Este manual es parte integrante del producto. Consérvelo en un lugar
seguro para futuras consultas.
ATENCIÓN
• Este aparato pueden utilizarlo niños con edad de 8 años
y superior y personas con capacidades físicas,
sensoriales o mentales reducidas o falta de experiencia
y conocimiento, si se les ha dado la supervisión o
instrucción apropiadas respecto al uso del aparato de
una manera segura y comprenden los peligros que
implica. Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato. La
limpieza y el mantenimiento a realizar por el usuario
no deben realizarlo los niños sin supervisión.
• El aparato no debe quedarse sin vigilancia mientras esté
conectado a la alimentación.
• La clavija de toma de corriente del cable de alimentación
debe retirarse de la base de toma de corriente antes de
rellenar el depósito de agua.
• El orificio de rellenado no debe estar abierto durante el
funcionamiento. Si Vd. plancha con vapor, remítase al
apartado “PLANCHADO CON VAPOR” en la página 9.
• El CVG se debe usar y dejar en una superficie estable.
• Cuando lo coloque sobre su soporte, asegúrese que
la superficie sobre la que se coloca el soporte es
estable.
• El CVG no está previsto para utilizarse si se ha caído, si
hay signos visibles de daño o si tiene pérdidas de líquido.
• Mantener el CVG y su cable fuera del alcance de los
niños menores de 8 años cuando está conectada o
está enfriándose.
• Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser
sustituido por el fabricante, por su servicio post-venta

Atención: Superficie caliente! Si el aparato está en
funcionamiento, manipúlelo con precaución y no toque
la suela metálica.
• No realice ninguna modificación ni reparación en el
aparato. Ante cualquier anomalía en el aparato, no lo
use y acuda a un servicio de asistencia autorizado.
• Desenchufe el aparato siempre después de su uso y
antes de desmontar o montar piezas y realizar
cualquier tarea de mantenimiento o limpieza.
Desenchúfelo también en caso de apagón. Cuando
enchufe o desenchufe el aparato, debe estar
desconectado.
• Antes de utilizar su CVG , retire todas las bolsas de papel o plástico, láminas plásticas,
cartones y pegatinas eventuales que se encuentran dentro o fuera del aparato que sirvieron
como protección de transporte o promoción de venta. Retire el protector de suela antes
de utilizar su CVG .
• No lo conecte sin comprobar que el voltaje del aparato y el de su casa coinciden.
• Tenga cuidado de que el cable no toque las partes calientes del aparato.
• Verifique que la base del enchufe dispone de una toma de tierra adecuada.
• Para llenar su CVG o rellenarlo durante el planchado, siga las instrucciones indicadas en
el apartado “RELLENADO DE AGUA” en la página 9 , desconectándolo de la red y
usando un vaso de llenado.
• No conecte su CVG sin agua en el depósito; podrían producirse daños irreparables en el
sistema.
• El aparato puede desprender un ligero humo y olor a plástico durante los primeros minutos
de funcionamiento. Es algo normal, desaparecerá rápidamente.
• Durante los primeros usos es posible que salgan unas pequeñas partículas blancas
totalmente inocuas y que no manchan, es relativamente normal debido a los
procesos de fabricación.
• No proyecte el vapor “vertical” sobre una prenda colgada en el armario o puesta en una
persona. El planchado vertical debe hacerse con la prenda sobre un colgador y aislada de
otras prendas, elementos o personas.
• Al término del planchado vacíe siempre el agua del depósito. Y si desea vaciarlo durante
el planchado, desconecte también previamente el aparato de la red.
• Para desconectar el CVG no tire del cable de alimentación, hágalo de la clavija .
q¡¡ATENCIÓN!! Cuando desee desprenderse del aparato, NUNCA lo deposite en la
basura, sino que acuda al PUNTO LIMPIO o de recogida de residuos más cercano
a su domicilio, para su posterior tratamiento. De esta manera, está contribuyendo
al cuidado del medio ambiente.
Antes de deshacerse de su aparato usado deberá inutilizarlo de modo visible,
encargándose de su evacuación de conformidad a las leyes nacionales vigentes.
Solicite información detallada a este respecto a su Distribuidor, Ayuntamiento o
Administración local.

