7.1 Prerequisites

7.2 Precautions
Back up the configuration file before the upgrade. The backup configuration file can be used if the
configuration file is lost in the case of an accidental power failure during the upgrade.
Do not power off the device during the upgrade. If the device cannot start up due to an accidental power
failure during the upgrade, see 7.3.3 Upgrade under Uboot for the solution.
7.3 Procedure
7.3.1 Upgrade under the Main Program
(1) After downloading the main program to a USB flash drive, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the
device.
(2) Power on the device and press the combination of CRTL and C to enter the menu interface. The menu is
displayed as follows:

7.3.2 Upgrade on the Web System
1. Log in to the Web management system.
2. Click System > Upgrade and go to the upgrade page.
3. Click File and select the local bin file.

4. Click Upgrade.
5. Wait for a few minutes until the device is upgraded. You will be redirected to the login page automatically after
upgrade.
6. View the upgraded version on the home page.
7.3.3 Upgrade under Uboot
(1) After downloading the main program to a USB flash drive, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the
device.
(2) Power on the device and press the combination of CRTLand C to enter the menu interface. If you are entering
the command line interface, enter quit to return to the menu. The menu is displayed as follows:
