Button Name Function Use
POWER Turns the OxyPure®on and off. Press POWER to turn the OxyPure®on and off.
AUTO Allows you to run the OxyPure at the lowest fan
speed, raising it based on PM level.
Press AUTO and the Auto back light will turn on. There is no time limit on the Auto Mode. Press
AUTO again to deactivate Auto Mode.
ECO
MODE
Allows you to save energy by turning the OxyPure
fan off when it is not needed.
Press and hold AUTO for 1 second to activate Eco Mode. When the air quality is poor, the unit will
automatically run. When the air quality is good, the unit will turn off. Press AUTO and hold for 1
second to deactivate Eco Mode.
ULTIMATE
CLEAN
Automatically switches to the highest fan speed
when the PM level rises. Press ULTIMATE CLEAN to activate the Ultimate Clean Mode.
Wi-Fi
MODE
Allows you to connect the OxyPure to your Wi-Fi
network Press and hold ULTIMATE CLEAN to initiate Wi-Fi pairing.
FLOW
ANGLE Adjusts the louver angles. Press AIR FLOW ANGLE to adjust the louver angles from 30°, 60°, 90°.
MUTE &
UNMUTE Turns the beeping on or off. Press and hold FLOW ANGLE to mute the OxyPure. Repeat to unmute.
FAN
SPEED Adjusts the OxyPure’s fan speed. There are 6 fan speed levels. Press FAN SPEED to adjust from Speed 1 (lowest) to Speed 6
(highest).
SLEEP
MODE
Turns off the control panel LED lights but keeps the
fan active.
Adjust the Fan Speed prior to activating Sleep Mode. Press and hold FAN SPEED for 2 seconds to
activate Sleep Mode. Press any button to deactivate it.
TIMER Helps limit the amount of time the OxyPure is on. Press TIMER to select from the 6 timer settings of 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 8 or 12 hours.
FILTER 2
RESET Reset the Filter indicator Press and hold TIMER for 2 seconds to reset the FILTER 2 indicator.
TURBO Operates at the highest fan speed for a set time
(1/2 hour, 1 or 2 hours). Press TURBO once to run the OxyPure at the highest speed for ½ hour.
FILTER 4
RESET Reset the Filter indicator Press and hold TURBO for 2 seconds to reset the FILTER 4 indicator.

Wi-Fi LED Status
Pairing Mode & AP Mode
Solid Light The OxyPure®is paired with the Wi-Fi and
ready to be used.
Rapid Blinking Light
The OxyPure is in Pairing Mode. The OxyPure
will remain in Pairing Mode for up to 3 minutes,
or until your device is paired.
Slow Blinking Light The OxyPure is in AP Mode.
No Light The OxyPure’s Wi-Fi is off.
Before Use
1. Make sure the OxyPure® is unplugged. Open the panel on the back to
expose the lters.
2. Pull the lters from their slots.
3. Remove the plastic wrapping from the lters.
4. Fully reinsert the lters into the Oxypure and close the panel.
5. Remove the sticker from the control panel.

Filters
1 2 Bio-Guard®Filters (Lifespan up to 20 years)
• The 8,000-volt electrostatic filter captures airborne particles as small as
0.1 microns..
3 Ozone (O3) Emission Removal Filter (Lifespan up to 20 years)
• Eliminates harmful ozone gas (O3) from the home to less than 3 part
per billion (ppb), 17 times less than the EPA’s household standards
of 50 ppb by converting Ozone to Oxygen.
4 Stainless-Steel Prefilter (Lifespan up to 20 years)
• Made from rust-free 18/8 stainless-steel.
• The durable, washable, and reusable Prefilter captures and collects
large particles.
Connection (Optional)
Connect the OxyPure to your home Wi-Fi network and pair it with
your smart device:
1. Download the NuWave® Connect app via the Apple Store or
Google™ Play Store on your smartphone or device and open
the app.
2. Once you download the NuWave® Connect app, ensure your
phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi network on the 2.4GHz
frequency and that your phone’s Bluetooth is on.
3. Turn on the OxyPure and activate Wi-Fi Pairing Mode by
pressing and holding ULTIMATE CLEAN until the light next to
the Wi-Fi symbol begins to blink rapidly.
4. In the NuWave® Connect app, tap the +symbol, then tap Auto
Scan and select your device.
5. Enter your Wi-Fi network’s password and tap Confirm. If
the connection is successful, the app will display “Added
Successfully” on the screen.
If you’re unable to pair your OxyPure using Auto Scan, follow
the instructions for AP Mode or EZ Mode on page 9 of the
owner’s manual.