ANTES DE EMPEZAR A PLANCHAR
iAsegúrese que ha retirado el protector de suela antes de comenzar a planchar.
1 Con su CVG desconectado de la red eléctrica, abra la tapa del orificio de llenado (1)
girándola hacia arriba (fig 1).
iDebido a los altos niveles de dureza del agua de la red en la mayoría de las zonas,
Solac recomienda utilizar siempre agua destilada o desmineralizada para
planchar. De esta forma, usted garantizará que su CVG se mantenga en condiciones
óptimas durante un mayor período de tiempo. Si por determinadas circunstancias no
puede localizar agua destilada, asegúrese de utilizar un agua pobre en minerales
(blanda).
iNo utilice agentes descalcificantes o productos anticalcáreos en el depósito de
agua. Tampoco utilice aguas perfumadas o de planchado. Estos productos
dañan el interior del sistema de generación de vapor.
2 Llene el depósito sin rebasar el nivel máximo con ayuda del vaso que se adjunta (8) y
manteniendo el CVG en posición vertical. Una vez lleno el depósito cierre la tapa (1).
pMantenga la tapa del orificio de llenado (1) cerrada durante el funcionamiento.
3 Compruebe si la prenda a planchar tiene alguna etiqueta con indicación de la
temperatura de planchado.
ZRecomendamos clasifique las prendas en función de la temperatura que requieran
para su planchado y empiece por las prendas que se planchen con la temperatura más
baja (•).
iNOTA: Planchar prendas delicadas con una temperatura superior a la necesaria,
perjudica al tejido y provoca la adherencia de residuos quemados a la suela.
iSi tiene dudas sobre la temperatura a utilizar sobre una determinada prenda, realice
una prueba sobre una parte no visible de la misma, comenzando primero con las
temperaturas más bajas.

8FUNCIONAMIENTO
FUNCIONAMIENTO
Este aparato ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para planchar ropa. No lo emplee para otros usos.
pSi el aparato está caliente, manipúlelo con precaución y no toque la suela
metálica.
pNunca deje el CVG con la suela caliente en posición horizontal. Colóquelo en
posición vertical en los momentos en los que no esté planchando.
1 Extienda el cable completamente y enchufe la clavija a la red.
Ponga el CVG en posición vertical.
2 Gire el selector de temperatura desde la posición de desconexión OFF hasta la
posición deseada (ver “SELECCIÓN DE TEMPERATURA” ).
3 Seleccione, si lo desea, planchado con vapor (ver “SELECCIÓN DE VAPOR”).
4 Coja el CVG por el asa y deslice la suela sobre la prenda a planchar.
5 Para desconectar el CVG coloque de nuevo el selector de temperatura (3) en la
posición OFF.
SELECCIÓN DE TEMPERATURA
El CVG tiene 4 posiciones de temperatura entre las que podrá seleccionar girando el
selector (3).
1 Gire el selector de temperatura (3) hasta colocarlo en el nivel de temperatura deseado .

