Singing rock SIR User manual

SIR is a self-braking descender for single rope use and is certified
according to the norms EN 341:2011, Class A and EN 12841:2006, Type
C. While the first norm is meant for rescue purposes only, the second
implies rope access techniques.[Authority: The European Union Per

UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW
THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!
This device was designed to offer you the degree of safety
expected from personal protective equipment in accordance
with the Directive 89/686/EEC.
SAFETY MEASURES AND WARNINGS
a) There are innumerable and even unimaginable possible
modes of use of this device. Only techniques shown in
the figures that are not crossed out or displaying a skull
are recommended and covered by the warranty.
b) This product must be used exclusively by adequately
skilled persons, otherwise the user must be constantly
supervised by trained personnel, who must guarantee for
the safety. This includes liability against damages,
injuries and death incurred by improper use or misuse of
the equipment.
c) This product may be used combined with personal
protective equipment conforming to Directive
89/686/EEC and compatibly with the relevant
information.
d) The lifetime of this product will be extended if it is used
with care. In particular, avoid rubbing against abrasive
surfaces and/or sharp edges.
e) The primary function of the descender is progression
along a working line, and if not marked accordingly it is
not suitable for use in a fall arrest system.As descender it
must always be used in conjunction with a fall-arrest

device on an independent safety line.
f) The braking action of the device and thus your safety
may be considerably reduced if the device or the rope is
dirty, oily, muddy or icy.
g) Prolonged use in salty environments (e.g. sea cliffs) may
affect the performance of the product.
h) Do not expose the device to significant heat or cold (see
work and stock temperature).
i) Avoid any contact with chemical reagents as they may
affect the performance of this product. Contact the
producer if in doubt.
j) The descender device should never be left in place
(specifically outdoors), e.g. at a workstation, because of
the weathering deterioration of the rope.
FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLES

The SIR used as a descender can either be attached to a
harness concordant with either EN 361+EN 358, EN 813 or
EN 12277 (fig. 4/A – the operator slides with the descender
along the rope) or it can be fastened to an anchor (fig. 4/B–
the rope slides through the non-moving descender). To install
the descender on the rope, press the opening button and
simultaneously slide the housing sides apart. The working
end of the rope exits the device close to the axle around which
the housing sides rotate (consult the sketch on the housing
for help). Lead the rope around the cam so that the free end of
the rope exits the device between both camming elements.
Slide the housing sides back together. The device is only
closed properly once the opening button locks the top
housing side and is fully depressed.
WARNING: If the rope is not inserted correctly the locking
mechanism does not work.

-Check that the sides of the housing cannot be slid apart and
the closing button is fully depressed (the device is closed
correctly).
-Check whether the rope is inserted correctly (according to
the sketch on the housing).
-Before each use, carry out an operational check of the
device by test-loading it with your body weight while
secured by other means.
-It is essential to assess the reliability and security of the
entire safety system you are relying on: adequate
resistance of the anchors (EN 795) and the structure they
are fixed on, their correct (higher) positioning to arrest a fall
and prevent pendulum effects, correct positioning of the
ropes – e.g. protecting sharp edges or points of rubbing,
preventing ill running of the descender, redundancy, etc. –
and to tie a stopper knot at the free end of the rope. Any
overload or dynamic loading of the descender may damage
the rope.

While loading the system, the user should hold with one hand
the free end of the rope and with the other hand gradually pull
the handle (fig. 4/A). This unblocks the rope and allows for a
controlled descent. The maximum permitted speed of
descent is 2 m/s. By pulling the handle down to its terminal
position, the user will activate the descender's second
braking position (anti panic) and the descent will be stopped
instantly. To resume descending, just return the handle in the
closed position (fig. 2), and restart the process. Use a second
braking carabiner to lower from a fixed position (fig. 4/B).

Owing to the construction of the device there is no
need t o addit ionall y secure t he device for
prevention of accidental uncontrolled descents. For short
ascents install a rope clamp or some other device that blocks
on the rope in the working end of the rope above the
descender device. While lifting yourself on the rope clamp,
pull the free end of the rope exiting SIR. Never allow any slack
between the rope clamp and the descender device (fig. 4/C).

