Bitte lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch
und bewahren sie dann gut auf, damit Ihnen diese Informationen bei Bedarf immer
wieder zur Verfügung stehen.
1. Inbetriebnahme
Aktivieren / Auswechseln der Batterien:
Zum Auswechseln der Batterien öffnen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel und schieben jeweils
die Batterie an der Aussparung nach unten, so können Sie die Batterie leicht entnehmen.
Achten Sie darauf, die Kontakte nicht zu verbiegen. Setzen Sie die neuen Batterien ein
und schließen den Batteriefachdeckel.
Sicherheitshinweise:
Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass keine Gegenstände auf die Waage
fallen, da ansonsten die Waage Schaden nehmen könnte.

Reinigen Sie die Waage nur mit einem feuchten Tuch. Verwenden
Sie keine Lösungs- oder Scheuermittel. Nicht unter Wasser
tauchen. Alle Kunststoffteile der Waage sollten direkt nach dem
Kontakt mit Fett, Gewürzen, Essig und anderen stark gewürzten
und eingefärbten Lebensmitteln gereinigt werden. Vermeiden Sie
den Kontakt mit Zitronensäure.
2. Bedienung
Einschalten der Waage :
Drücken Sie zum Einschalten der Waage mit einem Druck von mindestens 500 g für
etwa 2 Sekunden fest auf die Wägeplattform. Die Anzeige läuft kurz durch und im
Display erscheint je nach Einstellung „0 g“ / „0,0 fl.oz“ / „0: lb 0,0 oz“ oder „0 ml“. Die
Waage ist nun zum Wiegen bereit.
Gewichtseinhe iten:
Durch Berühren des UNIT-Feldes können Sie die länderspezifische Gewichtseinheit
verändern (g = Gramm / fl.oz. = fluid ounce / lb = pound / ml = Milliliter). Achten Sie bitte
darauf, dass die Waage auf die für Sie maßgebliche Gewichtseinheit eingestellt ist.
Zuwiege-(Tara-)Fun ktion:
Durch Berühren des |TARE-Feldes können Sie die Waage auf „0“ setzen. Stellen Sie
z.B. eine Schüssel auf die Wiegeplattform, drücken |TARE und setzen somit die Waage
wieder auf „0“. Dieser Vorgang lässt sich bis zum Erreichen der Gesamtkapazität der
Waage (5 kg) beliebig oft wiederholen. Nach dem Abnehmen des Wiegeguts wird das
Gesamtgewicht angezeigt.
Automatische s Abschalten der Waage:
Wenn sich das angezeigte Gewicht innerhalb von ca. zwei Minuten nicht verändert,
schaltet sich die Waage automatisch aus.
3. Fehlermeldungen
„Lo“ = Anzeige Batterie leer - Bitte ersetzen Sie die Batterien mit dem
für Ihre Waage vorgesehenen Batterietyp (2 x CR2032).
„EEE E“ = Überlastanzeige – Max. Kapazität der Waage von 5 kg wurde
überschritten. Nehmen Sie sofort die Last von der Waage, da
ansonsten die Wägezelle Schaden nehmen könnte.

5. Garantie
ADE garantiert für 3 Jahre ab Kaufdatum die kostenfreie Behebung von Mängeln aufgrund
Material- oder Fabrikationsfehlern durch Reparatur oder Austausch. Im Garantiefall
Waage, mit Garantieabschnitt unter Angabe des Reklamationsgrundes, an Ihren Händler
zurückgeben.

