1. SAFETY
9Only use on firm, level, unobstructed surfaces which are capable of supporting the trolley.
8DO NOT overload.
9Apply the brakes when stationary.
8DO NOT stand/ride on the trolley, climb on open draws or allow others to do so.
9Replace or repair damaged parts. Use only recommended parts. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
9Two persons maybe required to assemble the unit.

2. INTRODUCTION
Five drawer mobile project station is perfect for use in any garage or workshop environment. All drawers are tted with aluminium drawer
pulls, non-slip liners and 45mm secure latch ball bearing slides. Perforated back panel is ideal for hanging frequently used tools so they are at
hand when needed (compatible with our range of TTS Model No’s). The back panel can also be folded down when not in use for easy storage.
Cabinets also feature four storage bins at the back suitable for keeping small parts and xings within easy reach and a 6mm protective EVA foam
work surface. Fitted with a steel chrome plated handle and four Ø125mm HDR castor wheels, two locking and two xed, which allow for smooth
and quiet manoeuvrability around the work area. Supplied with two keys.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. Unpack all parts and check against parts diagram below.
4.2. Taking care turn the unit on to its top surface and place on a surface that will not damage the unit.
4.3. Using assembly diagram 1 attach casters (ensure the swivel / brake castor is located at the same end as the handle).

4.4. Using assembly diagram 2 remove bolt and washer, lift pegboard into place and x in position as shown.
4.5. Using assembly diagram 3 attach handle as shown.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. Ensure castors are free to rotate at all times, lubricate as required.
5.2. Ensure drawers run smoothly, lubricate as required.
5.3. Wipe down surfaces with a damp cloth.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