This method of evacuation may only be adopted by rescuers
specifically trained in this technique. No impact loading is
tolerated. The rescuer fastens the descender to his harness
and connects the injured person by means of an additional
lanyard. There is no need of a redirectional carabiner for the
free end of the rope. For all rescue manoeuvres the use of
gloves, however, is warmly recommended.
The rescuer and the injured person must be secured with an
additional independently anchored safety line.
WARNING: With speeds above 1 m/s during rescue opera-
tions, the descender may get hot enough to damage the line.

Hauling from a fixed position with SIR is easiest done either
with a 1:1 counterweight or for heavier loads by means of a
3:1 mechanical advantage pulley system (fig. 6).
Ergonomically easier pulling from above may be attained by
employing another redirectional pulley on the free end of the
rope. Transition from ascent to descent is done by removing
the pulley system, clipping the rope in a redirectional
carabiner above the SIR and starting to lower (fig. 4/B).

GENERAL INFORMATION
Regular examination:
-Do not hesitate to retire the device if it shows signs of wear
or after a major fall or a major impact. They could cause
internal or invisible damage that may significantly weaken
its strength. In case of uncertainty treat the device as
damaged or consult Singing Rock.
-Regular periodical inspections should be carried out by an
authorised person at least once a year. For this purpose an
inspection record should be established (see the backside
of these instructions). Furthermore, we would sincerely
recommend one set of equipment is used by one person
only as its history of use is best traced and understood in
this way.
-Before each use, it is obligatory to check the descender and
verify that all its components (handle, jamming cleat,
flanges) are faultless and in good working condition.
Packing, storage, maintenance and cleaning
Each product is packed with its INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
Proper maintenance and storage are imperative to ensure
correct functioning of the product (as well as all your
equipment) and thus your safety.
Clean the product with a brush under running cold water of
domestic supply. If the stains persist, clean it in warm water
(maximum 30 °C) with ordinary soap. Then rinse thoroughly,
wipe it with a towel and dry naturally in a shaded ventilated
place away from sources of heat. If needed, lube sparingly
the moving joints of the jamming cleat and handle with silicon
based oil.

Temperatures
While it is permissible to use this product within the
temperature range from -20 °C to +60 °C, it is advisable to
stock it in a dry place at room temperature.
Lifetime
It is impossible to indicate the exact lifetime of this product for
it depends on the frequency and mode of application, on the
environment where it is used (marine, cave, corrosive
atmosphere) and on mechanical wear or damage. Provided
its correct use (in accordance with these instructions), the
lifetime of the product on average use is expected to be 7
years.
Guarantee and its limitations
This product is guaranteed for 3 years from purchase against
any faults in materials or manufacture. The guarantee does
not apply in cases of misuse, normal wear and tear,
unauthorised modifications or alterations, improper use,
improper maintenance, accidents, negligence, damage or if
the product is used for a purpose it was not designed for. If
you discover a defect, you should return the product to the
reseller you purchased the product from or directly to Singing
Rock.
Singing Rock is not responsible for the consequences of
direct, indirect, accidental or any other type of damage
resulting from the use of its products.

b) Äàííûì èçäåëèåì äîëæíû ïîëüçîâàòüñÿ òîëüêî
ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèì îáðàçîì ïîäãîòîâëåííûå ëþäè, â
ïðîòèâíîì ñëó÷àå ïîëüçîâàòåëü äîëæåí áûòü ïîä

g) Äëèòåëüíîå èñïîëüçîâàíèå âñîëåíûõ ñðåäàõ
(íàïðèìåð, íà ïðèáðåæíûõ ñêàëàõ) ìîæåò ïîâëèÿòü íà
ýêñïëóàòàöèîííûå õàðàêòåðèñòèêè èçäåëèÿ.
h) Íå ïîäâåðãàéòå óñòðîéñòâî ÷ðåçìåðíîìó âîçäåéñòâèþ
òåïëà èëè õîëîäà (ñì. ðàáî÷óþ òåìïåðàòóðó è
òåìïåðàòóðó õðàíåíèÿ).
i) Èçáåãàéòå êîíòàêòà ñ õèìè÷åñêèìè ðåàãåíòàìè,
ïîñêîëüêó îíè ìîãóò ïîâëèÿòü íà ýêñïëóàòàöèîííûå
õàðàêòåðèñòèêè ýòîãî èçäåëèÿ. Ñâÿæèòåñü ñ
ïðîèçâîäèòåëåì, åñëè ó âàñ âîçíèêëè ñîìíåíèÿ.
j) Íè â êîåì ñëó÷àå íåëüçÿ îñòàâëÿòü ñòðàõîâî÷íî-
ñïóñêîâîå óñòðîéñòâî íà ìåñòå ïðîâåäåíèÿ ðàáîò
(îñîáåííî íà îòêðûòîì âîçäóõå), íàïðèìåð íà ðàáî÷åé
ñòàíöèè, èç-çà óõóäøåíèÿ ñâîéñòâ âåðåâêè ïîä
âîçäåéñòâèåì àòìîñôåðíûõ óñëîâèé.

