Tool Required: Phillips Screwdriver, Allen Wrench (provided)
Assembly Instructions
1. Unpack the unit and confirm you have all the hardware and parts required.
2. First attach the HB/FB Top Molding (Part AB) to the top of the Headboard and
Footboard (part A & B). Insert the Wood Dowel (part S) into each top hole of
Headboard and Footboard post, using the wood dowels as guide insert four 3” Bolts
(part T) through the Small Flat Washers (part UU) through the pre-drilled holes into
the threaded inserts located on the Top Molding. Make sure the Headboard and
Footboard go all the way into the slot of the Top Molding (part AB), See detail #1.
3. Insert two Barrel Nuts (part M) into each end of the Back Side Rail (part C). Be sure
that the long slot on the Barrel Nut is facing out and that the long groove is parallel to
the Rail towards the end of the Side Rail.
4. Bolt the Back Side Rail (part C) to the Footboard (part B); by inserting two 4" Bolts
(part L) through the holes in the post of the Footboard and into the Barrel Nut (part
M) in the Back Side Rail. As shown in detail #2.
NOTE: MAKE SURE THAT THE SOLID TRIM ATTACHED TO THE SIDE RAILS
IS POINTING TOWARD THE INSIDE OF THE BED.
5. Repeat last step to attach the other end of the Side Rail to the Headboard (part A).
6. Follow steps 3 through 5 to attach the Front Side Rail (part CC) to the Headboard
and Footboard (part A & B). As shown in detail #2.

7. Layout the Mattress Support Slats (part D) into the slots in the Back and Front Side
Rails (part C &CC), Make sure that every slot has a slat. As shown in detail #3.
8. Screw in each end of the slats using the 1” Screws (part P) through the pre-drilled
holes in the slat, as shown in detail #3.
9. Align one Front/Back Bottom Panel (part H) with the Middle Bottom Panel (part I)
and then at the other side the other Front/Back Bottom Panel (part H). Make sure
that the Middle Bottom Panel (part I) is placed in a proper position. See detail #4.
10. Before placing the Support Stretchers (part J) on top of the Bottom Panels, make sure
that the 3 sections are snug and even, then proceed to screw with six 1” Screws (part P).
See detail #4.
11. Repeat with the other Support Stretcher at the other side.
Note: Do not tighten all bolts until all parts are assembled, this will make it easier to
align the brackets with the insert nuts.
12. Install the Drawer Back Panel (part EE) by inserting the bottom of the Trundle into
the groove of the Back Panel. Secure by screwing four 1/2” Bolts (part O) through the
metal bracket and into the metal insert nut. Note: Do not tighten. See detail # 4A.
13. Pick up one Side Panel (part F) and insert two Wood Dowels (part S) at each end of
the Side Panel. Proceed to secure the Side Panel to the Back Panel (part EE) with one
1/2" Bolt (part O). Use the Allen Wrench to secure. Make sure that the two wooden
dowels on the ends of the Side Panel are fully inserted into the holes of the Drawer
Back Panel (part EE). See Detail #4A.
14. Repeat step #13 to secure the other Drawer Side Panel (part F) at the other side. See
detail #4A.
15. Install the Drawer Front Panel (part E) by inserting the base into the groove on the
back of the Front Panel; make sure that the two wooden dowels on the ends of the
Side Panels are fully inserted into the holes of the Drawer Front Panel (part E). See
detail #4.
16. Secure the Drawer Front Panel (part E) by screwing with the 1/2" Bolts (part O)
through the bracket into the insert nut. Now fully tighten all bolts.See detail #4.

17. With the help of two people lift the Drawer and turn it over.
18. Install the last four 1/2" Bolts (part O) in the upper corners of the Side Panels
through the metal brackets and into the metal insert nut, in both Front and Back
Panels. See detail # 5.
19. To convert the Trundle into two storage drawers, place the Drawer Divider Panel
(part G) in the center of the Trundle assembled, secure with four 1/2” Bolts through
the metal bracket into the insert nut, as shown in detail #5.
20. Now install the Knobs to the outside of Drawer Front and Back Panel (part E & EE)
with the provided Knob Bolts through the Lock Washer (part V) and Small Flat
Washer (part U). As shown in detail #5A.
Note: We provide Metal and Wood knob for your choice. The 5/32”x1 1/8” Bolt (part R)
is for Metal Knob (part Q) and 3/16”x7/8” Bolt (part RR) is for Wood Knob (part QQ).

Assembly Instructions
21. Push the assembled Trundle in place as shown in detail #6.
A Touch-Up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that
may occur during assembly or shipping.
