Back Contouring Heating Pad
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

HOW TO USE YOUR BACK CONTOURING HEATING PAD
1. In addition to the therapeutic heat, this pad features a
self-inflatable lumbar support, which can be adjusted for
designed firmness. To INFLATE the pad, open the Air Inlet
Valve (round black knob on side of pad) and the pad will
self inflate automatically. You can regulate the firmness of
the pad by closing the air valve when the pad reaches the
desired thickness. To DEFLATE the pad, open the air inlet
valve and roll up the pad, forcing the air out. The pad can be
stored in this rolled up position.
2. Plug into any 120V AC electrical outlet.
3. Place the pad on a chair or other similar location where you
plan to use it.
NOTE: For optimum heat therapy, ensure that the pad’s softer
side with the “Contouring Airflow System” logo is positioned
towards the body. The pad is designed to have the heated
surface only on one side of the pad. Follow the markings on
pad’s cover for more direction.
WARNING: Never use this pad without the cloth cover.
4. To turn the pad on, press the Power Button and set control to the desired heat
setting. To turn the pad OFF, scroll through remaining heat settings by pressing
the Power Button until none of the heat settings are selected.
5. Auto-Off function will shut the heating pad down automatically after 30
minutes of use. This is indicated by the flashing light of Auto-Off indicator on
the controller. To reset, press the Power Button and select the desired heat
setting.
NOTE: In case of power outage, the Auto-Off feature will automatically reset the timer.

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions or if in Canada, Sunbeam Corporation (Canada)
Limited doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a period of five years from the
date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. JCS, at its option, will repair or replace
this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made
with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a
similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or
mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser
from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to
obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter,
modify or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or
damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use
contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service
center. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?
JCS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied or statutory
warranty or condition. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.
JCS disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. JCS shall not be

FABRIC COVER WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!
1. Disconnect pad from outlet.
2. Remove cloth cover from pad.
3. Machine-wash the cover in cool water on gentle
cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent.
4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle.
5. Insert the vinyl pad inside the cloth cover.
NOTE: The cover is designed so that the air inlet valve fits inside it only one way. This
feature ensures that the pad’s heated surface is always on the soft side of the cover,
which is intended to be used against the body. Follow the markings on the cover for
more direction. Make sure that the cord and controller remain on the outside of the
cover. Zip the cover closed.
WARNING: Never use this pad without the cloth cover.

USING MOIST HEAT THERAPY
In some cases, you may find that moist heat therapy provides more
comfort and relief. When using moist heat therapy, you should
protect furniture and clothing from becoming damp.
1. Dampen one side of the cover with warm water by patting
the surface with a wet sponge or cloth or use a spray bottle
to apply a fine mist. Do not thoroughly soak the cover.
2. Do not spray or dampen the power cord.
DANGER: Do not immerse the pad or wiring in water or place under running water.
Failure to comply may result in product failure and/or personal injury.

CÓMO UTILIZAR SU ALMOHADILLA DE CALOR PARA ESPALDA
1. Además del calor terapéutico, esta almohadilla ofrece soporte
lumbar auto inflable, que se puede ajustar según la firmeza
deseada. Para INFLAR la almohadilla, abra la Válvula de
Entrada de Aire (perilla negra redonda en la parte lateral de la
almohadilla) y la almohadilla se inflará automáticamente. Se
puede regular la firmeza de la almohadilla cerrando la válvula
de aire cuando la almohadilla alcance el nivel deseado. Para
DESINFLAR la almohadilla, abra la válvula de entrada de
aire y enrolle la almohadilla, forzando el aire hacia fuera. La
almohadilla se puede almacenar enrollada.
2. Conecte la almohadilla a cualquier tomacorriente eléctrico
de 120 Voltios CA.
3. Coloque la almohadilla en una silla o asiento en donde planea utilizarla.
NOTA: Para terapia óptima de calor, asegúrese de que el lado
más suave de la almohadilla con la insignia "Contouring
Airflow System" esté colocado hacia el cuerpo. La almohadilla
está diseñada para ofrecer calor solamente en la superficie de
un lado de la almohadilla. Siga las marcas en la cubierta de la
almohadilla para más detalles.

4. Para activar la almohadilla, presione el botón de encendido y ajuste el nivel
de calor deseado usando el control. Para apagar la almohadilla, presione
repetidamente el botón de encendido hasta que ninguno de los niveles de calor

5. La función de Auto-Apagado desactivará la almohadilla de calor
automáticamente después de 30 minutos de uso. Esto se muestra mediante el
destello de la luz indicadora de Auto-Apagado en el control. Para reiniciar el
calor, presione el botón de encendido y seleccione el nivel deseado de calor.

INSTRUCCIONES DE LAVADO DE LA CUBIERTA DE TELA
¡NO LA LAVE EN TINTORERÍA! ¡NO USE BLANQUEADOR! ¡NO LA RETUERZA PARA SECAR!
1. Desconecte la almohadilla del tomacorriente.
2. Retire la cubierta de tela de la almohadilla.
3. Lave la cubierta con agua fría y detergente a mano o en lavadora usando
el ciclo suave.
4. Cuelgue la cubierta para secarla o utilice la secadora en el ciclo frio y suave.
5. Inserte la almohadilla de vinilo dentro de la cubierta de tela.
NOTA: La cubierta está diseñada para que la válvula de entrada de aire se ajuste
dentro de la cubierta en una posición únicamente. Esto asegura que la superficie
calentada de la almohadilla quede siempre del lado suave de la cubierta, para
que se utilice contra el cuerpo. Siga las marcas en la cubierta para más detalles.
Asegúrese de que el cable de alimentación y el control queden en la parte externa de
la cubierta. Use la cremallera para cerrar la cubierta.

USO DE LA TERAPIA DE CALOR HÚMEDO
En algunos casos, la terapia de calor húmedo puede proporcionarle
mayor comodidad y alivio.
Cuando utilice la terapia de calor húmedo,
proteja los muebles y la ropa para que no se humedezcan.
1. Humedezca el lado de felpa suave de la cubierta con agua
tibia dando palmaditas a la superficie con una esponja o
paño mojado o utilizando una botella con rociador para
aplicar una capa fina de agua. No sature la cubierta.
2. No rocíe ni humedezca el cable eléctrico ni el control.
PELIGRO: No sumerja la almohadilla o el cableado en agua ni los coloque debajo del
