1.Insert the shafts of the casters
into their corresponding sockets
of the base . Push in firmly.
Stand the base upright.
3.Assemble cylinder cover
Slide cylinder (A) up through cylinder
(B) (see fig 1). With cylinder (A) en-
gaged with cylinder (B), slide cylinder
(C) down over cylinders (A and B)
(see fig 2). Refer to fig. 3 for completed
assembly.
4.Place cover over the
cylinder in base.
2.Insert cylinder into base
With base resting on floor, insert
cylinder as shown.

5.Insert the cylinder into the seat
control plate assembly, as shown. 6. Remove plastic locking pin from bag attached to the back upright. Place metal
upright through slit at rear of seat, as shown.
Insert plastic locking pin into upright. The
plastic locking pin keeps the upright from
pulling out of the control. See front page
for view of the pin and the upright.
