User Training Guide
1. Press 9 followed by the number you would like to call.
2. Press the Dial button
If you know the extension number
1. Enter the extension using the number pad
2. Press the Dial button
1. Press the soft key under the Directory icon
2. Scroll to the required contact using the navigation keys
3. Press either the Dial button or the soft key under Call on the display
Answering a call
1. When the phone rings press the Dial/Answer key or the Speakerphone key
Transferring calls internally
1. After answering the call, press the Dial key, this will put the caller on hold
2. Enter the extension you wish to transfer to
3. When the call is answered inform the 2nd party of the call and then press the Hang Up
key to transfer the call
Transferring calls externally
1. After answering the call, press the Dial key, this will put the caller on hold
2. Press 9, then the number you wish to send the call to
3. When the call is answered inform the 2nd party of the call and then press the Hang Up
key to transfer the call
1. After answering the call, press the Dial Key
2. To return to the call, press the Dial Key again
