1. Introduction
Prior to use of our products you should inspect the equipment for any defects which may
have occurred during transport. If this happens, please contact your retailer.
Then, please read this instruction which includes important information for the user.
Please contact us if you have any questions concerning the use of the equipment. Our
advisors will provide you with any information you require on an ongoing basis.
Please note that if you have questions other than those concerning the use of our products,
you should contact your doctor, nurse or physical therapist.
2. Characteristics
Adjustable 4-wheeled rollator is made of aluminium frame which is coated with paint with
metallic lustre. The rollator is equipped with brakes with locking mechanism, upholstered
and height adjustable seat, backrest, and shopping bag. The product is supplied with solid
wheels with narrow cross section 8’’ in diameter which can be dismantled for transport, and
height adjustable handles with anatomic handgrips.

3. Application
The rollator is designed for patients with reduced mobility who need stable support and help
while walking. It is also recommended to the elderly as an aid in keeping balance, improving
walking comfort and ensuring safety from falling. The use of the rollator affects positively on
the return to activity of the people with locomotion and tilting to erect position problems. It
guarantees better stabilization, support and security while walking.
4. Assembly and general recommendations for use
Note! Follow the information contained in this manual while assembly and adjustment.
Users with reduced mobility may need help from a third person who has appropriate skills.
Note! Do not use the rollator if any defects or deficiencies (e.g. cracks) are noticed due to
the risk of accident.
Unfolding and folding the rollator
•To unfold the rollator, pull the frame apart and press the seat until the rollator is
completely unfolded.

•Rear wheels and push handles are joined by the brake cables, thus firstly, fix push
handles into the mounting openings and blocked them with locking knobs. Then,
block the rear wheels with pins.
•Fix front wheels in the front part of the frame and secure them with locking clips
which are placed in the above height adjustment openings.
•Fix backrest in the upper part of the frame and block it with locking clips.
•Remove plastic casing from wheels.
•To fold the rollator, lift up the seat and the bar which is placed under the seat.
NOTE! Be careful while folding or dismantling the rollator due to the risk of smashing fingers
in hinges.
Brakes
Note! The assistance of a third person may be required while first use regardless of the
user’s health condition.
•To stop the rollator, pull the brake handle upwards and hold.
•While stop or using the seat, lock the brake with locking mechanism by pushing down
the brake handle.
•To release the brake, pull the brake handle upwards.
Height adjustment of handles
The height of the handles should be adjusted so that the user can stand upright, as far as he
or she is able to, with his or her shoulders in rest position and with slightly bent elbows. It is
inadvisable to hang on the rollator with all the body weight.
•To adjust the height of the handles, unscrew the locking knob which is located on the
outer side of the frame, select appropriate height and tighten the locking knob.
Note! The handles must be set on the same level.
Height adjustment of seat
•To adjust the height of the seat, remove the locking clip (for front wheels assembly)
and press the locking pin (for rear wheels assembly). Select appropriate height and
block the wheels with locking clip and pin.

Adjustment of brakes
Note! Check the condition of brakes before first use. When the brake handles do not brake
equally, they should be adjusted.
Adjustment of upper brake
•Unscrew the nut of the cable, pull it up to the appropriate length and lock it by
tightening the locking nut.
Adjustment of lower brake
•Loosen the mounting screw with the use of open-end wrench, pull the black brake
cable to adjust the tension of the cable, and then, tighten the mounting screw.

6. Notes and recommendations
•Only one person can use the rollator.
•The seat can be used only for temporary rest.
•Before using the seat, engage the brake.
•Do not use the seat for transport purposes.
•Do not lean backwards while sitting on the rollator due to the risk of accident.
•Do not stand on the rollator.
•The shopping bag is designed to carry only lightweight and small objects.

•Do not hang any objects on the rollator due to the risk of accident.
•The rollator is designed for users with maximum weight 130 kg.
•The rollator is designed to be used on even surfaces with inclination less than 5%.
•Due to the risk of falling, it is unacceptable to use the rollator on wet, icy, greasy, and
strongly sandy surfaces as they do not provide firm support.
•Remove all potential obstacles in the room such as too high carpets or thresholds,
and secure slippery floor with anti-sliding mats.
•Avoid wet surfaces and use the rollator when the light is on.
•Be particularly careful when walking on uneven pavement, overcoming curbs. Do not
walk backwards.
•Do not make any repairs or modifications by yourself.Any repairs should be done by
qualified personnel of the manufacturer.
•It is essential to maintain all the elements of the rollator clean and to store the
rollator in an appropriate way. Storage in rooms with very high humidity (baths,
laundries, etc.) or in an open air in combination with lack of hygiene will result in a
rapid loss of usable and aesthetic parameters.

7. Cleaning and maintenance
Reviews
Make visual inspection of all the joining elements (clamps, hinges) of the rollator at least
once every three months including:
•Brakes
•Mounting elements (pins, clips, screws, nuts, knobs)
•Height adjustment of handles
•Stability and look of the frame
Cleaning
•Clean the frame with damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
•Do not use strong polishing agents due to the damage of protecting coatings.

•Clean the dirt from moving parts of the rollator regularly (hinges, clamping screws,
locks).
8. Warranty information
All products distributed by our company are under a warranty, the terms of which are
described in the warranty card received at the time of purchase.
Please, keep in mind that for warranty purposes, the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
should be retained.
