Safety
- Dress appropriately for operating the machine.
Keep long hair tied up and do not wear loose-
fitting clothing. Remove rings, chains, and any
other objects which can become stuck in the
movingpartsormechanisms.
- Wear personal protective equipment - PPE
while operating the machine. Exposure to noise
for prolonged period can cause hearing damage
orloss.Wearearplugsandsafetyglasses.
- Never try to clean or remove remnants of
products while the machine is turned on. This
type of procedure can only be done while the
power take-off is disconnected, the key removed
from the ignition, and the machine is completely
motionless.
- Never try to open the machine while it is
operating.
- Keep the safety labels in good condition and
legible.Replacethemwhenevernecessary.
- Keep the shields and protections in the proper
places and do not operate the machine without
them.
- It is prohibited for people to stand on any part of
the machine while operating. Whenever it is
necessary to get on the machine for any
adjustment or repair, disconnect the power take-
offfromthe tractorandwait untilthecomponents/
partsarecompletelymotionless.
- Moving parts, due to inertia, continue moving
even after the machine is turned off. Wait for a
few moments before approaching the machine,
as moving springs are almost unnoticeable and
touchingthemcancauseanaccident.
- Before touching any part, disconnect the
power take-off, look and listen to check for any
evidenceofmotion.Onlytouch a part when you
aresureitisstopped.Alwayspayattention!
- Completely lower the machine before
performing maintenance, lubrication, or
adjustments.
- If it is necessary to work on the machine when
it is raised by the hydraulic system, it must be
raised safely. Hydraulic mechanisms can lower
without any reason or from leakage in the
system,andcauseanaccident.
- Do not place the machine on cement blocks,
hollowbricks,orothersupportswhichcancrush
fromaprolongedweightload.
-Neverworkbelowamachineraiseduponly by
ajack,alwaysuseasafesupportfoot.
- Always check the terrain before starting your
work. Mark any dangerous places or obstacles
which may impose a hazard to operating the
machine.
