Dettatillbehör användsdå FIGHTER 360P / 1130 /
1230 eller VVM 240 installeras i hus med två olikavär-
mesystem som kräver olikaframledningstemperatu-
rer, exempelvisi fall då huset har både radiatorsystem
och golvvärmesystem. I nedanstående text avser vär-
mesystem 1 det system som kräver den högre tempe-
raturen och som kopplas in till den ordinarie framled-
nings- respektive returledningsanslutningen.
Värmesystem 2 avser det värmesystem som arbetar
med lägre temperatur.
Vattenflödet i de två värmesystemen tillsammansbör
ej överstiga1700 l/h.
Sifferbeteckningar i följande text refererar till avsnittet
“Komponentplacering” samt aktuell ”Monterings- och
Skötselanvisning” för FIGHTER 360P / 1130 / 1230
eller VVM 240.

Montering sker enligt följande.
■Töm först pannvattenkärlet om dettaär vattenfyllt.
Skruvabort pluggen (61) i FIGHTER 360P´sbot-
tengavel. Monteradet medföljande plaströret där
pluggen tidigare var placerad.
Röranslutning
■Den extravärmebärarpumpen (VBP2) och shunt-
ventilen (SV-V2) placeras på lämplig platsutanför
FIGHTER 360P. Från kopplingen på det montera-
de plaströret dras rör till shuntventilen.
Returledningen från värmesystem 2 kopplas till
shuntventilen samt till returledningen från värme-
system 1, se bild.
■De två medföljande temperaturgivarnamonteras i
anslutning till värmesystem 2 enligt bild.
Framledningsgivaren (FG2) monteras på röret mel-
lan shuntventilen och värmebärarpumpen (VBP2).
Returledningsgivaren (RG2) monteras på röret från
värmesystem 2.
■Vid montering skall kontaktpastasamt isolering
runt givaren och röret användas för att erhållakor-
rekt temperaturmätning. OBS! Vid felaktig monte-
ring kan funktionen äventyras.

reläkortet (29) med hjälp av plasttornen. Den bruna
kabelnslösa ände kopplas in på position 10 på plint
(22) till fläkttransformatorn.
Se avsnitt “Komponentplacering” för positioner.
Kantkontaktkablaget kopplas in mellan det medföljan-
de reläkortet och reläkort (29) enligt vidstående bild.
5-ledarkabeln kopplas in enligt följande:
■Blå ledare till ledig noll-position på kompressorkon-
densatorn (28).
■Brun ledare till position 40 på det nyareläkortet.
■Svart ledare till position 42 på det nyareläkortet.
■Vit ledare till position 38på det nyareläkortet.
■Jordledare (gul/grön) till ledigt jordstift på kopplings-
plinten till vänster om kompressorkondensatorn.
Den andraänden på 5-ledarkabeln, shuntmotorn och
värmebärarpumpen kopplas in i kopplingsdosan enligt
nedanstående bild. Kopplingsdosan monteras lämpli-
gen på väggen.
Givarnakopplas in med två-ledare (exempelvisEKXX
eller LiYY) enligt följande:
Den givare som användssom framledningsgivare 2
anslutstill position 7 och 8på effektvaktskortets(2)
nedre plint.
Returgivare 2 kopplas in till position 5 och 6 på
sammakort.
Använd medföljande rundstiftshylsor för skarvning
mellan två-ledaren och givaren.

All elektrisk inkoppling skall ske av
behörig elektriker
■Välj “Service” i meny 8.1.1 för att få tillgång till
meny 9.0 och dess undermenyer.
■Välj sedan “Till” i meny 9.1.2, “Shuntgrupp 2”.
Därmed är meny 3.0 och dess undermenyer
åtkomliga.
■I undermenyernaställsnuvärmekurva, parallellför-
skjutning samt min- och maxnivåer in för värme-
system 2 på sammasätt som för värmesystem 1
under meny 2.0.

anslutning till värmesystem 2 enligt bild.

2.

Shuntventilen (SV-V2) placeras på framledningen,
efter värmepumpen, före förstaradiatorn på vär-
mesystem 1. Returledningen från värmesystem 2
kopplas till shuntventilen samt till returledningen
från värmesystem 1, se bild.
■De två medföljande temperaturgivarnamonteras i
anslutning till värmesystem 2 enligt bild.
Framledningsgivaren (FG2) monteras på röret mel-
lan värmebärarpumpen (VBP2) och värmesystem
2.
Returledningsgivaren (RG2) monteras på röret från
värmesystem 2.
■Vid montering skall kontaktpastasamt isolering

från ovansidan av dennaposition till motorskydd (26)
anslutning 95.

