o ptio n o r if iSi is unable to deliver a replacement
pro duct, to refund the purchase price. In no
event, ho wever, shall iSi be liable fo r incidental
o r co nsequential damages. Any implied war-
ranties are limited to the terms o f the express
warranties, including the two -year duratio n.
iSi whipping systems, bo ttles and chargers are
designed and engineered to functio n to gether
as a system and invo lve gas under pressure.
All iSi pro ducts and parts bear the iSi lo go ; iSi
reco mmends that o nly iSi parts and pro ducts
be used with iSi pro ducts, including that o nly iSi
Chargers be used with iSi Whippers/Sipho ns and

that iSi Chargers be used o nly in iSi Whippers/Si-
pho ns. Failure to fo llo w this reco mmendatio n o r
any failure to fo llo w the instructio ns fo r use and
care o f the pro ducts invalidates this warranty
and all implied warranties in their entirety as to
any co nsequences o f such failure.
WARNING: In additio n, failure to fo llo w this
reco mmendatio n o r any o f the instructio ns fo r
use and care co nstitutes misuse o f iSi pro ducts
and co uld result in malfunctio n o f the system
and po ssible perso nal injury and/o r pro perty
