unsachgemäßem Auswechseln des Akkus besteht Explosionsgefahr. Qualifiziertes
Fachpersonal kann bei Bedarf unter [email protected] Instruktionen zum
Demontieren des fest eingebauten Akkus einholen, sollte dies zu Zwecken einer
Reparatur oder Recycling des Produktes erforderlich sein.
• Akku vor hohen Temperaturen schützen. Nicht ins Feuer werfen, kurzschließen
oder auseinandernehmen.
Wichtige Hinweise zur Produktsicherheit!
•Vorsicht: Das Solarpanel ist empfindlich. Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht fallen.
• Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen heftigen Stößen, Erschütterungen oder extremen Tem-
peraturen aus.

5. Inbetriebnahme
• Das Pool-Thermometer ist solarbetrieben. Bitte beachten Sie bei der Standortwahl,
dass das Solarpanel ausreichend Licht bekommt, um eine langfristig ausreichende
Stromversorgung zu gewährleisten.
• Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolien vom Display und vom Solarpanel ab.
• Drücken Sie die °F/°C Taste. Das Gerät ist jetzt funktionsbereit. Die Temperatur
erscheint auf dem Display.
• Mit der °F/°C Taste können Sie zwischen Celsius (°C) oder Fahrenheit (°F) als Tem-
peraturanzeige auswählen.
• Setzen Sie das Poolthermometer ins Wasser. Mit der mitgelieferten Befestigungs-
leine kann das Thermometer am Pool oder Teichrand gesichert werden.
6. Pflege und Wartung
• Um die beste Funktionsfähigkeit zu erhalten, sollte das Solar-Panel immer sauber
sein. Reinigen Sie das Solarpanel und das Display mit einem weichen Tuch und
eventuell ein wenig Glas- oder Monitorreiniger. Keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel
verwenden!
• Bei Zufrieren der Wasseroberfläche das Thermometer herausnehmen.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus (°F/°C Taste für 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten), wenn Sie
es längere Zeit nicht verwenden.

Wenn Ihr Gerät trotz dieser Maßnahmen immer noch nicht funktioniert, wenden Sie sich
an den Händler, bei dem Sie das Produkt gekauft haben.
8. Entsorgung
Dieses Produkt und die Verpackung wurden unter Verwendung hochwertiger Materialien
und Bestandteile hergestellt, die recycelt und wiederverwendet werden können. Dies
verringert den Abfall und schont die Umwelt.
Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung umweltgerecht über die eingerichteten Sammelsysteme.

• The battery cannot and must not be replaced or removed by you. There is a risk of
explosion if the battery is replaced incorrectly. If necessary, a qualified person can
obtain instructions on how to dismantle the permanently installed battery from
[email protected], should this be necessary for the purpose of repairing or
recycling the product.
• Protect the battery from high temperatures. Do not throw into fire, short-circuit or
take apart.

5. Getting started
• The pool thermometer is solar powered. Please consider when choosing a location
that the solar panel needs enough light per day to guarantee a long-term sufficient
power supply.
• Remove the protective films from the display and the solar panel.
• Press the °F/°C button. The device is now ready for use. The display shows the
temperature.
• Press the °F/°C button to select the temperature display in °C (Celsius) or °F
(Fahrenheit) as the temperature unit.
• Place the pool thermometer in the water. The thermometer can be secured to the
pool or pond side with the supplied fastening line.
6. Care and maintenance
• For a very good function keep the solar panel always clean. Clean the solar panel
with a soft cloth and maybe a little glass- or display cleaner. Do not use solvents or
scouring agents.
• When water freezes remove the thermometer.
• Please switch off the device (press and hold the °F/°C button for 3 seconds) if not
using it for a long time.

8. Waste disposal

5. Mise en service
• Le thermomètre de piscine fonctionne grâce à cellules solaires. Lors du choix de
l'emplacement, assurez-vous que le panneau photovoltaïque soit exposé par jour à
la lumière, afin de garantir une alimentation électrique suffisante à long terme.
• Retirez les films de protection de l'affichage et du panneau solaire.
• Appuyez sur la touche °F/°C. Votre appareil est maintenant prêt à fonctionner. La
température apparaît sur l'écran.
• En appuyant sur la touche °F/°C, vous pouvez sélectionner la température en °C
(Celsius) ou en °F (Fahrenheit).
• Placez le thermomètre de piscine dans l'eau. A l'aide de la corde fourni on peut
fixer le thermomètre au bord de la piscine ou du plan d'eau.
6. Entretien et maintenance
• Afin d’assurer un fonctionnement optimal, veillez à ce que le panneau solaire reste
toujours propre. Nettoyez les cellules solaires avec un chiffon doux en ajoutant
éventuellement un peu de produit à vitres ou de produit de nettoyage pour moteur.
N’utilisez pas de solvants ou d'agents abrasifs !
• En cas de gel il faut retirez le thermomètre de la surface de l'eau.
• Éteignez votre appareil (appuyez sur la touche °F/°C pendant 3 secondes) si vous
ne l'utilisez pas pendant une durée prolongée.

