⚫Ensure this manual and the Operation Manuals for thermo-chiller are fully understood.
⚫Disconnect power from the chiller before performing product installation.
⚫Remove all circulating fluid before performing product installation.
⚫Confirm that there is no fluid leakage or condensation after installation.

* The display shows within the range of 2.0 to 48.0μS/cm.If it goes under 2.0μS/cm, the display shows [Lo].
If it exceeds 48.0μS/cm, the display shows [Hi].
Caution
Set circulating fluid discharge pressure of 0.7 MPa or less. DI filter cartridge is damaged
by circulating fluid discharge pressure of 0.7 MPa or more.
Please refer to the operation manual of the thermo chiller.

3.2 Assembly instructions
1) Confirm that the nipple, piping assembly and the circulating fluid outlet
and return port are clean and free of dirt and oil.
2) Apply the sealant tape (11) to the nipple (9). Mount the piping to the outlet
and the return of the circulating fluid.
3) Mount the DI control piping assembly (7) to the nipple which is mounted
to the circulating fluid outlet in step 2. (Tightening torque: 36 to
38Nm(26.5 to 28 ft-lbs))
・Tighten Union joint as much as it can be tightened by hand. Tighten
additional half to one turn from the hand tightened position using a
wrench etc. Hold the fitting with a wrench etc so that it does not rotate
before tightening Union joint.
Caution
- Installation of DI control valve perpendicular to the flow channel is necessary.
(Refer to figure below)
Apply the sealant tape leaving the first
thread exposed. (Gray area)
Installation of the gasket is
