3.Ensurethatthetowvehicle’shydraulicsystem
willcoupletotheremotehydraulicsupply/return
linesofthetransportframecontrolvalve.Quick
disconnectcouplersareincludedwiththe
transportframe,butdifferentsizedhydraulic
quickcouplertipsmaybesubstitutedtomatch
theexistingmachinecouplers.
4.Thehydraulicsystemofthetransportframeis
lledatthefactorywithhigh-qualityhydraulic
uid.Checkthelevelofthehydraulicuidinthe
towvehiclebeforetheengineisrststartedand
dailythereafter.Beforeoperatingthetransport
frame,makesurethehydraulicuidissuitable
forusewiththetowvehiclehydraulicsystem.

hydraulicsystem.Determinewhichsystemison
yourtowvehicleandusethefollowingoperating
procedures:
1.Opencenterhydraulicsystemonthetow
vehicleandopencenterhydraulicsystemon
thetransportframe.
•Connectthesupplyandreturnhosestothe
towvehiclevalvecouplers.Ensurethatthe
highpressurelineisconnectedtotheinlet
portontheframevalve.
Note:Acheckvalveisinstalledintotheend
ofthereturnline.
•Operatethetowvehicle
hydraulic-directional-control-valveleverto
allowacontinualowofuidtothetransport
framevalve.
•Startthetowvehicleandraiseorlowerthe
mowersusingthecontrollevers
Note:Ifthemowerswillnotraiseorlower,
thesupplyandreturnhosesmaybereversed.
Reinstallthecouplersreversingtheposition.
Markthehosesforfutureidenticationor
connectamaleandfemalecouplersectionto
thetransporthosestopreventreversal.

supply/returnhosecouplersfromthetow
vehiclevalve,alwaysreturnthetowvehicle
hydraulic-directional-control-valvelever
toneutral.Thisdeactivatesthe"remote"
hydraulicfeature.
2.Closedcenterhydraulicsystemonthetow
vehicleandopencenterhydraulicsystemon
thetransportframe.
•Connectthesupplyandreturnhosestothe
towvehiclevalvecouplers.
•Startthetowvehicle.
•Thetowvehiclehydraulic-directional-control
levermustbeactuatedsimultaneouslywith
thecontrolleversonthetransportframe.
Donotrestrainthetowvehiclevalvelever
permanentlyasdamagemayoccurtothe
system.
•Raiseorlowerthemowersusingthecontrol
levers.
Note:Ifthemowerswillnotraiseor
lower,thesupplyandreturnhosesmaybe
reversed.Reinstallthecouplersreversing
theposition.Markthehosesforfuture
