To Set Up And Access Your Voicemail | Press the Message
buon, and use the dialpad to enter the VMail PIN listed above.
Follow the instrucons to record your name, greeng and to change
your default password. If you have already set up your voicemail, press
the Message buon and enter your chosen PIN.
To Remotely Access Your Voicemail | If your administrator
has given you a voicemail access number, dial that number, enter your
extension, and then enter your voicemail PIN. If you don’t have an
access number or don’t remember it, simply dial your direct phone
number and press # when you hear your greeng. Then enter your
extension and voicemail PIN.
To Answer Your Phone | Li the handset , press the Speaker
buon, or press the Headset buon. Press the
respecve buon again to hang up.
To Answer While On A Call | Press the Answer so key. The
current call you are on will be placed on hold automacally and you
will be connected to the incoming call. You may also press the Line
key of the ringing call.

Hold | While on a call press the Hold buon. To pick up a held
call, press the Line key the call came in on or press Hold again.
Park | (system hold) While on a call press the Park so key. It will
then show the park number in the display (typically 01). Press Exit to
clear the park number from the display. If your phone has dedicated
park keys, press an available Park key (not ashing red) and it will
assign the call to that Park key.
Unpark | Li the handset then press the Pickup so key and dial
the park number (typically 01) followed by Send. If your phone has
dedicated park buons, press the Park key correlang to the park
number you wish to retrieve (it will be ashing red).
Voicemail Transfer | While on the phone with the caller press the
Transfer buon, then *86 followed by the extension number.
Conference A Call | Call the rst party, then press the Conf. so
key. Dial the extension number or full 10-digit number of the second
party. To conference the two pares together, press the Conf. so key
again.
Call Pick Up | To pickup any ringing phone, dial *77 on your phone
then li the handset.
Directed Call Pick Up |To pick up a specic ringing extension,
enter the extension number followed by * and press Send.
Paging |(if congured) Press *4 followed by the paging group
number (typically 01, 02, etc.) and press Send. Wait for the prompt
and announce your page.
Intercom |Press the Intercom key followed by the extension
number and press Send. If you do not have an Intercom key dial *4
followed by the extension number and press Send.
Supervised Transfer | While on the phone with the caller press
the Transfer buon. Type in the extension or phone number of
the person you wish to transfer the call to. Wait on the line unl they
answer and announce the call. If the party is available to take the call,
hang up and the call will be transferred. If they are not available, press
Cancel and the caller will be placed on hold. Press the Line key to
return to the caller.
Blind Transfer | (you do not want to talk to the person before you
transfer) While on the phone with the caller press the Transfer
buon. Dial the extension or full 10-digit number of the person you
wish to transfer the call to, then press Transfer again.
