INTRODUCTION
This manual was written for shop technicians (car lift
operators) and maintenance technicians. Before operating
these car lifts, please read these instructions completely.
The lift should be operated only by purposely trained
technicians over 18 years of age, in full observance of the
regulations in force in the country where the lift is
installed. This manual covers important information for:
• Safety of people;
• Safety of the car lift;
• Safety of lifted car.
This manual is considered to be a permanent part of the
lift and must be kept in an easily accessible place so that
the operator can find it and refer to it any time.
PARTICULARLY CAREFUL READING OF
CHAPTER “3”ON SAFETY IS RECOMMENDED.
All versions of the lift have been designed and built as
required by:
EUROPEAN RECOMMENDATIONS: 2006/42/EC,
2004/108/EC, 2006/95/EC.
EUROPEAN RULES: EN 1493, EN ISO 12100-1, EN
ISO 12100-2, EN 60204-1, EN 349, EN ISO 13850, EN
ISO 14121-1.
Only skilled and previously authorized technicians should
be allowed to carry out transport, assembling, setting,
maintenance, overhaul, moving, dismantling operations,
etc. concerning the lift. The manufacturer is not
responsible for possible damage to people, vehicles and
objects, caused by improper use of the lift.
Read this instruction completely before operating the
lift.
Always start the hydraulic and electric system before
the pneumatic connection from the lift to the control
box is carried out.
The lift must be only used for vehicles up to the
specified capacity. Any improper use of this lift is
strictly forbidden
Disconnect the lift from the main electric supply
before any extraordinary maintenance operation.
Lift installation must be carried out as specified by
these instructions.
Service test; proceed as described on page 34.
The manufacturer is not liable for possible damage
resulting from failure to follow the instruction
supplied with this car lift.
INTRODUCCIÓN
Este manual está destinado a técnicos de taller
(operadores de elevadores de automóviles) y técnicos de
mantenimiento. Antes de utilizar estos elevadores de
automóviles, lea estas instrucciones en su totalidad.
Únicamente personal con la formación adecuada y mayor
de 18 años puede manejar este elevador, en riguroso
cumplimiento de las normativas en vigor en el país de
instalación del elevador. Este manual incluye información
importante para:
• la seguridad de las personas,
• la seguridad del elevador de automóviles,
• la seguridad del automóvil elevado.
Este manual se considera parte integrante del elevador y
se debe guardar en un lugar de fácil acceso para que el
operador pueda encontrarlo y consultarlo en cualquier
momento.
SE RECOMIENDA LEER CON ESPECIAL ATENCIÓN EL
CAPÍTULO “3” SOBRE SEGURIDAD.
Todas las versiones del elevador han sido diseñadas y
fabricadas en conformidad con las siguientes normas y
directivas:
DIRECTIVAS EUROPEAS: 2006/42/CE, 2004/108/CE y
2006/95/CE.
NORMAS EUROPEAS: EN 1493, EN ISO 12100-1, EN
ISO 12100-2, EN 60204-1, EN 349, EN ISO 13850 y EN
ISO 14121-1.
Únicamente se deberá permitir que personal cualificado y
previamente autorizado realice operaciones de transporte,
montaje, instalación, mantenimiento, puesta a punto,
desplazamiento, desmontaje, etc., relacionadas con el
elevador. El fabricante no se hace responsable de los
posibles daños a personas, vehículos u objetos derivados
de un uso inadecuado del elevador.
Lea estas instrucciones en su totalidad antes de
utilizar el elevador.
Ponga en marcha siempre los sistemas hidráulico y
eléctrico antes de llevar a cabo la conexión neumática
entre el elevador y la caja de mandos.
Solamente de debe utilizar el elevador con vehículos
aptos según la capacidad especificada. Se prohíbe
estrictamente el uso inapropiado de este elevador.
Desconecte el elevador del suministro eléctrico
principal antes de llevar a cabo cualquier tarea de
mantenimiento extraordinaria.
La instalación del elevador se deberá realizar de
acuerdo con lo especificado en estas instrucciones de
uso.
Para las comprobaciones de servicio, siga el
procedimiento descrito en la página 34.
El fabricante no se hace responsable de los posibles
daños derivados del incumplimiento de las
instrucciones suministradas con este elevador de
automóviles.
