User’s guide
OPUS rolLAM 380
Keep to the following safety regulations as stated important contents for
safety.
Health & Safety precautions:
Before operating the machine please read the safety precautions,
manufacturer recommendations and the operation manual. The operation manual
should be easily available at any time for the operator

The machine should be installed on sturdy and level floor near the 230V/50 Hz
socket,
•The machine should be protected
against dust and moisture

The machine must not be placed near the heating units or ventilation units

The machine should not be used in vicinity of inflammable liquids or gases

Any heavy or sharp objects should not be put on the machine

Recomendations:
•Use only recommended supplies and accessories,

different pouch thickness,
•Individually cut pouch can badly dirt the rolls or wind around them,
•Remove all metal elements (clips, clamps, etc.) before laminating the document,
NOTE! Not complying with the recommendations above can result with
warranty void
Assembling and operating
•Instal the top and bottom film brackets using attache screws
•Apply on the rollers laminating foil, next stabilize it with adjustable collars
•Put the rollers with foil onot brackets
•Install upper foil using using below diagram:

•Instal bottom foil using below diagram:

Install safety cover and guide table
•
Set the proper temperature and speed
•Laminate piece of material and check if foil on the rollers is well tensioned. If not,
adjust it using knobs on rollers or with roller tension handle. The handle is on the
right side of machine.
•The machine is ready to use.
Control Panel
TEMP (up&down) - adjust temperature
SPEED (up&down) – adjust speed
STBY –Stand by mode; temperature is set to 85°C
MEAS – Measures actual roller temperature
STOP – stops and runs rollers
REV – reverse function
HOT – Initial setting 110°C and speed 3
COLD – cold laminating
MEMO – Memory function. ---> Memory settings
On the display you can find also information about actual work mode: cold
lamination, hot lamination, running rollers and running fans

Programowanie pamięci
Using MEMO button you can seve your individual settings:
•Push the MEMO button for 2 seconds. The temperature and speed on
display will blink
•Using temperature and speed button to set demand value
•Pres 1-5 buttons to save your settings
Factory pre-set memory value
Attention!
If you don’t use the machine for 1 hour the temperature will go to 85°C. Also when
you Press the STBY button, the temperature will go to 85°C. Finally if you don’t use
the machine for 1 hour Since STBY mode, the Power will be hut down automatically
Cleaning:
During lamination foil can stick and soil the rollers. If they won’t be cleaned regularly
results of lamination may be unsatisfactory and the machine can be damaged. You
should clean the rollers often and reguraly.
Note! Before clearing turn off the laminator and unplug it from the socket

Keep the rollers clean etery time after use

Do not clean the rollers during work
•
Use only delicate materials, others can damage the rollers.
•
After finished work adjust adequate tension on the foil with tension handle. If
the tension is too tight, the foil can be stretched