÷àñòè êîðïóñà â ñòîðîíû. Ðàáî÷èé êîíåö âåðåâêè âûõîäèò
èç óñòðîéñòâà ðÿäîì ñ îñüþ, âîêðóã êîòîðîé âðàùàþòñÿ
÷àñòè êîðïóñà (ñì. ýñêèç íà êîðïóñå äëÿ ñïðàâêè).
Ïðîâåäèòå âåðåâêó âîêðóã êóëà÷êà òàêèì îáðàçîì, ÷òîáû
ñâîáîäíûé êîíåö âåðåâêè âûõîäèë èç óñòðîéñòâà ìåæäó
êóëà÷êîâûìè ýëåìåíòàìè. Ñâåäèòå ÷àñòè êîðïóñà âìåñòå.
Óñòðîéñòâî çàêðûòî íàäëåæàùèì îáðàçîì òîëüêî â òîì
ñëó÷àå, êîãäà îòêðûâàþùàÿ êíîïêà çàáëîêèðîâàëà
âåðõíþþ ÷àñòü êîðïóñà è ïîëíîñòüþ âäàâëåíà.
ÎÑÒÎÐÎÆÍÎ! Åñëè âåðåâêà çàïðàâëåíà íåïðàâèëüíî,

ìåõàíèçì áëîêèðîâêè íå ðàáîòàåò.

Óáåäèòåñü â òîì, ÷òî ÷àñòè êîðïóñà íå ìîãóò ðàçîéòèñü, à
çàêðûâàþùàÿ êíîïêà ïîëíîñòüþ âäàâëåíà (óñòðîéñòâî
ïðàâèëüíî çàêðûòî).
Ïðîâåðüòå, ïðàâèëüíî ëè çàïðàâëåíà âåðåâêà (â
ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ ýñêèçîì íà êîðïóñå).
Ïåðåä êàæäûì èñïîëüçîâàíèåì ïðîâåðÿéòå ðàáîòó
óñòðîéñòâà, íàãðóæàÿ åãî ìàññîé ñâîåãî òåëà, ñòðàõóåìîãî
äðóãèìè ñðåäñòâàìè.
Î÷åíü âàæíî îöåíèòü íàäåæíîñòü è áåçîïàñíîñòü âñåé
ñòðàõîâî÷íîé ñèñòåìû, íà êîòîðóþ âû ïîëàãàåòåñü:
äîñòàòî÷íàÿ ñòîéêîñòü àíêåðîâ (EN 795) è êîíñòðóêöèè, íà
êîòîðîé îíè êðåïÿòñÿ, èõ ïðàâèëüíîå (âåðõíåå)
ïîçèöèîíèðîâàíèå, ÷òîáû ñòðàõîâàòü îò ïàäåíèÿ è
ïðåäîòâðàùàòü ìàÿòíèêîâûå ýôôåêòû, ïðàâèëüíîå
ïîçèöèîíèðîâàíèå âåðåâîê (íàïðèìåð, çàùèòà îò îñòðûõ
êðàåâ èëè òî÷åê òðåíèÿ, ïðåäîòâðàùåíèå æåñòêîãî õîäà
ñòðàõîâî÷íî-ñïóñêîâîãî óñòðîéñòâà, èçáûòî÷íîñòü è ò. ä.) è
âîçìîæíîñòü çàâÿçàòü ñòîïîðíûé óçåë íà ñâîáîäíîì êîíöå

