Safety Instructions
1. Before using this product, please read this user’s manual carefully;
2. Any plate cards not ready to be installed shall be kept in the anti-static protective bags; 3.
Before taking out the plate cards from the anti-static protective bags, first place hands on the
grounding metal object for a while so as to release the static electricity from your body and
hands;
4. While fetching the plate cards, please wear static protective gloves and have the habit of
holding the cards by edge;
5. Before connecting the motherboard to the power supply, please check the power voltage
6. In order to prevent bodily electric shock or damage to products, first turn off the AC power or
unplug the power cord out of power sockets while inserting main boards or plate cards or do
reconfiguration;
7. Before moving the plate cards or the unit, please make sure to unplug the AC power cords
out of the sockets;
8. Before you connect or unplug any equipment, please make sure that all power cords are
unplugged in advance;
9. To prevent any unnecessary damage to the products due to frequent power on/off. Please
wait at least 30 seconds before you restart up the unit after the unit is shut down;
10. If anything unexpected happened during the operating, please seek help from professionals;

Chapter One Product Introduction
1.1 Introduction
BPC-7934 is Mini-ITX motherboard,with Intel®NM10 chipset,Intel Cedarview CPU D2550
1.86GHz processor. 1x standard 7Pin SATA port,2x Gigabit Ethernet interface,provide VGA,
LVDS,HDMI display port,and 6 x standard DB9 serial port,6xUSB 2.0 ports,can be used for
data communication. Support Line-in audio function,provide 1x 2X10 2.54mm dual row pin
header expansion GPIO、mouse, keyboard, power key, reset key and restore key. Provide 2x
MINI PCIe slot and on board SIM card slot.

Chapter 2 Installation Specification
2.1 Interfaces Location and Dimension
Following picture illustrates the front interfaces and dimension of board BPC-7934. Please
pay attention to the installation process. Improper installation of some components may lead to
system failure.
Note: When installing the board, please wear anti-static gloves in case of any electrostatic
damage caused during the installation.

2.2 Installation Steps
Please follow the steps below to assemble your computer:
1.Adjust all jumpers onboard BPC-7934 according to the user manual.
2.Install memory;
3.Install other expansion cards.
4.Connect all signal line, cables, panel control circuit and power adapter.
5.Start the computer and finish BIOS settings.
Key components of this motherboard are Integrated circuit and these components
could be easily damaged by electrostatic influence. So, before installing this unit, please
always keep the following precautions in mind:
1.Please hold the board by edges and don’t touch any components or plug and socket pins.
2.Wear anti-static gloves/wrist strap while touching the integrated circuit components, such as
CPU, RAM, etc.
3.Put those unused or uninstalled components in static shielding bags or trays.
4.Please first check the power switch is off before connecting the power plug.
2.3 Memory Installation
Board with 1x DDRⅢslot. Note the following two points when installing the memory chip:
1.During installation, align the notch of the memory chip with the notch of the socket, and then
insert it firmly.
2.When selecting a memory chip, you must select a memory chip that supports this
motherboard specification.
2.4 Jumper Settings
Please refer to following instructions to do jumper settings before installing the
motherboard.
Remark: How to identify the PIN1 of all jumpers and interfaces: Please observe the word
mark on the side of the plug socket, which will be a “1” or bold line or triangular symbol; And
please look at the back of PCB, each with a square shape will be the PIN 1; and all the jumpers’
PIN1 have a white arrow on the side.
2.4.1 CMOS Clear/Hold Jumper Setting(JCC)
CMOS is powered by the onboard button cells. Clear CMOS may lead to permanent

elimination of previous system settings and make the system back to the original settings
(factory default).
Steps:(1)Shut down the computer and disconnect power supply;
(2)Make the jumper JCC Pin1 and Pin 2 short for 5~10 seconds(Pin1-2)and then
make it back to default setting with Pin 2-3 connected;
(3)Start the computer and press <Del> to enter BIOS setup, then reload optimal
defaults;
(4)Save and Exit

2.4.2 Hardware Switch for System Auto Boot upon Power On(JAT)

2.4.3 COM2 Jumper Setting(J5,J6,J8)
J5,J6,J8 jumper are used to set the transmission mode of COM2,COM2 support RS
232/RS 422/RS 485 transmission mode,you can choose settings according to your own needs.
The default transmission mode is RS 232.

2.4.4 LCD Rated Voltage Selection Jumper(JP1,JP2)
Before using LCD, please know its required working rated voltage. Here jumper sets the
output voltage of 41PIN and 42PIN of LVDS socket for LCD display logic circuit.
