1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Dieses Schwanenhalsmikrofon ist speziell für den Ein-
satz in ELA-Anlagen konzipiert sowie für weitere An-
wendungen, bei denen ein feststehendes Mikrofon für
Durchsagen, Vorträge oder sonstige Sprachübertra-
gung benötigt wird. Für den Betrieb muss eine Span-
nung von 3–9V auf das Mikrofon gegeben werden.
Das Modell EMG-600P ist mit einem 3-poligen
XLR-Stecker ausgestattet. Das Modell EMG-610P ist
zum Einbau in eine Tisch- oder Pultplatte vorgesehen
und wird mit abisolierten Kabelenden geliefert.
2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien
der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.
GSetzen Sie das Mikrofon nur im Innenbereich ein
und schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser,
hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Ein-
satztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).
GVerwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes,
weiches Tuch, niemals Chemikalien oder Wasser.
GWird das Mikrofon zweckentfremdet, falsch ange-
schlossen oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann
keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach- oder
Personenschäden und keine Garantie für das
Mikrofon übernommen werden.
3 Inbetriebnahme
1) Für das Modell EMG-610P am Montageort (z. B.
Tisch- oder Pultplatte) ein Loch von 10 mm bohren.
Für das Modell EMG-600P muss am Montageort
eine 3-polige XLR-Buchse vorhanden sein bzw.
eingebaut werden.
2) Der Anschluss des Mikrofons bzw. die Anschluss-
belegung des XLR-Steckers ist in der untenstehen-
den Abbildung angegeben. Zum Anschluss des
Modells EMG-610P werden zusätzlich ein 680-Ω-
Widerstand und ein 10-μF-Elko benötigt. Die

Gooseneck Microphone
Please read these operating instructions carefully
prior to operation and keep them for later use.
1 Applications
This gooseneck microphone is specially designed for
application in PA systems and other applications
requiring a fixed microphone for announcements, lec-
tures, or other occasions where speech is transmitted.
For operation, a voltage of 3 – 9 V must be fed to the
microphone.
Model EMG-600P is provided with a 3-pole XLR
plug. Model EMG-610P is designed to be installed into
a table top or console top and is supplied with stripped
cable ends.
2 Safety Notes
The microphone corresponds to all relevant directives
of the EU and is therefore marked with .
GThe microphone is suitable for indoor use only. Pro-
tect it against dripping water and splash water, high
air humidity, and heat (admissible ambient temper-
ature range 0 – 40 °C).
GFor cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, never use
chemicals or water.
GNo guarantee claims for the microphone and no lia-
bility for any resulting personal damage or material
damage will be accepted if it is used for other pur-
poses than originally intended, if it is not correctly
connected or not repaired in an expert way.
3 Setting the Microphone into Operation
1) For model EMG-610P, drill a 10 mm hole at the
mounting location (e. g. table top or console top).
For model EMG-600P, a 3-pole XLR jack must be
provided or must be installed at the mounting loca-
tion.
2) The connection of the microphone or the pin config-
uration of the XLR plug is shown in the figure below.
To connect model EMG-610P, a 680 Ω resistor and
a 10 μF electrolytic capacitor are additionally re-

reporter ultérieurement.
1 Possibilités dʼutilisation
Ce microphone sur col de cygne est spécialement
conçu pour une utilisation dans des systèmes PA ainsi
que pour dʼautres utilisations requérant un microphone
fixe pour des annonces, des discours ou dʼautres trans-
missions de la voix. Pour le fonctionnement du micro-
phone, une alimentation de 3 – 9 V est nécessaire.
Modèle EMG-600P est doté dʼune fiche XLR à
3 pôles. Modèle EMG-610P est prévu pour lʼinstalla-
tion dans le dessus dʼun table ou dʼun pupitre ; il est
livré avec des bouts de câble dénudés.
2 Conseils dʼutilisation
Le microphone répond à toutes les directives nécessaires
de lʼUnion Européenne et porte donc le symbole .
GLe microphone nʼest conçu que pour une utilisation
en intérieur. Protégez-le de tout type de projections
dʼeau, des éclaboussures, dʼune humidité élevée et
de la chaleur (plage de température de fonctionne-
ment autorisée : 0 – 40 °C).
GPour le nettoyer, utilisez un chiffon sec et doux, en
aucun cas de produits chimiques ou dʼeau.
GNous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dom-
mages matériels ou corporels résultants si le micro-
phone est utilisé dans un but autre que celui pour
lequel il a été conçu, sʼil nʼest pas correctement
branché ou sʼil nʼest pas réparé par une personne
habilitée ; en outre, la garantie deviendrait caduque.
3 Fonctionnement
1) Pour modèle EMG-610P, percez un trou de 10 mm
au lieu de montage (par exemple dessus dʼun table
ou dʼun pupitre). Pour modèle EMG-600P, une
prise XLR à 3 pôles doit être prévue au lieu de mon-
tage ou doit être installée.
2) Le branchement du microphone ou la configuration
de la fiche XLR est indiqué dans le schéma ci-des-
sous. Pour brancher le modèle EMG-610P, une

1 Possibilità dʼimpiego
Questo microfono a collo di cigno è stato realizzato
specialmente per lʼimpiego in impianti PA e per quei
casi in cui è richiesto un microfono fisso per avvisi,
conferenze e simili. Per il funzionamento, il microfono
devʼessere alimentato con una tensione di 3 – 9 V .
Il modello EMG-600P è equipaggiato con un con-
nettore XLR a 3 poli. Il modello EMG-610P è previsto
per il montaggio ad incasso in un tavolo o in un pulpito
e pertanto viene fornito con terminali spelati dei cavi.
2 Avvertenze di sicurezza
Il microfono è conforme a tutte le direttive rilevanti del-
lʼUE e pertanto porta la sigla .
GUsare il microfono solo allʼinterno di locali e proteg-
gerlo dallʼacqua gocciolante e dagli spruzzi dʼac-
qua, da alta umidità dellʼaria e dal calore (tempera-
tura dʼimpiego ammessa fra 0 e 40 °C).
GPer la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido, asciut-
to; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti chimici o
acqua.
GNel caso dʼuso improprio, di collegamenti sbagliati,
o di riparazione non a regola dʼarte del microfono,
non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali
danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non si
assume nessuna garanzia per il microfono.
3 Messa in funzione
1) Per il modello EMG-610P occorre dapprima prepa-
rare un foro di montaggio (p. es. nel tavolo o nel
pulpito) di 10 mm. Il modello EMG-600P invece
richiede sul luogo di montaggio la presenza di una
presa XLR a 3 poli.
2) Il collegamento del microfono e i contatti del con-
nettore XLR sono illustrati nella figura sottostante.
