HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD
1. Lay the Machine Washable Cover on a flat surface.
Insert the vinyl pad into the cover, making sure the
cord and controller remain on the outside of the
cover.
WARNING: Never use the heating
pad without the fabric cover.
2. Plug into any 120V AC electrical outlet.
Your Sunbeam®XpressHeat®heating pad features a
unique fast-heat technology in which you will feel
heat in 30 seconds - for faster pain relief!
3. To turn the pad on, press the Power Button (Figure 1).
Then select from 6 heat settings by scrolling to the
desired setting with HEAT▲or HEAT▼buttons. The light ring around the controls,
called the Heat Meter, will light up one side at the time, indicating progress as
the pad heats up. All four sides of the Heat Meter will light up within 30 seconds
of powering up, indicating that the heating pad is warm and ready for use.
4. To turn the pad OFF, press the Power Button one more time. The
heating pad and lights of the Heat Meter will turn off.

FABRIC COVER WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!
1. Disconnect pad from outlet.
2. Remove cover from pad.
3. Machine or hand wash; use mild detergent. Wash with cool water only.
4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, air dry cycle.
5. Instructions above are for cover only. Do not wash
inner pad, wipe with a damp cloth if needed.
AUTO-OFF FEATURE
Your heating pad controller includes a selectable Auto-Off feature. By pressing the
“Auto Off” button, you can set the timer to “Stay On” continuously or to shut down
after 2 hours of continuous use. NOTE: After a power outage, the Auto-Off feature
automatically resets the timer.
USING MOIST HEAT THERAPY
In some cases, you may find that moist heat therapy provides
more comfort and relief. When using moist heat therapy, you
should protect furniture and clothing from becoming damp.
1. Dampen either side of the heating pad with water by
patting the surface with a wet sponge or cloth or use
a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. Do not thoroughly
soak pad. Do not spray cord with water. (Figure 2)
DANGER: Do not immerse the pad or wiring in water or place
under running water. Failure to comply may result in product
failure and/or personal injury.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1. Coloque la cubierta lavable en lavadora automática
en una superficie plana. Inserte la almohadilla de
tela en la cubierta. Cerciórese que el cable y el
control se encuentren en la parte exterior de la
cubierta, y ciérrela con los broches de presión.
NOTA: Nunca utilice la almohadilla

2. Conecte la almohadilla en un
tomacorrientes eléctrico de 120V CA.

3. Para encender la almohadilla, presione el botón de encender (Figura 1) .
Seleccione cualquiera de las 6 configuraciones de calor presionando el
botón HEAT▲o HEAT▼. Las luces indicadoras alrededor del botón de
encendido se iluminarán secuencialmente una a cada vez, indicando
el progresso en cuanto la almojadila se calienta. Las cuatro luces se
iluminarán 30 segundos después de encender la almohadilla cuando
es alcanzada la temperatura óptima. Ya está lista para ser usada.
4. Para apagar la almohadilla, presione el botón de encender
una vez mas. La almohadilla y luces se apagarán.

FUNCIÓN DE APAGADO AUTOMÁTICO
El control de su almohadilla eléctrica incluye una función de Apagado Automático.
Cuando presione el botón “AUTO-OFF,” se puede usar la almohadilla continuamente y se
apagará automáticamente después de 2 horas de uso continuo. NOTA: Después de un
apagón, la función de Apagado Automático restablece el cronómetro automáticamente.
USO DE TERAPIA DE CALOR HÚMEDO

1. Humedezca con agua cualquier lado de la almohadilla

una capa de agua fina. No moje completamente la

debajo de un chorro de agua. Si no cumple con esto puede causar una falla en el