Ïðè ïðèëîæåíèè íàãðóçêè ê ñèñòåìå ïîëüçîâàòåëü äîëæåí
äåðæàòü îäíîé ðóêîé ñâîáîäíûé êîíåö âåðåâêè, à äðóãîé
ðóêîé ïîñòåïåííî òÿíóòü çà ðó÷êó (ðèñ. 4A). Ýòî

ïîñòðàäàâøåãî ñ ïîìîùüþ äîïîëíèòåëüíîãî ñòðîïà. Íåò
íåîáõîäèìîñòè â ïåðåíàïðàâëÿþùåì êàðàáèíå äëÿ
ñâîáîäíîãî êîíöà âåðåâêè. Îäíàêî ïðè âñåõ ñïàñàòåëüíûõ
ìàíåâðàõ íàñòîÿòåëüíî ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ èñïîëüçîâàòü
ïåð÷àòêè.
Ñïàñàòåëü è ïîñòðàäàâøèé äîëæíû áûòü çàêðåïëåíû

Êàæäîå èçäåëèå óïàêîâàíî âìåñòå ñ ÈÍÑÒÐÓÊÖÈßÌÈ ÏÎ
ÝÊÑÏËÓÀÒÀÖÈÈ. Íàäëåæàùåå îáñëóæèâàíèå è õðàíåíèå

Î÷èùàéòå èçäåëèå ùåòêîé ïîä ñòðóåé õîëîäíîé âîäû èç
ñèñòåìû áûòîâîãî âîäîñíàáæåíèÿ. Åñëè îñòàþòñÿ ïÿòíà,
î÷èñòèòå èçäåëèå â òåïëîé âîäå (íå áîëåå 30° C) ñ îáû÷íûì
ìûëîì. Çàòåì òùàòåëüíî ïðîïîëîùèòå åãî, âûòðèòå

ïîëîòåíöåì è ïðîñóøèòå íà âîçäóõå â çàòåíåííîì
ïðîâåòðèâàåìîì ìåñòå âäàëè îò èñòî÷íèêîâ òåïëà.
Ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè ñëåãêà ñìàæüòå ïîäâèæíûå ñîåäèíåíèÿ
çàæèìíîãî êëèíà è ðó÷êè ñèëèêîíîâûì ìàñëîì.
Òåìïåðàòóðà
Õîòÿ ýòî èçäåëèå ðàçðåøåíî èñïîëüçîâàòü â äèàïàçîíå
òåìïåðàòóð îò –20 äî 60° C, ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ õðàíèòü åãî â
ñóõîì ìåñòå ïðè êîìíàòíîé òåìïåðàòóðå.
Ñðîê ñëóæáû
Íåâîçìîæíî óêàçàòü òî÷íûé ñðîê ñëóæáû ýòîãî èçäåëèÿ,
ïîñêîëüêó îí çàâèñèò îò ÷àñòîòû è ñïîñîáà ïðèìåíåíèÿ, îò
óñëîâèé îêðóæàþùåé ñðåäû, â êîòîðîé îí èñïîëüçóåòñÿ
(ìîðñê àÿ ñ ðåäà, ïåùåðû, êîððîçèîííî-àê òèâíàÿ

MESURESETAVERTISSEMENTS DE SÉCURITÉ
a) Il existe un nombre incalculable de manières d'utiliser cet
appareil, certaines dépassant même l'imagination. Seules les
techniques montrées dans les figures qui ne sont pas barrées
ou n'affichent pas de tête de mort sont recommandées et
couvertespar la garantie.
b) Ce produit doit être utilisé exclusivement par des personnes
qualifiées, et dans le cas contraire, l'utilisateur doit être
constamment surveillé par du personnel formé qui doit
garantir la sécurité. Cela inclut la responsabilité pour les
dommages, blessures et décès causés par une utilisation
incorrecteou un mauvais usage del'appareil.
c) Ce produit doit être associé à un équipement de protection

e) La première fonction du descendeur est la progression le long
d'une corde de travail ; s'il ne porte pas la mention nécessaire,
il n'est pas adapté à une utilisation dans un système anti-
chute. En mode descendeur, il doit toujours être utilisé
conjointementavec un dispositif anti-chute surune corde de