Thisaccessory isused when FIGHTER 360P / 1120 /
1220 or VVM 240 isinstalled in homeswith two differ-
ent heating systemsthat require different flow temper-
atures, for example, when the home has both aradia-
tor system and floor heating system. In the text below
heating system 1 refersto the system that requiresthe
highest temperature and which isconnected to the
ordinary flow and return connections.
Heating system 2 refersto the heating system that
worksat the lowest temperature.
The combined water flow in the two heating systems
should not exceed 1700 l/h.
The number designationsin bracketsin the following
text refer to the “Component placement” section and
the “Installation and Maintenance Instructions” for the
FIGHTER 360P / 1120 / 1220 or VVM240 in question.

Install as follows.
■Empty the water cylinder first, if thisisfilled with
water. Unscrew the plug (61) in the dished end of
FIGHTER 360P. Install the supplied plastic pipe
where the plug was previously fitted.
Pipe connections
■The extracirculation pump (VBP2) and shunt valve
(SV-V2) are positioned in asuitable areaoutside of
FIGHTER 360P. From the coupling on the fitted
plastic pipe route the pipe to the shunt valve. The
return pipe from heating system 2 isconnected to
the shunt valve as well as the return pipe from
heating system 1, see figure.
■The two supplied temperature sensorsare fitted in
connection to heating system 2 as illustrated in the
figure.
The flow sensor (FS2) isfitted on the pipe between
the shunt valve and the circulation pump (VBP2).
The return sensor (RG2) isfitted on the pipe from
heating system 2.
■Contact paste and insulation around the sensor
and pipe must be used during installation to obtain
the correct temperature measurement. NOTE!
Incorrect installation can put functionality at risk.

The supplied relay card isfitted on the existing relay
card (29) using the plastic spacers. The free end of
the brown cable isconnected to position 10 on termi-
nal (22) for the fan transformer.
See the section “Component placement” for the posi-
tions.
The edge board contact cable isconnected between
the supplied relay card and relay card (29) as shown
in the adjoining figure.
The 5-core cable isconnected as follows:
■Blue conductor to the free neutral position on the
compressor capacitor (28).
■Brown conductor to position 40 on the new relay
card.
■Black conductor to position 42 on the new relay
card.
■White conductor to position 38on the new relay
card.
■Earth conductor (yellow/green) to afree earth pin
on the terminal block to the left of the compressor
capacitor.
The other end of the 5-core cable, shunt motor and
the circulation pump are connected to the connection
box as shown in the figure below. The connection box
can be mounted on awall.
The sensorsare connected with atwo-wire cable (for
example, EKXX or LiYY) as follows:
The sensor used as the flow sensor 2 isconnected to
positions7 and 8on the load monitor card (2) lower
terminal.
Return sensor 2 isconnected to positions5 and 6 on
the same card.
Use the supplied round pin adaptersfor the splice
between the two-wire cable and the sensor.

■Select “Service” from menu8.1.1 to access menu
9.0 and itssub-menus.
■Now select “On” in menu9.1.2, “ExtraShunt
Present”. Youwill now be able to access menu3.0
and itssub-menus.
■Using the sub-menus youcan now set the heat
curve, parallel offset as well as the min. and max.
levelsfor heating system 2 in the same way as for
heating system 1 in menu2.0.
Also refer to the “Installation and Maintenance
Instructions” for FIGHTER 360P.

Install as follows.
■Empty the water cylinder/heating circuit first, if this
isfilled with water.
■The extracirculation pump (VBP2) ispositioned in
asuitable areaoutside of VVM 240. The shunt
valve (SV-V2) ispositioned on the flow pipe, after
VVM 240, before the first radiator on heating sys-
tem 1. The return pipe from heating system 2 is
connected to the shunt valve as well as the return
pipe from heating system 1, see figure.

The flow sensor (FS2) isfitted on the pipe between
the circulation pump (VBP2) and heating system 2.
The return sensor (RG2) isfitted on the pipe from
heating system 2.
■Contact paste and insulation around the sensor
and pipe must be used during installation to obtain
the correct temperature measurement. NOTE!
Incorrect installation can put functionality at risk.

the brown cable isconnected to terminal -X12 position

The edge board contact cable isconnected between
the supplied relay card and relay card (29) as shown
in the adjoining figure.
The 5-core cable isconnected as follows:
■Blue conductor to the neutral position on terminal -
X12 position 4.
■Brown conductor to position 40 on the new relay
card.
■Black conductor to position 42 on the new relay
card.
■White conductor to position 38on the new relay
card.
■Earth conductor (yellow/green) to afree earth pin.
The other end of the 5-core cable, shunt motor and
the circulation pump are connected to the connection
box as shown in the figure below. The connection box
can be mounted on awall.

The sensor used as the flow sensor 2 isconnected to
positions7 and 8on the load monitor card (2) lower
terminal.

between the two-wire cable and the sensor.

■Empty the water cylinder/heating system first, if
thisisfilled with water.
■The extracirculation pump (VBP2) ispositioned in
asuitable areaoutside of FIGHTER 1120/1220.
The shunt valve (SV-V2) ispositioned on the flow
pipe, after the heat pump, before the first radiator
on heating system 1. The return pipe from heating
system 2 isconnected to the shunt valve as well as
the return pipe from heating system 1, see figure.
