Standard Foot Tray Installation
1. Fasten rear mount bracket assemblies
loosely to the main slide frame with washers
and 1/4-20 x 1/2" button head cap screws.
2. Install front bracket to main slide frame
with 1/4-20 x 1/2" button head cap screws.

3. Position main slide frame assembly, as
shown, in the center of the chair frame. Install
both LH & RH rear mount brackets onto chair
frame back bar with 1/4-20 x 1/2" button head
cap screws.

4. Position top front mount bracket and bottom front
mount bracket, as shown, onto the chair frame front bar
with 1/4-20 x 1/2" button head cap screw and install
loosely (4a). Repeat for the opposite side. Slide front
mount brackets under the front bracket (4b) and install
1/4-20 x 3" hex bolt, spring & two (2) washers as shown
(4c). Tighten 1/4-20 x 1/2" button head cap screw after
adjusting position. Repeat for the opposite side. Make
sure top & bottom brackets & button head cap screws,
that were installed in step 1, are tightened securely.
5. Slide out tray (5a) and press in the direction of the
arrow (5b). To ensure quiet operation, make sure hex
bolts are tightened securely.

6. Position footrest, as shown, onto the slide frame
assembly and install with four (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4" button
head cap screw.
TEST FOOTREST
Check the tightness of the foot tray to ensure that the
slide frame assembly is not loose when a person is in
the standing or seated position. Tighten hex bolts,
installed in step 4, until foot tray is no longer loose.
NOTE: Overtightening of hex bolts will, also, result in
the foot tray not being able to actuate when stepped on.
When this happens, please loosen the hex bolts until
the foot tray is able to actuate and rest on the floor
when stepped on.

Trendelenburg Foot Tray Installation
1. Fasten rear mount brackets to the main slide
frame with washers and 1/4-20 x 1/2" button
head cap screws.
2. Install front bracket to main slide frame with
1/4-20 x 1/2" button head cap screws.

4. Install 1/4-20 x 3-1/2" hex bolt, spring & two (2)
washers as shown. Repeat for the opposite side.
5. Slide out tray (5a) and press in the direction of the
arrow (5b). To ensure quiet operation, make sure hex
bolts are tightened securely.

6. Position footrest, as shown, onto the slide frame
assembly and install with four (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4" button
head cap screw.
TEST FOOTREST
