4.1. ADJUSTMENTS OF THE BALE GRIPPER
The bale gripper is usually supplied for sale in a ready-to-operate condition. However,
due to limitations of transport means used to deliver the machine to the point of sale,
the machine may be sometimes partially disassembled, i.e. with the clamping arms
disconnected from the main frame. If this is the case, connect the arms to the main frame
using original bolts supplied with the gripper.
CAUTION: Before any work with the bale gripper, check:
all fastening connections,
if the connection of the gripper to the tractor is secure.
4.3 BALE GRIPPER OPERATION
Before operating the machine, attach it to the three-point linkage on the tractor.
To do this, complete the following steps:
attach the gripper to the three-point linkage using the hooks,
secure the gripper using the locking mechanism through gripper lugs,
check gripper lifting and lowering operations.
Before driving to the field, mount warning signs on the gripper frame as required for
transport on public roads.
CAUTION: Act with due caution while attaching the three-point linkage to the gripper.
The connection must be established with the minimum tractor speed! While attaching the
gripper, make sure nobody is present in the vicinity.

CAUTION: The first figure presents the correct arrangement of hydraulic hoses. If the
arrangement is incorrect, the hoses may be damaged. The manufacturer will not accept any
liability in this case.
