Przed rozpoczęciem pracy z urządzeniem należy uważnie zapoznać się z zasadami
bezpieczeństwa, zaleceniami producenta i instrukcją obsługi. Instrukcję należy
zachować i korzystać z niej w przypadku jakichkolwiek wątpliwości dotyczących
obsługi urządzenia.
Urządzenie należy ustawić na stabilnym podłożu w pobliżu gniazdka o napięciu
AC 220 – 240 V 50/60 Hz.
Urządzenie należy chronić przed wilgocią i kurzem.
Nie wolno ustawiać urządzenia w pobliżu urządzeń grzejnych lub wentylacyjnych.
Nie wolno używać urządzenia w pobliżu łatwopalnych gazów lub cieczy.
Na urządzeniu nie wolno kłaść żadnych przedmiotów.
Należy chronić przewód zasilający urządzenia przed uszkodzeniem. Nie używać
przewodu do przenoszenia urządzenia i wyciągania wtyczki z gniazdka.
W razie uszkodzenia należy wymienić przewód zasilający.
Urządzenie należy wyłączyć z sieci, jeśli nie jest używane przez dłuższy czas lub gdy
jest przenoszone.
Urządzenie należy trzymać poza zasięgiem dzieci.
Urządzenie zawiera elementy obrotowe, które mogą spowodować wciągnięcie
luźnych elementów garderoby, włosów itp. Należy zachować ostrożność!
UWAGA! Urządzenie posiada elementy grzejne! Nie wolno dotykać powierzchni
urządzenia lub kłaść na niej łatwopalnych materiałów!
Po zakończeniu pracy należy wyłączyć urządzenie przełącznikiem głównym
ustawiając go w pozycji OFF lub wyłączyć z sieci. Należy pamiętać, że całkowite
wyłączenie urządzenia następuje po wyciągnięciu wtyczki z gniazda sieciowego.
Nie wolno zasłaniać szczelin, aby wałki grzejne mogły ostygnąć.
Nie wolno używać urządzenia do innych celów niż określone w instrukcji obsługi.
Należy kontrolować sprawność urządzenia. W przypadku zauważenia jakichkolwiek
nieprawidłowości w pracy, należy wyłączyć urządzenie z prądu, a następnie
skontaktować się z serwisem.
Urządzenie jest przeznaczone wyłącznie do pracy w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych,
dobrze wywietrzonych, w temperaturze powyżej 8 °C
Przed zdjęciem jakiejkolwiek osłony, należy wyjąć wtyczkę z gniazda zasilającego.
Stosowanie niewłaściwych substancji smarujących stwarza zagrożenie pożarowe.
Urządzenie należy obsługiwać zawsze zgodnie z ogólnymi zasadami BHP.
W przypadku pojawienia się usterki, należy wyłączyć laminator i skontaktować się
ze sprzedawcą. Wszelkich napraw urządzenia może dokonywać jedynie osoba
uprawniona lub w serwisie autoryzowanym.
W środku urządzenia znajdują się części pod wysokim napięciem. By uniknąć
porażenia prądem nie wolno otwierać pokrywy bez autoryzowanego serwisanta.
Bądź ostrożny używając listwy końcowej i docinającej.
Nie dotykaj rolek laminatora w trakcie działania lub zaraz po skończeniu pracy.
Ruchome części mogą miażdżyć i przecinać.
Powierzchnia jest gorąca. Istnieje ryzyko poparzenia.


Używaj tylko sprawdzonych materiałów eksploatacyjnych firmy OPUS.
Urządzenie laminuje przy użyciu folii o grubości od 25 – 250μm. Nie należy używać
folii o innej grubości.
Przy wkładaniu dokumentu do szczeliny podawczej, nigdy NIE wkładaj go otwartym
brzegiem. Grozi to wciągnięciem folii w wałki urządzenia.
Nie używaj folii przycinanej indywidualnie, gdyż może to spowodować trudne do
usunięcia zabrudzenia wałków lub nawinięcie się folii na wałki.
Dokument przeznaczony do laminowania nie może zawierać żadnych elementów
metalowych (spinacze, zszywki itp.).