sécuritéindépendante.
f)L'efficacité du f r e inage de l'app a r e il et par
conséquent votre sécurité peuvent être considérablement
réduites si l'appareil ou la corde sont sales, huileux, couverts de
terreou gelés.
g) Une utilisation prolongée dans des environnements salés (par
exemple des falaises à la mer) peut affecter les performances
duproduit.
h) N'exposez pas l'appareil à des températures chaudes ou
froides extrêmes (voir températures d'utilisation et de
stockage).
i) Évitez tout contact avec des réactifs chimiques car ils risquent
d'affecter les performances de ce produit. Contactez le
fabricanten cas de doute.
j) Le descendeur ne doit jamais être laissé sur place
(particulièrement à l'extérieur), par exemple à un poste de
travail, en raison de la détérioration de la corde due aux
intempéries.
PRINCIPESDE FONCTIONNEMENT

Utilisé en descendeur, le SIR peut être soit attaché à un harnais
conforme aux normes EN 361+EN 358, ou EN 813 ou EN12277
(fig. 4/A– l'opérateur glisse avec le descendeur le long de la corde),
soit il peut être accroché à un dispositif d'amarrage (fig. 4/C – la
corde passe à travers le descendeur immobile). Pour installer le
descendeur sur la corde, pressez le bouton d'ouverture et faites
glissez en même temps les flasques pour les séparer. L'extrémité
sollicitée de la corde sort de l'appareil près de l'axe autour duquel
pivotent les flasques (pour vous aider, regardez le schéma sur le
boîtier). Guidez la corde autour de la came pour que l'extrémité
libre de la corde sorte de l'appareil entre les deux éléments
pivotants. Refermez les deux flasques. L'appareil n'est fermé
correctement que lorsque le bouton d'ouverture verrouille le
flasquesupérieur et est entièrement remonté.
AVERTISSEMENT:Si la corde n'est pasinsérée correctement, le

mécanismede verrouillage ne fonctionne pas.

-Vérifiez que les flasques du boîtier ne peuvent se séparer et que
le bouton de fermeture est complètement remonté (l'appareil est
correctementfermé).
-Vérifiez que la corde est correctement insérée (conformément
auschéma sur le boîtier).
-Avant chaque utilisation, procédez à une vérification
opérationnelle de l'appareil en le testant avec le poids de votre
corpstout en étant également assurépar d'autres moyens.
-Il est indispensable d'évaluer la fiabilité et la sécurité de
l'intégralité du système de sécurité que vous utilisez : bonne
résistance des dispositifs d'ancrage (EN 795) et de la structure
sur laquelle ils sont fixés, positionnement correct (en hauteur)
pour arrêter les chutes et prévenir les effets pendulaires, bon
positionnement des cordes – par exemple protéger les bords
tranchants et les points de frottement, prévenir le mauvais
fonctionnement du descendeur, redondance, etc. – et faire un
nœud d'arrêt à l'extrémité libre de la corde. Toute surchage ou
tout chargement dynamique du descendeur peut endommager
lacorde.

Lorsque le système est chargé, l'utilisateur doit tenir d'une main
l'extrémité libre de la corde et de l'autre tirer progressivement la
poignée (fig. 4/A). Cela débloque la corde et permet une descente
contrôlée. La vitesse maximale de descente autorisée est de 2 m/s.
En tirant la poignée vers le bas jusqu'à sa position extrême,
l'utilisateur active la seconde position de freinage du descendeur
(anti-panique) et la descente sera stoppée instantanément (fig.
4/B). Pour reprendre la descente, remettez la poignée en position
fermée (fig. 2) et recommencez la procédure. Utilisez un deuxième
mousquetonde freinage pour descendre depuisune position

immobile (fig. 4/C). Grâce à la conception de l'appareil, il n'est pas
nécessaire d'assurer en plus l'appareil pour prévenir les descentes
accidentelles incontrôlées. Pour effectuer de courtes montées,
installez un bloqueur ou un autre dispositif de blocage sur la corde,
du côté chargé, au-dessus du descendeur. Pendant que vous vous
tirez sur le bloqueur, tirez l'extrémité libre de la corde à la sortie du
SIR. Ne laissez jamais de mou entre le bloqueur et le descendeur
(fig.4/D).

