Fig.1: Put the base cover (H) onto post 1(E) or post 2(F). Attach the base slice (G) to the
bottom of post 1(E) or post 2(F) by bolt (AA) and washer (BB).
Fig.2: Put the post decoration (D3) to post (E, F) from top to bottom; Attach post decoration
(D3) and crossbeam decoration (D1, D2) to post (E, F) by bolt (AA) and washer (BB).
Fig.3: Connect top arc beam 1 (B1) and top arc beam 2 (B2) by top arc beam connector (B3)
and tighten by bolt (AA) and washer (BB).
Fig.4: Insert support beam 2 (C2) into support beam 1 (C1), tighten by bolt (AA) and washer (BB).
Fig.5: Attach support beam (C1, C2) to post (E, F) by bolt (AA) and washer (BB).
Fig.6: Attach the assembled top arc beam (B1, B2) to the upper end of post (E, F) by bolt (AA,
CC) and washer (BB).
Fig.7: Insert top beam 2 (A2) into top beam 1 (A1), tighten by bolt (AA) and washer (BB).
Fig.8: Attach the five assembled top beams to top arc beam (B1, B2) by bolt (CC) and
washer (BB). (Note: Do not assemble the outermost top beam.)
Fig.9: Attach the arc support (J2, J1, I1, I2) to post (E, F) by bolt (AA) and washer (BB).
Fig.10: Attach the other end of short arc support (I1, I2) to support beam (C1, C2) by bolt
(AA) and washer (BB).
Fig.11: Attach the other end of long arc support (J1, J2) to top arc beam (B1, B2) by bolt
(AA) and washer (BB).

Fig.16: Insert rail tube (O) into the hole of rail tube connector 2(L2), attach it to the lower end
of post (E) by bolt (EE) and washer (BB). Use the same way to assemble rail tube connector 3
(L3).
Fig.17: When pulling the fabric tube (M, N) down, you could insert the metal buckle of
rail tube connector (L2, L3) into the hole of fabric tube connector (K) to prevent the
canopy (R) from being blown away.
Fig.18: Attach the remaining two outermost top beams (A1, A2) to arc beam (B1, B2)
by bolt (CC) and washer (BB).
Fig.19: Fix the assembled pergola on the lawn with stakes (FF).
Fig.12: Insert fabric tube 1 (M) into fabric tube 2 (N) and fix them by bolt (DD) and washer (BB).
Fig.13: Put the canopy (R) onto the top as showed in the picture on the first page. Insert the
assembled fabric tube (M, N) into the hole of the canopy.
Fig.14: Attach fabric tube connector (K) to the fabric tube (M, N) by bolt (DD) and washer (BB).
Fig.15: Insert rail tube (O) into the ring of fabric tube connector (K). Then insert rail tube (O) into
the hole of rail tube connector 1 (L1) and attach it to the upper end of post (E, F) by bolt (EE)
and washer (BB).

USE & CARE
1. This pergola is not a permanent structure and should be disassembled & stored away after use.
2. Do not repack your pergola until completely dry.
3. This pergola must be assembled by two adults or more.
4. This pergola must not be left erect in windy conditions.
WARNINGS
1. Assembly Instructions must be followed.
2. Pegs supplied must be used to hold this pergola in place when upright.
3. Warranty does not cover damage due to extreme weather conditions.

materials of your item provided the item was factory-sealed at the time of purchase and is maintained with
care and used only for personal, residential purposes. The item is warranted to be free from defects in

period, Sunjoy Group will repair or replace (at our option) any defective merchandise upon proof of purchase;
however, transportation and delivery costs, as well as labor and material charges to remove or replace parts,
remain the responsibility of the purchaser. A purchaser of an "open box," previously-returned, or "clearance"
item, as well as original purchasers outside of the warranty period, may obtain replacement parts from Sunjoy
Group for products in current production, at nominal cost.
