BELT CASSETTE REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
TOOL NEEDED
Phillips Screwdriver
1. Loosen the four bottom screws securing the cassette
into the post. (See Figure 1)
2. Slide the cassette out of the post. (See Figure 2)
3. Loosen the lower screws slightly on the replacement
cassette, but do not remove them completely.
(See Figure 3)
WARNING! Do not loosen the top screws.
This will break cassette.
4. Fit the replacement cassette into the slots in the top
of the post. (See Figure 4)
5. Slide the cassette all the way down the post slots.
(See Figure 5)
6. Tighten screws securing the cassette into the post.
(See Figure 6)
NOTE: Do not overtighten, as this may affect
the belt retraction.

REMOVE THE LOWER BELT CASSETTE
1. Remove post retaining screws. (See Figure 7)
2. Slide off the post top. (See Figure 8)
3. Loosen the four bottom screws on cassette and slide
out the cassette. (See Figure 9)
4. Then, follow steps 3-6 on page one and replace
post top.