Si votre appareil ne fonctionne toujours pas malgré ces mesures, adressez-vous au ven-
deur chez qui vous l'avez acheté.
8. Traitement des déchets
Ce produit et son emballage ont été fabriqués avec des matériaux de haute qualité qui
peuvent être recyclés et réutilisés. Cela permet de réduire les déchets et de protéger
l’environnement. Éliminez les emballages de manière respectueuse de l'environnement

5. Messa in funzione
• Il termometro per piscina funziona ad energia solare. Per la scelta della posizione,
tenere presente che il pannello solare deve ricevere la luce per garantire una ali-
mentazione sufficiente.
• Rimuovere i fogli protettivi dal display e dal pannello solare.
• Premere il tasto °F/°C. L'apparecchio è ora pronto per l'uso. Sul display appare la
temperatura.
• Premere il tasto °F/°C è possibile scegliere fra la visualizzazione della temperatura
in gradi °C (gradi Celsius) o °F (gradi Fahrenheit).
• Posizionare il termometro della piscina nell'acqua. La corda di fissaggio consente
di ancorare il termometro alla piscina o al bordo dello stagno.
6. Cura e manutenzione
• Per ottenere una funzionalità ottimale, mantenere il pannello solare sempre pulito.
Pulire le celle solari con un panno morbido ed eventualmente con qualche goccia
di detergente per vetri o per monitor. Non usare solventi o abrasivi.
• In caso di congelamento della superficie dell'acqua, estrarre il termometro.
• Spegnete l'apparecchio (tenere premuto per 3 secondi il tasto °F/°C), se non lo si
utilizza per un periodo prolungato.

5. Inbedrijfstelling
• De zwembad thermometer werkt met zonne-energie. Kies de standplaats zo, dat
het zonnepaneel overdag licht kan opnemen zodat langdurig voor voldoende
stroom wordt gezorgd.
• De beschermfolies van het display en het zonnepaneel verwijderen.
• Druk op de °F/°C toets. Het apparaat is nu bedrijfsgereed. De temperatuur ver-
schijnt op het display.
• Met de °F/°C toets kunt u tussen de weergave van de temperatuur in °C (graden
Celsius) of °F (graden Fahrenheit) kiezen.
• Plaats de zwembad thermometer in het water. Met de bijgeleverde bevestigings-
koord kan de thermometer aan het zwembad of aan de vijverrand bevestigd wor-
den.
6. Schoonmaken en onderhoud
• Om een optimale functie te waarborgen, houdt het zonnepaneel altijd schoon. Rei-
nig de zonnecellen met een zachte lap en eventueel met wat reinigingsmiddel voor
glas of beeldschermen. Geen schuur- of oplosmiddelen gebruiken!
• Neem de thermometer uit het water wanneer het wateroppervlak dicht vriest.
• Schakel het apparaat uit (houdt de °F/°C toets 3 seconden ingedrukt) als u deze
langere tijd niet gebruikt.

8. Afvoeren
Dit product en de verpakking zijn vervaardigd van hoogwaardige materialen en onderde-
len, die kunnen worden gerecycled en hergebruikt. Dit vermindert afval en spaart het
milieu. Voer de verpakking op milieuvriendelijke wijze af via de daarvoor bestemde
inzamelsystemen.
Afvoeren van het elektrisch apparaat
Let op! Dit apparaat bevat een accu die vast is ingebouwd en niet verwij-
derd kan worden, zonder de behuizing te vernielen. Het onvakkundig ver-
wijderen veroorzaakt een veiligheidsrisico. Lever het apparaat ongeopend
in bij de inzamellocatie die apparaat en accu vakkundig afvoeren.

5. Puesta en marcha
• El termómetro para piscina está alimentado por energía solar. Con el fin de poder
garantizar un suministro de corriente suficiente a largo plazo, seleccione por favor
un lugar de ubicación para el termómetro en el que el panel solar pueda captar
suficiente luz.
• Despegue las películas protectoras de la pantalla y del panel solar.
• Pulse la tecla °F/°C. El dispositivo está ahora listo para funcionar. En la pantalla
aparece la temperatura.
• Con la tecla °F/°C puede seleccionar entre la indicación de la temperatura en °C
(grados Celsius) o °F (grados Fahrenheit).
• Coloque el termómetro de la piscina en el agua. El termómetro puede ser fijado a la
piscina o al borde del estanque mediante la cuerda de sujeción suministrada.
6. Cuidado y mantenimiento
• Para obtener la mejor funcionalidad, el panel solar deberá estar siempre limpio.
Limpie las células solares con un paño blando y eventualmente con un limpiador
para cristales o bien monitor. ¡No utilice productos abrasivos o disolventes!
• Retire el termómetro si la superficie del agua se congela.
• Apague el dispositivo (mantenga pulsada la tecla °F/°C durante 3 segundos) si no
lo va a utilizar por un largo período de tiempo.
