Do not allow children to use the blender unsu-
pervised.
•
If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced
by the manufacturer, a maintenance service or
similar qualified personnel to avoid danger.

Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself. Do
not disassemble the unit; if any malfunction is
detected or after it was dropped, unplug the unit
and apply to any authorized service center from
the contact address list given in the warranty cer-
tificate and on the website www.vitek.ru.

To avoid damages, transport the unit in the origi-
nal package only.
•
Keep the unit out of reach of children and people
with disabilities.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low tem-
perature keep it for at least three hours at room
temperature before switching on.
•
Unpack the blender and remove any advertising
stickers and package materials that can prevent
the unit operation.
•
Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case
of damages.
•
Before switching the unit on, make sure that the
mains voltage corresponds to the voltage speci-
fied on the unit body.
•
The unit is intended for operation with AC system
and 50 or 60 Hz frequency. The unit does not
need any additional settings for operating with
the required nominal frequency.
•
Before using the unit wash the attachments
(2, 12), the bowl (10) and the knife (9) of the
chopper, the cup (13) with warm water and a
neutral detergent and dry them thoroughly.
•
Wipe the motor unit (4), the chopper geared lid
(8) and the whisk attachment gear (11) with a
soft slightly damp cloth and then wipe them dry.
ATTENTION!
•
Do not immerse the motor unit (4), the chopper
geared lid (8), the whisk attachment gear (11),
the power cord and the power plug into water or
any other liquids.
•
Wash only the operating part (1) of the blender
attachment (2), clean the outer surface with a
damp cloth. Never immerse the blender attach-
ment (2) into water or any other liquids com-
pletely.
•
Do not put the attachments and bowls in a dish-
washing machine.
OPERATION TIME
The blender set allows quick and effective opera-
tion, continuous operation time with soft products
should not exceed 1 minute and the operation time
for hard products should not exceed 50 seconds.
Make at least 4-minute break between operation
cycles.
USING THE BLENDER
ATTACHMENT
Use the removable blender attachment (2) for mak-
ing fruit puree, baby food, sauces, mayonnaise,
for mixing various ingredients and making cock-
tails (for processing fruit and vegetables containing
enough liquid).
WARNING: Before installing the attachment (2),
make sure that the power plug is not inserted into
the mains socket.

Install the detachable blender attachment (2) to
the installation place (3), turn the blender attach-
ment (2) counterclockwise until bumping to the
position of the mark « », make sure that the
attachment (2) is fixed properly (pic. 1).

Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
–
Immerse the blender attachment (2) into the
bowl with food that you want to chop/mix.
Note: You can put the foodstuffs into the cup (13).
ATTENTION!
While processing products keep the unit vertically.
–
To switch the blender on, press and hold down
the button (6) «ON». Use this operation mode
for mixing liquid ingredients. Turn the attach-
ment rotation speed control knob (7) to the
position 1-5 to change the attachment (2) rota-
tion speed.
–
If you press and hold down the «TURBO» button
(5), the unit will operate at maximum rotation
speed. Use this operation mode for combined
processing of liquid and solid foodstuffs.
Notes:
–
Put ingredients into the container before switch-
ing the unit on. The amount of the products to be
processed should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity
of the bowl in which they are processed.
–
Provide that no liquid gets above the connection
place of the blender attachment with the motor
unit base (4).
–
When chopping the ingredients, slowly move the
blender vertically (up and down).
–
If during operation the blender attachment knife
is blocked, before cleaning it release the motor
unit (4) on/off button (5, 6) and unplug the motor
unit from the mains.