Przytrzymaj przycisk MEMORY przez 5 sekund aż zamigocze dwa razy
Jeśli chcesz zmienić dane w pamięci, naciśnij przycisk MEMORY jeden raz
Wprowadź odpowiednią temperaturę i prędkość, potwierdź przyciskiem MEAS
Potwierdź dowolnym przyciskiem prócz TEMP, SPEED
Laminator nie będzie funkcjonował poprawnie jeśli dwa przyciski zostaną naciśnięte
równocześnie.

Laminowanie na gorąco

Kiedy temperatura wału przekroczy 60˚C NIE WOLNO laminować w trybie zimnym. Odczekaj

W procesie laminowania folia przywiera i brudzi wałki. Jeśli pozostałości zostaną na
wałku, zmniejszy to jakość działania laminatora oraz może być przyczyna problemów
z urządzeniem. Z tego powodu wałki powinny być czyszczone często i regularnie.
Nie czyść wałków podczas ich obracania się.
Używać do czyszczenia tylko delikatnych materiałów, wszystkie inne mogą uszkodzić
powierzchnię wałków.
Nie pozwól, aby wałki były ściskane przez dłuższy czas, by uniknąć ich uszkodzenia.
Wałki zawsze powinny być utrzymane w czystości.
Proszę zwrócić szczególną uwagę na czyszczenie dolnego wałka.


- Grzałka może być wyłączona.
Włącz grzałkę przy pomocy klawiszy regulacji temperatury TEMPERATURE (UP&DOWN)
- Termostat zapobiegający przegrzaniu jest włączony.
Pozwól laminatorowi ostygnąć, później możesz przystąpić do użytkowania.
Jeśli problem powtarza się, skontaktuj się z przedstawicielem autoryzowanego serwisu.

- Główny bezpiecznik zasilania nie działa.
Wymień bezpiecznik, pamiętając aby miał on właściwą specyfikację.
Jeśli problem powtarza się, skontaktuj się z przedstawicielem autoryzowanego serwisu.
- W każdym innym przypadku skontaktuj się z serwisem.

- Zbyt duże napięcie folii.
Zbyt duże napięcie folii w urządzeniu może spowodować gorszą jakość działania.
Dopasuj odpowiednie napięcie.
- Laminator pracuje z wałkami skierowanymi ku górze.
Opuść wałki na dół i dostosuj odpowiedni docisk.

- Czujnik temperatury może być zasłonięty przez jakiś przedmiot.
Zwróć uwagę podczas zakładania folii aby zapobiec jej przywieraniu do wałków
lub zwisaniu. Upewnij się, że żaden przedmiot nie znajduje się pomiędzy wałkami
a czujnikiem temperatury. Czujnik jest delikatnym elementem pomiarowym,
niedozwolone jest jego dotykanie i odginanie.



