1. Refer to worksurface height chart below and select
a desired height for your worksurface. Scribe a
pencil mark on the side of panel upright to indicate
where top of support assembly must be located.
Refer to page 4 for the following installations. To
install a floor support assembly (item 1), hold in a
vertical position and slide base cover up. Next
hold floor support panel assembly 90 degrees to
panel system and insert bracket tabs into slots.
Push down engaging tabs into slots until retainer
lock snaps into place. Adjust glides. For insta-
llation of a cantilevered end support assembly
(item 2) hold in a vertical position and insert tabs
into slots between upright and panel surface.
Next push down engaging tabs until retainer lock
snaps into place. For installation of a clear access
end panel (item 9) remove (2) 14-20 screws and
adjust to desired height. Replace screws and
tighten. Now hold clear access end panel 90
degrees to panel system and insert bracket tabs
into slots. Push down engaging tabs into slots until
retainer lock snaps into place. Check glide adjust-
ment, remove clear access end panel, adjust glides
and re-attach to panel. Install front and rear side
support assemblies (items 3 and 5). Hold brackets
slightly tilted forward and insert tabs into wall panel
slots. The top of all supports must be aligned
with pencil marks.

Remove front and rear mounting brackets (Item 8) from pedestal (Item 15).
Save screws. Next align front and rear mounting bracket mounting holes (Item 8)
with pre-drilled holes in bottom of work surface. Now secure mounting brackets
to work surface with (3) screws each, (Item 7). Refer to Fig. F.

Remove front and rear aprons (Items 21 and 25) from one of the pedestal drawers. Next insert tab on front apron
(Item 25) into slot on rear apron (Item 21). Now align front and rear apron mounting holes with pre-drilled holes in
bottom of worksurface. Next secure aprons to worksurface with (4) screws (Item 7). Refer to Fig. G.
NOTE: Install screw when attaching
apron to a cantilevered support or
end panel. Remove knock-out in apron.

6. Place work surface (item 6) onto
support assemblies (items 1, 2, 3,
4 and 5) and secure with (8) screws
(item 7) and necessary screws
(item 11). Refer to Fig. K.6.

Pull drawer out until it stops. Next press in on lock catch while at the same time pulling out on drawer. As drawer
approaches the end of case channel, tip head of drawer down and lift out (see dotted lines). Refer to Fig. N.
NOTE: Mark the location of each drawer prior to removing it from the pedestal case. Each drawer must be re-
installed to its original location in pedestal case.

7. End filler (item 13) is used when
support assemblies (items 3 and 4)
are used. Prior to installing a
pedestal next to a moveable wall,
an end filler (item 13) must be
installed as shown in fig. L with
(1) screw (item 11). After pedestal
has been installed per step 9, drill
a 1/8" dia. hole at bottom corner of
pedestal. Secure with (1) screw
(item 11). Refer to fig. M.








IMPORTANT: When removing file drawers from pedestal, the cradle assembly must be removed with the
drawer at the same time. Store drawer on the front face to prevent grease damage on carpet etc. To
re-install, file drawer must be seated into the cradle assembly then re-installed into pedestal. This is done
to insure proper drawer alignment and ease of operation. Refer to Fig. P.

Place the rear upper flange of rear pedestal support (Item 23) on top of mounting bracket flange (Item 8)
secure with (2) machine screws (Item 16). Secure front mounting bracket (Item 8a) with (2) machine
screws (Item 16). Refer to Fig.Q. Now replace all drawers.

A. Slide the rear upper flange of pedestal (Item 14) onto tabs on rear mounting bracket (Item 10).
B. Secure the front of pedestal to the front mounting bracket (Item 8) with (2) machine screws
(Item 16). Refer to Fig.R.
C. Replace all drawers in proper location.

1. Refer back to pages 3 and 4 of
these directions and complete
step 1 to install the desired
support assembly on movable
wall assembly. Use the standar
ddesk height (29-3/8") when install-
ing the support assembly onto the
movable wall assembly.


2. Lay worksurface (item 6) upside-
down onto a soft material. Now
drill (4) holes 1/8" dia. x 3/4" deep
and (1) hole 7/32" dia. x 3/4" deep.
Care should be taken not to drill
any deeper then 3/4". the hole
pattern shown in fig. T is for mount-
ing a down-to-floor pedestal
(item 28) under the right side of
worksurface. The hole pattern for
left hand side is typical.