Air Filter Assembly
When maintaining the lters, unplug the unit and open the Filter Access
Panel. You will see that the order of the lters, from the outside in, is as
follows:
Stainless-Steel Prefilters
Bio-Guard® filters
Ozone Emission Removal filter
Bio-Guard®360 filter

The OxyPure®is easily movable with wheels on the bottom. Before moving your OxyPure, turn it off and unplug it from the outlet. Your settings will be
saved and will automatically activate next time the unit is turned on.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Filter Maintenance Indicator
The FILTER 2 and FILTER 4 lights will turn green in about 3 months to alert you that the Bio-Guard® lters SHOULD be cleaned to maintain
optimal performance (NuWave Recommendation). When either light turns red (after about 6 months), that Bio-Guard® lter MUST be cleaned.
Once cleaned, press and hold TIMER or TURBO for 2 seconds to reset the FILTER 2 and FILTER 4 indicator lights respectively.
Cleaning the Filters
The lters need to be cleaned on schedule to help the unit maintain optimum performance.
1. Remove the Filter Access Panel in the r ear of the OxyPure®using its built-in handle.
2. Slide out the lters that need cleaning.
3. Always allow the washable lters to dry completely, out of direct sunlight, before you reinstall them. Never place a wet lter into the OxyPure.
4. Reattach and close the Filter Access Panel. If the panel is not properly closed, the POWER button will blink red and the unit will not power on.
CAUTION
Unplug the OxyPure®from the power source before inserting or removing any parts or attachments and before cleaning.

Cleaning the Dust Sensor
The Dust Sensor is located on the side of the unit.
1. Open the Dust Sensor Cover.
2. Using a dry cotton swab, gently remove any dirt or dust from the Dust
Sensor.
3. For more buildup on the Dust Sensor, wipe it with a slightly wet
cotton swab.
4. Remove any moisture with a dry cotton swab.
• The Dust Sensor requires regular cleaning (approximately every 3
months) for the unit to operate efficiently.
• If your OxyPure is set up in an area with high dust accumulation, more
frequent cleaning of the Dust Sensor is needed.
• Do not use the cotton swab on any part or area other than the Dust
Sensor.
Do not immerse the OxyPure
in water. Clean the outside of
the unit with a damp sponge
or cloth and wipe it dry. Make
sure all parts and covers are
securely attached.
Do not dry the lters in direct
sunlight or with a hot blow
dryer. Do not use a vacuum
cleaner or too stiff a brush to
clean the Bio-Guard lters.

General Filter Cleaning Tips
1. Always Wear a Mask and Use Rubber gloves.
Prevents accidental inhalation of any contaminants when cleaning
your lters.
2. Move the OxyPure, Not the Filters
Minimizes lter shaking.
3. Handle the Filters Carefully
Be careful not to agitate the lters to avoid releasing trapped
contaminants.
4. Dry the Filters Completely
Never install a wet or damp lter into your OxyPure.
To Clean the Ozone Emission Removal Filters
1. Remove the lters. If possible, take them outside to clean.
2. Gently, but thoroughly, clean the lters using a brush-tipped vacuum.
3. Repeat the process on the other side. DO NOT GET WET.
To Clean the Stainless-Steel Prelters
The Prelters need to be cleaned at least once every two months,
depending on use.
1. Use a brush-tipped vacuum to remove any dust or lint.
Cleaning the Odor Sensor
1. The Odor Sensor is behind the three slots above the Dust Sensor
Cover and may ONLY be cleaned using a brush-tipped vacuum.

Note: If you are unable to close the Filter Access Panel for
any reason, the OxyPure will not operate and you will need
to contact NuWave Customer Service. Exercise caution to
ensure the tabs are not damaged when securing the Filter
Access Panel.
