STEP 1: SIDE LOAD INSTALLATION

Slide the lower channel section of the Side
Load Mount [A] between the Frame Tube and
Trailer Side Panel between the 3rd and 4th
U-Tube [Fg 1-3].
NOTE: The upper plate on the Side Load
Mount should rest underneath the C-Channel
lip on the Trailer side wall.

STEP 2:
Secure the lower section of the Side Load Mount [A] to the trailer frame tubing with a Hat Bracket [B], two (2) 1in Length
5/16in Hexbolts [C], four (4) 5/16in Washers [D], and two (2) 5/16in Nylock Nuts [E] as shown [Fg. 4 & 5].
STEP 3:
Using the holes on the Side Load
as a guide, drill two 5/16in holes
through the c-channel of the Side
Load Mount [A] using a Drill and
5/16 Drill Bit [Fg. 6].
Secure the upper plate of the Side
Load Mount [A] using two (2) 3/4in
Length 5/16in Button Head Bolts
[F], two (2) 5/16in Washers [D],
and two (2) 5/16in Nylock Nuts [E]
as shown.

STEP 4: SpinWing Installation
Slide the Spin Ring [H] onto the Stem [G].
Then slide the Stem [G] into the socket located on the Side Load Mount [A]
aligning the threading on the Stem with the holes on the socket. [Fg. 8]

Slide the round end of one (1) Rubber Strap [M] onto each Upper
Wheel Cradle [K] and Lower Cradle [L] [Fg. 13].
NOTE: Be sure to slide the Rubber Straps [M] all the way onto
the cradles so that it tightly rests over the plastic coating of the
Wheel Cradle [K & L].
Using one (1) 1/2” Washer [J], thread
the Spin Pin [I] through the Stem [G]
Socket and tighten until the Stem is fully
secure. [Fg. 9 & 10]
NOTE: The Spin Pin [I] must always be
inserted through the side of the socket
where the bushing protrudes outwards.
Using one (1) Wing [N], slide both foam bumpers to the center of the Wing.
Turn the handles on each Cradle Housing [O] to loosen their grip.
Slide two (2) Cradle Housings [O] above the foam bumpers and two (2) Cradle
Housings [O] below the foam bumpers.
NOTE: The Cylinders located on each Cradle Housing [O] MUST rest along the
same sides as the connection hole located atthe bottom of the Wing [N]. [Fg. 11]
NOTE: Position the Cylinders located on each Cradle Housing [O] so that they
alternate direction as shown.
Re-tighten each Cradle Housing [O] handle to secure in place on the Wing [N].

Insert two (2) Upper Wheel Cradles [K] with Rubber Straps [M] facing in
opposite directions into the two (2) Cradle Housing [O] installed above
the foam bumpers on each Wing [N] as shown. [Fg. 14]
Secure each Upper Wheel Cradle [K] with a Retainer Clip [P].
Insert two (2) Lower Wheel Cradles [L] with Rubber Straps [M] facing in
opposite directions into the two (2) Cradle Housing [O] installed below
the foam bumpers on each Wing [N].
Secure each Lower Wheel Cradle [L] with a Retainer Clip [P]. [Fg. 15]
Slide both Wings [N] onto the Stem [G]
aligning the holes at the bottom of the Wing
with holes on the Stem.
Thread one (1) Ring Pin [Q] into the holes
located on each Wing [N] securing the
Wings to the Stem [G]. [Fg. 16 & 17]
NOTE: The Ring Pin [Q] MUST always be
threaded through the hole in the Wing [N]
from above/inside the Stem [G] as shown.

Using the 72in Cable [R], slide the small (SM) loop through one Ring
Pin [Q] that secures the Wing to the Stem [G].
Slide the small loop through the large (LG) loop on the Cable [R] to
create a closed loop.
Continue using the small loop end of the Cable [R] to secure the carrier
by sliding the small loop end through the second Ring Pin [Q] and
then nish by securing the small loop over the Spin Pin [I] post that is
threaded through the Stem [G]. [Fg. 18]
NOTE: The 72in Cable [G] is designed to lock bicycles to the carrier.
When no bicycles are mounted (like the example currently shown in
Fg. 18) it is recommended to wrap excess slack on the cable around
the Stem [G] before sliding the small loop end over the Spin Pin [I].
Install the included Lock [S] over the Spin Pin [I] locking the
Cable [R] onto the Spin Pin. [Fg. 19]

Operation: Bicycle Mounting
Hang bicycles by the
tires on the Upper Wheel
Cradles [K] with the chain
rings to the outside. [Fg.

Adjust the Foam Bumpers
located on the Wings [N]
to protect the frame of the
bicycle.
IMPORTANT: For two bicycles, position
the bicycles facing in oposite directions
(front-to-back/back-to-front) with the
chain ring to the outside.

Secure by tensioning
each Rubber Strap [M]
over the top of each tire
and engaging a strap hole
over the end of the Upper
Wheel Cradle [K] using
the tightest hole available.

Slide the Lower Wheel Cradle [L] to
meet the bottom/side of the bicycle tire.
Secure the Lower Wheel Cradle [L]
using the same technique as the Upper
Wheel Cradles. [Fg. 24 & 25]
TIP: Pull the Rubber Straps [W] to
the outside edge of the Lower Cradle
[V] to position bicycles wheels so the
frame of the bicycle is pulled away
from the Wings [X] for wheel touch only
performance. [Fg. 25]

Locking Bicycles
Unlock the Spin Pin [I] and remove the 72in Cable
[R] from the Spin Pin.
Weave the Cable [R] through the frame of the
bicycle.
Re-secure the Cable [R] back onto the Spin Pin
[I] and re-lock the assembly. [Fg. 26]

Adjusting Position of Bicycles
SpinWing Rotation
To accommodate varying bike sizes, slide the
cradle along the wings and re-tighten. [Fg. 77]
TIP: Lower Wheel Cradles [L] can be easily
reversed while the bicycle is hangs from the
Upper Wheel Cradles [K] to the opposite side of
the their housing for quick adjustability.
When loading and removing bikes, the SpinWing may be rotated 180°for quick access to both bicycles.
To rotate the SpinWing, unlock the Lock [S] located on the Spin Pin [I] and removed the Cable end [R]. Remove the Spin
Pin.
Rotate the Wings 180° and then re-secure the Spin Pin [I], Cable [R] and Lock [S].
Make sure the Spin Pin [I] is properly tightened
and locked before transit. Make sure the bikes are
securely attached to the rack before driving.
The maximum load weight is 70 lbs or 35 lbs per
bicycle. DO NOT OVERLOAD.
CAUTION: CAUTION:
Always secure each bicycle with all four connections points (two Upper Wheel Cradles & two Lower Cradles).
Do not operate the vehicle unless all connection points are tight and secured. Failure to follow bicycle mounting
procedure may result in damage to carrier, damage to property, bodily injury or death.
Always check and conrm all trailer Side Load mounting points are tight and fully secured before each transit.
Failure to follow proper installation and equipment checks before transit may result in damage to carrier, damage to
property, bodily injury or death.
