Product informaon
Product descripon
When used in combinaon with three-phase AC motors, our helical gearboxes form a
compact, powerful drive unit. Numerous opons at the input and output end provide for the
drive to be exactly adapted to your applicaon.
The robust helical gearboxes are characterized by high permissible radial forces, closely
stepped raos and a low backlash. They are available in a 2- and 3-stage design with an output
torque of up to 14,000 Nm and a rao of up to i = 370.

Three-phase AC motors for mains and inverter operaon
In a power range from 1.5 to 55 kW, Lenze oers inverter-compable three-phase AC motors
in accordance with the Ecodesign Direcve for more extensive tasks.
These motors have eciency class IE3 and can be used for the versions required for open-loop
or closed-loop inverter operaon.

Flexible in motor mounng
For motor mounng, Lenze oers a scalable modular system of gearboxes with adapters.
Power is transmied between the motor and gearbox via a exible jaw coupling or a plug-in
hollow sha. The sha holders are available for motor shas with or without featherkey,
depending on the design.