iAl pasar el selector de temperatura (3) de la posición OFF a cualquier otra posición de
temperatura, se iluminarán durante unos segundos los tres indicadores luminosos y
sonará un pitido.
iEl indicador de temperatura parpadeará hasta alcanzar la temperatura seleccionada.
Una vez alcanzada la temperatura de trabajo, el indicador se quedará iluminado de
forma permanente (fig. 2).
SELECCIÓN DE VAPOR
El CVG tiene dos posiciones de vapor; vapor medio (35 gr/min) y vapor máximo (60 gr/min).
Para seleccionar el nivel de vapor deseado:
1 Pulse el pulsador (5) para seleccionar vapor medio (fig. 3) o el pulsador (6) para vapor
máximo. (fig. 4).
iSi se selecciona la función vapor sin haberse alcanzado la temperatura seleccionada,
el indicador luminoso del pulsador de vapor seleccionado (medio o máximo )
parpadeará hasta que se alcance la temperatura de trabajo (fig. 5).
Una vez alcanzada la temperatura, dejarán de parpadear simultáneamente el
indicador luminoso de temperatura seleccionada , ••, ••• ó MAX y el indicador
luminoso del pulsador de vapor seleccionado (medio o máximo ).
2 Para interrumpir la salida del vapor, presione de nuevo el pulsador de vapor activado.
Sonará un pitido, se apagará el indicador luminoso correspondiente (medio o
máximo ), y el vapor dejará de salir automáticamente (fig. 6).
Sensor de presencia
El CVG cuenta con un sensor de presencia que interrumpe la salida de vapor de forma
instantánea al detectar la falta de contacto en el asa. Con ello se consigue un menor

consumo energético así como una mayor autonomía del depósito (menor consumo de
agua).
El caudal de vapor se restablece de nuevo automáticamente cogiendo el asa del CVG.
DESCONEXIÓN AUTOMÁTICA: AUTO - PAUSE
El CVG posee un sistema de desconexión automática.
Transcurridos 3 minutos desde la última vez que se utilizó, éste se desactiva de forma
automática. Esto significa que una vez que actúa el dispositivo, el CVG deja de calentar y
comienza a enfriarse.
iEn ese momento sonará un pitido prolongado, se iluminarán momentáneamente los
tres indicadores luminosos. A continuación se mantendrá parpadeando el indicador
luminoso de temperatura seleccionada , ••, ••• ó MAX, indicando que el aparato
se ha desconectado.
ZPara volverlo a activar, basta con cogerlo de nuevo por el asa. Sonará un pitido y el
CVG volverá a la posición de temperatura y vapor que tenía antes de la desconexión.
iTéngase en cuenta que el período transcurrido desde la desconexión hasta que se
vuelva a activar influirá en el tiempo que necesite el CVG para volver a recuperar la
temperatura seleccionada anteriormente.
RECOMENDACIONES DE PLANCHADO
PLANCHADO CON VAPOR
El funcionamiento de este modelo se asemeja a un centro de planchado profesional por lo
que permite planchar con vapor desde el Punto sin goteo de agua.
iLe recomendamos primero planchar con vapor y repasar en seco para deshumedecer
la ropa y obtener los resultados de un planchado profesional.
PLANCHADO ECONÓMICO
Para un uso más eficiente y un menor consumo energético, SOLAC recomienda la
posición de planchado ECO.
1 Gire el selector de temperatura (3) hasta colocarlo en el Punto
2 Pulse una vez el pulsador medio (5) o máximo (6).
iLa posibilidad de planchar con vapor a baja temperatura permite planchar una gran
cantidad de prendas sin necesidad de aumentar la temperatura de trabajo con el
consiguiente ahorro energético.
PLANCHADO VERTICAL
Permite eliminar arrugas de prendas delicadas sin necesidad de apoyarlas en la tabla de
planchado: chaquetas, abrigos, cortinas, prendas de ante, etc.
1 Coloque la prenda en un colgador, aislada de otras prendas, personas...
2 Seleccione la temperatura de planchado deseada con el selector de temperatura (3),
sitúe el CVG en posición vertical y pulse cualquiera de los dos pulsadores de vapor (5
ó 6).
iEn el Punto (••) obtendrá un vapor más húmedo y visible que percibirá mejor, mientras
que en el Punto (•••) y (MAX) el vapor es más seco y aunque sigue manteniendo el
mismo caudal le será más difícil verlo.
RELLENADO DE AGUA
Si durante el planchado el depósito se queda sin agua, los tres indicadores luminosos
comenzarán a parpadear con una frecuencia de 1 segundo.

