2. Panel & Key Description
GREEN INDICATOR
When the heater works the green indicator will blink.
POWER
When the power switch is pressed to ON, the oven system will start running
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
To set up the temperature, please refer to the related instruction of temperature
controller on next page
CONTINUE
Press the control switch to CONTINUE position. Then the status of oven is at a
continuous running
TIMER
If to set up running time is required, press the control switch to TIMER position,
and the running of the temperature control system will be controlled by time
period
LAMP
If the timer reaches the end, the lamp will be on, and the whole heating system
will stop output

3.1 Setting the Temperature
Turn on the temperature controller/power switch. The temperature displays light up and aftera few
seconds, the upper display shows the present value (PV) or chamber temperature. Thelower
display shows the set value (SV) or set temperature.
Press to increase temperature gradually.
Press to decrease temperature gradually.
Setting temperature upon what you need.
3.2 Setting Timer
Flip the switch to TIMER mode.
Press twice to turn on timer.
PV display d.TMR, and SV displays setting time (unit: minute/sec.)
Press to set time. After setting, press R key to make sure, then screen
returns to main menu (display temperature), all settings have been completed
When actual temperature reaches the setting temperature, timer will start counting.
When time out. Timer indicator LED lights.

4 Setting parameter
The PV display indicates the parameter symbol, and the SV display indicates the selected valueof
the selected parameter.
4.1 Lockout
The parameters PASS (password) which will control the data security function, please do not
change it arbitrary to protect parameters safety.
Press several times scroll to the parameter PASS.
Set the PASS value to your desired function

4.2 User Calibration
Each unit is calibrated in the factory before shipment. The user can still modify the calibrationin
the field.
There are two parameters: Offset Low (OFTL) and Offset High (OFTH) for adjustment tocorrect
an error in the process value.
Press and hold the key until the setup Menu page is obtained.
Then, press key to scroll to the parameter.
Press key several times to scroll to the parameter OFTL to calibration low value. Send your
low signal to the sensor input of the controller, then press and releasethe key. If the process
value (the upper display) is different from the input signal, the user can use and to
change the OFTL value (the lower display) until the process value is equal to the value theuser
needs. Press and hold the key for 5 seconds to complete the low point calibration. A similar
procedure is applied for high scale calibration.
The two points OFTL and OFTH construct a straight line. For the purpose of accuracy, it isbest
to change the value same on the two points as possible.
4.3 Auto-Tuning
Instrument has been set the best PID value; we suggest executing auto-calculatingwhen
temperature is unstable. Enter auto-calculating:
Press and hold until appears on the display then release.
Press and hold at least 5 seconds. The TUNE indicator will begin to flash and
the auto-tuning procedure is beginning.
After the Auto-Tuning process is completed, the TUNE indicator will stop flashing andthe
unit will revert to PID control by using its new PID values. The PID values obtainedare
stored in nonvolatile memory.
Note: To enable auto-calculating the lock parameter should be set with 1000.

6. Troubleshooting Guide

7. General Maintenance
1. Wipe machine with wet cloth first then wipe with dry cloth again every time after using. Please
clean it with neutral lotion if there is any dirt.
2. Please plug out for not using machine for a long time.
3. Please don’t put overweight article on the shelf to extend its service life.
4. When shaking, any liquid flowing from machine please wipe off immediately.
5. If possible, do not change default value to avoid parameter error
8. Warranty
8-1 Condition of warranty
1. One-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. In case damage is under normal condition of use within warranty, we will repair at nocharge.
3. In case any manufacturing defect is found, it will be replaced with a new one free ofcharge.
4. Damage caused by card lost, human negligence, misuse or acts of God during warranty, we
will repair at a reasonable charge.
5. This warranty card is invalid without company stamp, and will not be re-issued in case itis
lost.
