Care and Maintenance
Checklist
For safe and troublefree operation, there are a few routine measures which should be performed
every day the lift is used.
• Inspect the lift and check for any external damage.
• Check the connecting joints of the sling bar.
• Check the lift strap for wear and that the strap is not twisted.
• Check the function of the safety latch.
• Check the control function of the lift movement.
• Check that the lifting height is correctly adjusted and that the emergency-lowering device works.
• Charge the batteries every day the lift is used, and check that the battery charger works.
As needed, clean the lift with warm water or disinfectant. Caution! Do not use cleaning products
that contain phenol or chlorine, since it can damage the aluminum and polyamide material.
Inspection and Control
Likorall should be thoroughly inspected for wear of parts at least once per year. Inspection should
be in accordance with Liko service instructions and conducted by authorized individuals.
WARNING!
Use only authorized Liko service personnel and Liko spare parts.
Transport and Storing
During transportation, or when the patient lift is not to be used for some time, the emergency
button should be pushed in. When storing, keep the patient lift at a temperature exceeding free-
zing point and at a relative humidity no more than 60%.

Tillsyn och underhåll
För att försäkra sig om en problemfri användning är det vissa detaljer som bör kontrolleras varje dag
lyften används.
• Inspektera lyften och kontrollera att inga yttre skador har skett.
• Kontrollera infästningen av lyftbygeln.
• Kontrollera lyftbandets slitage, samt att bandet inte är vridet.
• Kontrollera urkrokningsskyddens funktion.
• Kontrollera manövreringen av lyftrörelsen.
• Kontrollera att lyfthöjden är korrekt inställd och att nödsänkningen fungerar.
• Ladda batterierna varje dag lyften använts och kontrollera då att laddaren fungerar.
Vid behov, rengör lyften med varmt vatten eller tvättsprit. OBS! Använd inte rengöringsmedel som
innehåller fenol eller klor, då detta kan skada aluminium- och polyamidmaterialen.
Tillsyn och kontroll
Likorall skall genomgå kontroll minst en gång per år av förslitningsdetaljer.
Utföres i enlighet med Likos serviceinstruktion och av auktoriserad personal.
VIKTIGT!
Reparation och underhåll får endast utföras av Liko auktoriserad personal och med originalreservdelar.
Transport och lagring
Under transport, eller då lyften inte skall användas under en längre tid, bör nödstoppen vara intryckt.
Lyften bör också förvaras frostfritt samt ej över normal luftfuktighet (ca 60%).
Serviceavtal
Liko erbjuder möjlighet att teckna serviceavtal för underhåll och fortlöpande tillsyn av er Likorallanläggning.

4. Use the pin to lock the axle where
the strap was mounted.
5. Push the emergency lowering
handle down and pull the strapa
way.
3. Remove the pin. Do not let
go of the springloaded wheel,
since the tension will release.
6. Pull the rest of the strap out and
remove the plastic housing.
7. Mount the new strap through
the plastic housing with the red
mark towards the plastic housing
and then as shown above.
8. Mount the strap through the slot
in the axle and the same way back.
Note! The axle has two different
sides. Place the pin as shown to
lock the strap. Do not let go of
the springloaded wheel, since the
tension will release.
10. Roll up the strap until the red
mark reaches the plastic housing.
9. Push the plastic housing on to
the strap joint.
2. Hold the springloaded wheel
and release the strap by removing
the pin.
1. Pull the strap all the way out.