10 OTRAS FUNCIONALIDADES
1 Desconecte el CVG, manténgalo en posición vertical y rellene el depósito con el vaso
(8) que lleva incorporado.
ZSeque el CVG con un paño seco si se derramara parte del agua fuera del depósito.
ZSi se llegase a quedar completamente sin agua con la función de vapor activada, se
oiría un ruido extraño procedente de la micro-bomba. Desactive la función vapor,
podría provocar daños en el sistema.
Desconecte el aparato y rellene el depósito de agua. Al volver a conectarlo, dicho ruido
desaparecerá.
OTRAS FUNCIONALIDADES
SISTEMA ANTICAL
El CVG incorpora un innovador sistema antical consistente en un filtro de resina que retiene
las sustancias calcáreas del agua, evitando que éstas lleguen a la cámara de vapor de la
suela dando como resultado un alargamiento de la vida del CVG. La existencia de este
sistema antical no implica que se puedan evitar los consejos sobre la dureza del agua
mencionadas en el apartado “ANTES DE EMPEZAR A PLANCHAR” .
LIMPIEZA Y CONSERVACIÓN
SUELA
1 Desconecte el aparato y deje que la suela se enfríe.
iPara la limpieza de la suela utilice productos ecológicos basados en arcillas.
PARTE EXTERIOR
1 Para limpiar la parte exterior de su CVG, utilice un paño humedecido con agua y jabón.
iNo lo limpie con productos químicos abrasivos, ni disolventes ya que puede atacar
ciertas partes plásticas y / o eliminar algunas de las marcas y / o indicaciones.
2 Guarde su CVG en posición vertical, enrolle el cable alrededor de la talonera y fije el
cable con la presilla.
i A pesar de disponer en el cable de alimentación de un codo de 360º de giro, NUNCA
FUERCE dicho cable al enroscarlo alrededor del producto en la primera vuelta.
CONDICIONES DE GARANTÍA
• Solac no se responsabiliza de las averías de su aparato en caso que no cumpla las
especificaciones de las condiciones de garantía o falta de seguimiento de las
instrucciones de funcionamiento y mantenimiento que para cada aparato se incluyen
en el folleto de instrucciones.
• Las condiciones de garantía las puede encontrar en el folleto adjunto “World- Wide
Guarantee”.

Read these instructions before first using your appliance. This manual is
an integral part of the product. Please safeguard it for future reference.
ATTENTION
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• This appliance must not be left unattended whilst
connected to the mains.
• The mains plug on the power cord must be removed
from the socket before filling the water tank.
• The filling opening must not be left open during
operation. If you are steam ironing, please see the
“STEAM IRONING” .
• The CVG must be used and left on a stable surface.
• When you place it on its base, make sure that the
surface underneath the base is stable.
• The CVG is not designed to be used if it has been
dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is
leaking.
• Keep the CVG and its power cord out of the reach of
children under 8 years of age when it is connected or
is cooling down.
• If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by
the manufacturer or by your after-sales service shop
or similar qualified personnel to prevent possible
hazards.