Before operating the machine please read the safety precautions, manufacturer
recommendations and the operation manual. The operation manual should be easily
available at any time for the operator.
The machine should be installed on sturdy and level floor near the
AC 220 – 240 V 50/60 Hz socket.
The machine should be protected against dust and moisture.
The machine must not be placed near the heating units or ventilation units.
The machine should not be used in vicinity of inflammable liquids or gases.
Any heavy or sharp objects should not be put on the machine.
The supplying cable should be protected against any damage, must not be used
to pull the machine or to remove the plug from a socket. If the cable is damaged
it must be exchanged immediately.
During a long standstill or before replacing the machine, the plug should be
removed from a mains socket.
The machine should be kept away from children’s reach
Danger! Machine contains rotary elements. Take care of long hair, loose jewellery,
ties and other loose pieces of clothing – they can be entangled into the rolls.
Danger!! The machine contains heating area – pay special attention. Do not touch
the machine or put any inflammable materials on the machine!
After using the laminator must be turned o by main switch or by unplugging it
from the power socket. Do not cover the feed opening, so that the rolls cool down.
The machine must not be used for any other purposes than those indicated in the
instruction manual.
It is necessary to check and supervise if the machine operates correctly. In case of
any malfunctions, it is required to contact the service team
The machine must not be located outside, should be operated in room
temperature higher than +8C.
Before removing any cover from the machine, remove the plug from a socket.
Using inappropriate lubricants causes the fire hazard
The machine should be operated according to general safety rules.
The machine should be unplugged immediately, in case of any defect. Any repairs
can be conducted only by authorised sta.
There are high voltage parts inside this machine. To avoid electric shock,
do not open the cover without authorized service man
Be careful when using end cutter and side cutter.
Do not touch the rollers while operating or directly after operating to avoid any
possible scald.
Moving parts can crush and cut.
Surface is hot. A burn hazard exist.


Use only recommended supplies and accessories.
The machine is designed for lamination with pouch 25 – 250μm. Do not use dierent
pouch thickness.
Always insert the pouch with the close end into the laminator. Putting the open end first
can cause stuck of the document inside the laminator.
Laminating with the one layer of pouch requires using the carrier.
Individually cut pouch can badly dirt the rolls or wind around them.
Remove all metal elements (clips, clamps, etc.) before laminating the document.
Do not laminate inflammable, sticky and easy-melting materials


Twinkle MEMORY two periodically if press memory key during about 5 seconds.
This time, if wish to exchange soil rake of memory, press memory key shortly once.
Into memory soil rake that select temperature and speed value if press MEAS key after
selection long wealth low tone and input complete.
Press method and any key except TEMP, SPEED.
Laminator will not work properly when its pushed more than two keys at the same time.



Proper temperature and speed may be changed on operation condition.
Recommend to go trial test before laminating important objects.
In occasion of not good adhesion, increase the temperature little bit
In continuous operation if it doesn’t keep the set temperature please decrease
the speed


- In process of laminating, bit of adhesion comes out from film and it stains roller.
If let the remnant lays on the rollers, it eects low quality result of laminating and
become a factor of trouble on laminator. Therefore, clean the rollers at regular interval
or ever so often.
- First of all, get rid of Table and Safety Cover. Let the roller rotate and find the spot by
 or REVERSE key. Then scrub with alcohol dipped a cloth.
  Must not clean while roller runs.
  Do not use for cleaning such steel wool which may damage the surface of rollers.
  Do not let roller be pressed for a long to avoid spoiling rollers.
  Keep the idle roller clean always.

There may occur temporarily temperature changes at the beginning of laminating.
However, it is normal progress to reach set temperature afterwards.


- Heater may be o.
Turn heater on by using Temperature Control Key.
- Thermostat which is way of prevention overheating is on
Afterwards let the laminator cool, go on operation.
If the problem repeats contact an authorized service representative.

- Main power fuse is down.
Change fuse which has to be the same specification.
If the problem repeats, contact an authorized service representative.
- Fuse on PCB is down.
Contact an authorized service representative.

- There is not film left.
Change the film.
- Too much tension of film.
Too much tension cause rather inferior quality. Adjust proper tension.
- The laminator is in operation with an upward roller.
Lift roller down and adjust proper pressure.

- There is something around infrared temperature sensor that hides sensor.
Caution in handling film to prevent to be clinging in the rollers or hang down.
Make sure that there is no articles between roller and temperature sensor.


- Wrong operation of controller caused by momentary power failure.
Turn controller power switch o and on. Push POWER/STAND BY key.
- Wrong operation of controller caused by electro static discharge.
Turn Controller Power Switch o and on. Push POWER/STAND BY key. Grounding type
power outlet is strongly recommended to decrease such problems.
