Placing Calls
Option 1
1. Pick up the handset or
press or .
2. Enter the phone number.
3. Press Send.
Option 2
4. Enter the phone number

From Lines View
1. Press the phone Line
key.
2. Enter the phone
number.
3. Press Send.
From Home View
1. Select New Call using
the left and right arrow
keys.
2. Enter the phone
number.

Answering Calls
Answer on
Speakerphone
1. Press or tap
Answer.
Answer with Handset
1. Pick up the handset.
Answer with Headset
1. Press .
2. Answer a new call
whild on an active call.
3. Press Answer. The
current call will be held.
Ending Calls
End an active call
1. Replace the handset,
press or press
or press End Call.
End a held call.
1. Navigate to Calls view.
2. Highlight the held call.
3. Press Resume.
4. Press End Call.
Hold a Call
1. Press Hold softkey to
hold the active call.
Pick Up a Held
Call
1. Press the Line
Key to pick up the
corresponding Held call.

1. Pick up handset.

3. Begin speaking
Transferring Calls
1. From Calls view, press
Transfer or .
2. When you hear the
ringback tone or you
connect with the other
party, press Transfer or
x again.
Note: Press Blind
to complete the
transfer without
waiting for the
ringback tone.
Placing 3-Way
Calls
1. Connect with rst party
2. Press More and select
Confrnc
3. Dial and connect with
second party
4. Press Confrnc again
From Lines or Calls
view, you can:
»Press Hold to hold all
participants
»Press End Call to
remove yourself from
the call, but keep the
other participants
connected.