ATTENTION: Hot surface
If the appliance is hot, handle it carefully and do not
touch the hotplate.
• Do not modify or repair the appliance. In the event of any
anomaly in the appliance, do not use it and take it to an
authorised assistance service.
• Always unplug the appliance after use and before
assembling or removing parts, and performing any
maintenance or cleaning operations. Also unplug it in the
case of a power cut. The appliance must be switched off
before plugging or unplugging it into the mains
• Before using your CVG (Compact Vapor Generator), remove all the paper or plastic
bags, plastic sheets, cards and possible stickers that may be on the outside or inside
of the appliance that acted as handling protection or sales promotion material. Remove
the soleplate protector before using your CVG.
• Do not plug it in without checking that the voltage of the appliance is the same as your
home mains voltage.
• Take care that the cord does not touch the hot parts of the appliance.
• Check that the socket outlet has a suitable ground connection.
• To fill your CVG or fill it while ironing, follow the instructions in the “FILLING WITH
WATER” (fig. 1) , unplugging it and using the beaker provided.
• Do not plug your CVG in without water in the tank as this may cause irreparable
damage to the system.
• The appliance may emit a little smoke and a plastic smell during the first few minutes
of use. This is normal and will disappear quickly.
• The first few times you use it, some small white particles may be released; these
are totally harmless and do not stain. This is a relatively normal result of the
manufacturing processes.
• Do not spray “vertical” steam on a garment hanging in the wardrobe or on a person.
Vertical ironing must be done with the garment on a hanger and away from other
garments, elements or persons.
• When you finish ironing, always empty the water from the tank. If you want to drain it
while ironing, always unplug the appliance from the mains first.
• To disconnect the CVG, never pull on the power cord, take out the plug.
qIMPORTANT: When you want to dispose of the appliance, NEVER throw it in the
rubbish. Instead, go to your closest CLEAN POINT or waste collection centre for
subsequent treatment. In this way, you will be contributing to looking after the
environment.
Before disposing of your used appliance, you should make it visibly unserviceable
and have it disposed of according to current national legislation. Ask your
Distributor, Town Council or Local Authority for detailed information.

BEFORE STARTING TO IRON
iMake sure you have removed the soleplate protector before starting to iron.
1 With your CVG unplugged, open the filler cap turning it upwards (fig 1).
iDue to the high level of water hardness in most areas, Solac recommends that you
always use distilled or demineralised water for ironing. You will thus guarantee that
your CVG stays in perfect condition for as long as possible. If you cannot find distilled
water for any reason, be sure to use water that is low in minerals (soft).
iDo not put any type of scale remover solvents or products in the water tank. Do
not use perfumed or ironing water either. These products can damage the
interior of the steam generation system.
2 Fill the tank without exceeding the maximum level using the beaker provided (8) and
keeping the CVG upright. After the tank is full, close the cap (1).
pKeep the water-filling hole lid (1) closed during operation.
3 Check the garment to be ironed to see if it has a label that indicates the ironing temperature.
ZWe recommend that you classify garments by their required ironing temperature and
that you begin ironing with the garments that require the lowest temperature ( • ECO).
iNB: Ironing delicate garments with a temperature higher than necessary is harmful for
the fabric and causes burnt residue to get stuck to the soleplate.
iIf you have any doubts about the temperature to use for a given garment, perform a
test on a part which won’t be seen, beginning with the lowest temperature settings.
OPERATION
This appliance has been designed exclusively for ironing clothes. Do not use it for other purposes.
pIf the appliance is hot, handle it carefully and do not touch the hotplate.
pNever leave the CVG with the hotplate in a horizontal position. Stand it upright
when you are not ironing.
1 Extend the cable fully and plug in the appliance. Stand the CVG upright.
2 Turn the temperature selector from the OFF position to the desired position (see
“TEMPERATURE SELECTION”).

