Installing chair with base cover
onto column:
1. Drop base foot over column.
2. Attach base top to chair slide.

3. Snap base cover onto base top. Engage
all (4) tabs.
4. Drop chair with base cover over column
and onto chair control taper making sure
chair is properly engaged onto tapered
column.

Removing chair with base cover and
replacing seat and back cushion
assembly and/or outer shells:
1. Remove screw from outer back shell.
2. Pull back bottom of outer back shell.

3. Remove two springs on chair slide.
4. Remove two screws on chair slide.

5. Slide chair forward to separate the upper
and lower half of the chair slide.

6. Using pry tool, pry outer back shell off
of inner back (four places).

7. Remove all old push on metal fasteners
from the inner back and/or the outer back
shell (four places).

8. Remove back cushion assembly from
chair control (four screws).
9. Remove outer seat shell (five screws).

10. Remove seat cushion assembly from
chair control (four screws).
11. Remove plastic upright cover from
seat cushion assembly (two screws).
