Cleaning and Maintenance
Your MIXX is a valuable piece of equipment and deserves careful handling.
You can clean the frame, the plastic parts, and the fabric with a damp cloth,
but don’t use abrasives or bleach. Fabric is machine washable. Line dry. Do
not use silicon lubricants, as they will attract dirt and grime. Continued and
extended exposure to sunlight can change the color of many materials. Do not
store your MIXX in a damp place. Always allow the fabric to dry naturally away
from direct heat.
For reasons of safety, only use original Nuna parts. Clean the wheels regularly
with water and remove the dirt. Lubricate moving parts with a light, non-toxic
oil. Be careful not to apply light oil to the wheel bearings. To ensure the long-
lasting use of your MIXX, wipe it off with a soft, absorbent cloth after using it
in rainy weather. It is normal for fabric to color from sunlight and to show wear
and tear after a long period of use, even when used normally.
Check regularly if any parts are torn, broken, or missing and that everything
functions properly. If this is the case, stop using the MIXX.
• If the handle or arm bar material comes in contact with dust or water-
soluble liquid, e.g. juice or saliva, wipe it with a cloth dampened with water
at a temperature no greater than 40 degree Celsius and then air dry.
• If the handle or arm bar material comes in contact with dust or nonwater-
soluble liquid, e.g. milk and grease, wipe it with a cotton swab or towel
dampened with water and a neutral detergent at a temperature no greater
than 40 degree Celsius. Wipe residual detergent water off with dampened
cloth and air dry.
• To dry handle or arm bar if exposed to rain: Wipe water from the surface
and air dry. DO NOT dry it by hot surface or direct sunlight.
• DO NOT clean your product with strong cleaners or solvent as it may
damage the material.
• DO NOT expose your product to organic solvents like alcohol.
• DO NOT clean the handle or arm bar with water of temperature greater than
40 degree Celsius.