3 If you wish, select ironing with steam (see “STEAM SELECTION”).
4 Take the CVG by the handle and move the hotplate over the garment to be ironed.
5 To switch off the CVG, turn the temperature selector (3) to the OFF position again.
TEMPERATURE SELECTION
The CVG has 4 temperature positions for you to choose between, by turning the selector (3).
1 Turn the temperature selector (3) to the desired temperature level.
i After turning the temperature selector (3) from the OFF position to any other temperature
position, the three luminous indicators will light up for a few seconds and a buzzer will sound.
i The temperature indicator will flicker until the temperature selected has been reached. Once
the working temperature has been reached, the indicator will light up continuously (fig. 2).
STEAM SELECTION
The CVG has two steam positions; medium steam (35 gr/min) and maximum steam (60 gr/
min). To select the desired steam level:
1 Press the button (5) to select medium steam (fig. 3) or the button (6) for maximum steam (fig. 4).
iIf the steam function is selected without having reached the temperature selected, the
luminous indicator on the steam button selected (medium or maximum ) will
flicker until the working temperature is reached (fig. 5).
Once the temperature is reached, the luminous indicator of the temperature selected
, ••, ••• or MAX and the luminous indicator of the steam button selected (medium
or maximum ) will no longer flicker simultaneously.
2 To stop the emission of steam, press the steam button activated again. A buzzer will sound,
the corresponding luminous indicator will switch off (medium or maximum ) and
steam will no longer be emitted automatically (fig. 6).
Presence sensor
The CVG has a presence sensor which stops the emission of steam immediately after
detecting lack of contact on the handle. This ensures lower power consumption as well as
greater autonomy of the tank (lower water consumption).
The steam function switches back on automatically when taking hold of the CVG handle.
AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF: AUTO - PAUSE
The CVG has an automatic switch off system.
It is switched off automatically 3 minutes after the last time it was used. This means that once
the device is activated, the CVG no longer heats up and begins to cool down.
iAt that moment a prolonged buzzer will sound and the three indicators will momentarily
light up. The luminous indicator of the temperature selected , ••, ••• or MAX will
continue to flicker, indicating that the appliance has been switched off.
ZTo switch it on again, simply take hold of the handle. A buzzer will sound and the CVG
will return to the temperature and steam position selected before it was switched off.
iRemember that the period between being switched off and switched back on again will
affect the time that the CVG may need to regain the temperature selected previously.

IRONING RECOMMENDATIONS
STEAM IRONING
The operation of this model is similar to a professional iron so you can iron with a continuous
flow of steam from Position without any water dripping.
iWe recommend you iron first with steam and then go over the clothes dry to remove
moisture and obtain results that are comparable to professional ironing.
ECONOMIC IRONING
For more efficient use and lower power consumption, SOLAC recommends the ECO ironing
position.
1 Turn the temperature selector (3) to Position
2 Press the medium (5) or maximum button (6) once.
i The possibility of ironing with steam at a low temperature allows you to iron a large number of
garments without having to increase the working temperature, with the resulting energy saving.
VERTICAL IRONING
It enables you to remove creases from delicate garments without having to lay them on the
ironing board: jackets, coats, curtains, suede garments, etc.
1 Place the garment on a hanger, away from other garments, persons…
2 Select the desired ironing temperature with the temperature selector (3), stand the
CVG upright and press either of the two steam buttons (5 or 6).
iAt Position (••) you will obtain a more humid visible steam which will be easier to see,
whereas at Position (•••) and (MAX) the steam is drier and, although the same flow is
maintained, will be less visible.
FILLING WITH WATER
If while ironing the tank runs out of water, the three luminous indicators will start to flicker at
a frequency of 1 second.
1 Switch off the CVG, keep it upright and fill the tank using the beaker (8) provided.
ZDry the CVG with a dry cloth if any of the water spills out of the tank.
ZIf the appliance were to run out of water completely with the steam selector activated,
you would hear a strange noise from the micro-pump. Switch off the steam selector to
prevent any damage to the system. Switch off the appliance and fill the water tank.
When switching it on again, this noise will disappear.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
ANTICALC SYSTEM
The CVG is fitted with an innovative anticalc system consisting of a resin filter, which retains the limy
substances in the water, preventing these from reaching the steam chamber in the soleplate and
thereby extending the life of your CVG. The existence of this anticalc system does not mean you can
ignore the advice on water hardness mentioned in the “BEFORE STARTING TO IRON” section.
CLEANING AND CONSERVATION

1 Unplug the iron and let it cool down.

OUTSIDE
1 To clean the outside of your CVG, use a cloth moistened in soapy water.
,Do not clean with abrasive chemical products or solvents as it may attack certain plastic
parts and / or remove some of the marks and / or indications.
2 Store your CVG in the vertical position, wind the cord round the heel and secure it with
the clip.
,Although the power cord is fitted with a 360º rotational elbow, NEVER FORCE
this cord when winding it around the appliance on the first turn.

