å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor.
å Push ten HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A and B)
and BOTTOM (D). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM
DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM.

å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (K) from the
EXTENSION RAILS (J) as shown in the upper diagram. Be
prepared, the parts are greasy.
å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (J) to the ENDS (A and B).
Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S).
å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into
the hole shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the
innercartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL in to find the other
hole that lines up with the hole in the END. Turn a SCREW
into this hole.

å Fasten the TOP (C) to the ENDS (A and B). Tighten four
HIDDEN CAMS.
å Fasten the BOTTOM MOLDING (H) to the BOTTOM (D).
Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS.

å Fasten four ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to the ENDS (A and B) and
BOTTOM (D). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
å Fasten the FRONT SKIRT (F) to the ENDS (A and B) and BOTTOM (D).
Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the ANGLE
BRACKETS and into the FRONT SKIRT.

å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the
BACK (E) and lay it over your unit.
å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (E). Push
on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it “square”.
å Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit using the NAILS (1N).
Do not stand the unit upright without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