Cette méthode d'évacuation de peut être appliquée que par des
sauveteurs spécialement formés à cette technique.Aucune charge
d'impact n'est acceptée. Le sauveteur accroche le descendeur à
son harnais et raccorde la personne blessée à l'aide d'une longe
supplémentaire. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir un mousqueton de
redirection pour l'extrémité libre de la corde. Cependant, le port de
gants est fortement recommandé pour toutes les manœuvres de
sauvetage.
Le sauveteur et la personne blessée doivent être assurés par une
cordede sécurité supplémentaire fixée indépendamment.
AVERTISSEMENT: En cas de vitesses supérieures à 1 m/s
pendant les opérations de secours, le descendeur peut atteindre
des températures suffisamment élevées pour endommager la
corde.

Le hissage avec SIR depuis une position fixe est le plus simple à
effectuer soit avec un contrepoids dans un rapport 1:1, soit, pour
les charges lourdes, avec un système mécanique de poulies dans
un rapport 3:1 (fig. 6). Plus aisé d'un point de vue ergonomique, le
tirage depuis le haut peut être réalisé en utilisant une autre poulie
de redirection sur l'extrémité libre de la corde. Le passage de la
montée à la descente est effectué en enlevant le système de
poulies, en attachant la corde dans un mousqueton de redirection
au-dessusdu SIR et en commençant àdescendre (fig. 4/C).

POURLE SAUVETAGE
INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES
Examenrégulier
-N'hésitez pas à retirer l'appareil de la circulation s'il présente des
signes d'usure (pour l'usure de la corde, voir l'indicateur sur la
poulie pivotante) ou après une chute sérieuse ou un fort impact.
Ils pourraient provoquer des dommages internes ou invisibles
susceptibles d'affecter significativement sa robustesse. En cas
d'incertitudes, considérez l'appareil comme endommagé ou
consultezSinging Rock.
-Des inspections périodiques doivent être effectuées
régulièrement par une personne autorisée au moins une fois par
an. Un registre d'inspection doit être établi à cette occasion (voir
le verso des présentes instructions). En outre, nous
recommandons sincèrement qu'un jeu d'équipement ne soit
utilisé que par une seule personne, car l'historique de son
utilisationest ainsi mieux suivi etcompris de cettemanière.
-Avant chaque utilisation, il est obligatoire de contrôler le
descendeur et de vérifier que tous ses composants (poignée,
taquet de coincement, flasques) sont impeccables et en bonne
étatde fonctionnement.
Emballage,stockage, entretien et nettoyage
Chaque produit est emballé avec ses INSTRUCTIONS
D'UTILISATION. Il est indispensable d'assurer un entretien et un
stockageappropriés pour garantirle bon fonctionnement du produit
(ainsi que le bon fonctionnement de tout votre équipement), et donc
votresécurité.
Nettoyez le produit à l'aide d'une brosse sous l'eau froide du
robinet. Si les tâches persistent, nettoyez-le dans l'eau tiède
(maximum 30 °C) avec un savon ordinaire. Ensuite, rincez-le bien,
essuyez-le avec une serviette et séchez-le naturellement dans une
pièceventilée à l'ombre et àl'écart de sources de chaleur.
Sinécessaire, lubrifiez légèrement les jointsmobiles du taquet de

coincementet de la poignée avecde l'huile à base desilicone.
Températures
S'ilest permis d'utiliser ce produità des températures allant entre
-20 °C et +60 °C, il est conseillé de le stocker dans un endroit sec à
températureambiante.
Duréede vie
Il est impossible d'indiquer la durée de vie exacte de ce produit, car
elle dépend de la fréquence et du mode d'application, de
l'environnement dans lequel il est utilisé (environnement marin,
souterrain, atmosphère corrosive), ainsi que de l'usure ou des
dommages mécaniques. Sous réserve d'une utilisation correcte
(conformément aux présentes instructions), la durée de vie du
produitpour une utilisation moyenne estcensée être de 7 ans.
Garantieet limitations
Le présent produit est garanti pour une période de 3 ans à compter
de l'achat, contre tout défaut de matériau ou de fabrication. La
garantie ne s'applique pas en cas de mauvaise utilisation, d'usure
normale, de modifications ou de transformations non autorisées,
d'utilisation inappropriée, de mauvais entretien, d'accidents, de
négligence, de dommages ou si le produit est utilisé à des fins pour
lesquelles il n'est pas destiné. Si vous découvrez un défaut, vous