ATTENTION

• La CVG doit être utilisée et déposée sur une surface stable.
• Lorsque la CVG est installée sur son support, vérifiez que la
surface sur laquelle le support est installé est stable.
• La CVG ne doit pas être utilisée après une chute, si
elle présente des dommages visibles ou si elle fuit.
• Conserver la CVG et son câble hors de portée des
enfants de moins de 8 ans si elle est branchée ou en
cours de refroidissement.
• Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être
remplacé par le fabricant, son service après vente ou
une personne de qualification similaire afin d’éviter un
danger.

Si l’appareil est chaud, manipulez-le avec précaution
et ne touchez pas la semelle métallique.
• Ne modifiez ni ne réparez jamais l’appareil. Si vous
constatez une anomalie sur l’appareil, ne l’utilisez pas
et amenez-le à un centre de service technique agréé.
• Débranchez toujours l’appareil après usage et avant
de démonter ou de monter des pièces et d'effectuer
toute opération d’entretien ou de nettoyage.
Débranchez-le également en cas de coupure de
courant. Lorsque vous branchez ou débranchez
l’appareil, celui-ci doit être en position « arrêt ».
• Avant d’utiliser votre Centre de Repassage Compact , dorénavant CVG , veuillez ôter tout
sac en papier ou en plastique, languette en plastique, carton ou étiquette se trouvant
éventuellement à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur de l’appareil, qui ait servi à le protéger au cours
du transport ou à la promotion de vente. Retirez la protection de la semelle avant
d’utiliser votre CVG.
• Ne le branchez pas sans avoir vérifié que la tension de l'appareil correspond bien à
celle de votre domicile.
• Prenez garde à ce que le cordon d'alimentation n'entre pas en contact avec les parties
chaudes de l'appareil.
• Vérifiez que la prise de courant utilisée est bien reliée à la terre.
• Pour remplir votre Centre de Repassage Compact (CVG) ou pour le remplir à nouveau
pendant le repassage, consultez la section "REMPLISSAGE D'EAU (fig. 1)”,
débranchez-le du courant et utilisez le verre qui l’accompagne.
• Ne branchez pas votre CVG sans eau dans le réservoir afin d'éviter des dommages
irréparables dans le système.
• L’appareil peut dégager une légère fumée ou une odeur de plastique lors des
premières minutes de fonctionnement. Ceci est normal et disparaitra rapidement.
• Lors des premières utilisations, il est possible que de petites particules blanches
tombent des orifices d'émission de vapeur. Elles n'entraînent aucun danger et ne
tachent pas. Cela est relativement normal et est dû aux processus de fabrication.
• Ne projetez pas la vapeur "verticale" sur un vêtement suspendu dans l'armoire ou mis
sur quelqu'un. Le défroissage vertical doit se faire avec le vêtement disposé sur un
cintre et éloigné de tous autres textiles, éléments ou de toutes personnes.
• A la fin du repassage, videz toujours l' eau de la cuve. Et si vous voulez la vider pendant
le repassage, débranchez au préalable l'appareil.
• Pour débrancher le CVG , ne tirez pas sur le cordon d'alimentation, faites-le en
tirant sur la prise.
qATTENTION ! Lorsque votre appareil sera hors d'usage, NE LE JETEZ PAS à la
poubelle ; confiez-le à un POINT DE RECYCLAGE ou à la déchetterie la plus
proche afin qu'il soit traité correctement. Vous contribuerez ainsi à la préservation
de l' environnement. Avant de vous défaire de votre appareil usagé, il vous faudra
le rendre inutilisable d’une façon bien visible. Débarrassez-vous en en respectant
les réglementations nationales en vigueur. Informezvous sur ce point auprès de
votre Distributeur, Mairie ou Administration locale.
