immediatelyaftereachuse.Failuretodosomaycause
thechemicalstodryorthickeninthelines,cloggingthe
pumpandothercomponents.
Cleanthespraysystemaftereachsprayingsession.To
properlycleanthespraysystem:
•Use3separaterinses.
•Useaminimumof189L(50gallons)foreachrinse.
•Usethecleanersandneutralizersasrecommendedbythe
chemicalmanufacturers.
•Usepure,cleanwater(nocleanersorneutralizers)for
thelastrinse.

ModetoHand-SprayMode
1.Stopthemachine,turntheboomsoff,andsetthe
parkingbrake.
WARNING
Drivingwhileusingthehandsprayercan
causelossofcontrol,resultingininjuryor
death.
Donotoperatethehandsprayerwhiledriving.
2.Atthebackofthemachine,ensurethatthetriggerlock
onthespraygunislocked.
3.Rotatethegreenhandleonthecontrolvalve90degrees.
4.Fromtheoperatingposition,turnthepumpon.
5.SwitchthemasterboomtotheOnposition.
6.Settheenginetothedesiredspeed,thenengagethe
neutralengine-speedlock.
Important:Donotuseapressuresettinghigher
than1034kPa(150psi)withthehandsprayer.
SprayingwiththeHand
Sprayer
1.Pulloutthedesiredamountofhosefromthereel.
Important:Donotpullthehosewiththespray
gun.Alwaysholdthehoseandpullonitdirectly.
2.Releasethetriggerlock.
3.Directthespraygunnozzleattheareatobesprayed
andpullthetrigger.
4.Releasethetriggerandsetthetriggerlockwhenyou
arenished.
SwitchingfromHand-Spray
ModetoBoom-SprayMode
1.Presstherewindbuttononthehosereeluntilonlya
fewfeetofhoseisoutofthereel.
Note:Thehose-reelrewindbuttoncanonlybeused
whenthesupervisorkeyonthesprayerconsoleisin
theUnlockedposition.
CAUTION
Hands,looseclothing,longhair,andjewelry
couldgetcaughtinthehoseandreelwhile
rewindingandcauseinjury.
•Keepyourhandsclearofthereelandhose
whileitisrewinding.
•Donotwearlooseclothingorjewelryand
tieuplonghair.
2.Rotatethegreenhandleonthecontrolvalve90degrees.
3.Directthespraygunnozzleatanareawhereitissafe
tospray,releasethetriggerlock,andpullthetrigger
untilallremaininguidisoutofthehose,thensetthe
triggerlock.
4.Returnthesprayguntotheholderonthebackofthe
reel.
5.Returntheenginetoidlespeed.
6.Stopthepump.

withfreshcleanwaterduringyourdailycleaning
routine(refertoyoursprayer

Failuretoproperlycleanthespraygunmay
degradetheperformanceandreliabilityofthe
hosereelkitandspraygun.
7.Usetherateswitchtosetthedesiredpressure.
