1.Disconnecttheboomhydraulicsandconnectthebed
lifthoses;refertoyoursprayerandWorkmanOperator’s
Manual.
2.DisconnectthePTOdriveshaftfromtheWorkman;
refertoyourPTOkitInstallationInstructions.
3.DisconnectthesprayerfuseblockfromtheWorkman
fuseblock;refertoyoursprayer’sOperator’sManual.
4.DisconnectthecontrolconsolefromtheWorkman
andmountittothetankstoragebracket.
5.Mountthejackstandlegstothemachineasshownin
Figure1.
6.Removetheboltsfromthehold-downbrackets;refer
toyoursprayer’sOperator’sManual.
7.Disconnectthesprayerharnessleadfromthebattery.
8.Connectthejackstotherearjackstands(Figure1).
Note:Discardthejackcollarinsert.
9.Tiltthetankskidbackuntiltherearjackstandstouch
theground.
10.Attachthefrontjackstandextensions(Figure1)and
lowerthetankskiduntiltheytouchtheground.
Note:Ifthejackstandfeetarenotalllevelonthe
ground,adjusttherearjacksuntiltheyare.
11.Disconnectthesprayer’sspeedsensorandconnect
theWorkmanspeedsensor;refertoyoursprayer’s
Operator’sManual.
12.Releasethehydrauliccylinderpressure.
13.Removetheliftcylinderpinsandretractthelift
cylinders;refertoyoursprayer’sOperatorManual..
14.Adjustthejackstandsusingthejacksuntiltheback
tankskidpinsarelooseandcanberemoved;referto
yoursprayer’sOperator’sManual.
15.SlowlydrivetheWorkmanoutfromunderthesprayer
tank.
Note:Whenmountingasprayerthatiselevatedon
jackstands,pushtheWorkmanunderthesprayer.
Don’treverseunderthetank.
