Introduction
1
Introduction - Notes for use
This document contains several checklists intended as additional help for the installation and
commissioning of the charging station SICHARGE UC.
The document is intended for documenting and confirming executed steps during installation
and commission. It is only to be used by trained personnel and requires knowledge of the
SICHARGE UC Operating Instructions. For this reason, the safety and hazard information are
not repeated in this document.
Work through the checklists completely and mark each test step with "P" (Passed) "F" (Failed)
or "N/A" (not applicable or not relevant).
Please comment on test items that you rate "F" or "N/A" at the end of the checklist in the field
"Comments and findings". If possible, document defects and deficiencies additionally with
appropriate photos and attach the photos to the checklist.