Please read this instruction manual prior to the start up and keep it careful to have this
information on hand whenever needed.
1. Preparation for use
Activate / Replace batteries:
To replace batteries open the battery cover and move in each case the batteries at the
recess downwards and the batteries will be easy to take out. Make sure that you do not
bend the contact. Insert the new batteries and close the battery cover.
Safety guidelines:
Please care that no heavy object may fall on the scale.
Otherwise, the scale may become damage.
Clean the scale only by using a slightly damp cloth. Do not use
solvents or abrasive cleaning agents. Do not submerge the
scale under water. All plastic parts of the scale should been
cleaned immediately after contact with fat, spices, vinegar and
other heavily spiced or coloured food. Avoid contact with citric
acid.
2. Handling
Switch-on the scale:
Press down on the scales' surface for about 2 seconds with a pressure of 500 g to
switch the scales on. Shortly the signal run through and in the display appears the signal
“0 g“ / “0,0 fl.oz“ / “0: lb 0,0 oz“ or “0 ml“ according to the setting. Now the scale is
ready to use.
Units of weight:
By touching the UNIT-panel it is possible to change the unit of weight for country specific
setting (g = gram / fl.oz. = fluid ounce / lb = pound / ml = millilitre). Please pay attention to
use the scale under consideration of your country specific unit of weight.
Tare-func tion:
Use the |TARE-panel to set the scale to “0”. Place for example a bowl on the weighing
platform. Upon the weight is indicated touch the |TARE-panel to set the indication
again to zero. This process is repeatable until the max. capacity of the scale (5 kg) has
been reached. After removal of the load, the total weight will be indicating.
Automatic switch-off the scale
If the indicated weight does not change within approx. two minutes, the scale will
automatically switch-off.
3. Error Messages
“Lo“ = Batteries are used up - Please replace the batteries with the
intended type (2 x CR 2032).
“EEE E“ = Overload - The weight exceeds the maximum capacity of 5 kg.
Please immediately remove the critical load to avoid load cell
damage.

5. Warranty
ADE warrants for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase that it will remedy any

including the reason of complaint to your dealer.

Antes de utilizar el aparato por primera vez, léase por favor el presente manual
detenidamente y guárdelo en un lugar seguro para poder recurrir a él siempre que
necesite consultar alguna información.
1. Puesta en funcionamiento
Activar / cambiar las pilas:
Para cambiar las pilas, abra la tapa del compartimento de las pilas y empuje cada pila
hacia abajo por la muesca, así podrá extraerla con facilidad. Tenga cuidado de no doblar
los contactos. Inserte las pilas nuevas y cierre la tapa del compartimento.
Indicaciones de seguridad:
Procure que no se caiga ningún objeto sobre la balanza porque
en ese caso podría dañarla.
Limpie la balanza simplemente con un paño húmedo. No utilice
productos abrasivos ni disolventes. No sumerja el aparato en
agua. Todas las piezas sintéticas de la balanza deben limpiarse
inmediatamente cuando entren en contacto directo con grasas,
condimentos, vinagre u otros productos alimenticios fuertemente
coloreados. Evite el contacto con ácido cítrico.
2. Manejo
Conexión de la balanza:
Para conectar la báscula, presione firmemente la plataforma de pesaje durante unos
2 segundos con una presión de al menos 500 g. La indicación repasa brevemente los
valores y en la pantalla se visualiza, en función del ajuste "0 g" / "0,0 fl.oz" / "0: b 0,0 oz"
o bien "0 ml" en función del ajuste. La balanza está ahora lista para pesar.
Unidades de peso:
Tocando el botón UNIT se puede modificar la unidad de peso nacional específica (g =
gramos / fl.oz. = onzas líquidas / lb = libras / ml = mililitros). Asegúrese de que la balanza
tenga ajustada la unidad de peso que sea aplicable en su caso.
Función de pesaje adicional (tara):
Tocando el campo |TARE puede poner la balanza en "0". Coloque un cuenco, por
ejemplo, en el plato de pesaje pulse |TARE y ajuste entonces la balanza de nuevo en
"0". Este proceso se puede repetir las veces que haga falta hasta alcanzar la capacidad
total de la báscula (5 kg). Cuando se retire de nuevo el producto pesado, se mostrará el
peso total.
Desconexión automática de la balanza:
Cuando el peso visualizado no cambia durante dos minutos, aproximadamente, la
balanza se apaga automáticamente.
3. Mensajes de error
"Lo" = Indicación de que la pila está agotada. Sustituya las pilas por otras
nuevas del tipo previsto para su balanza (2 unidades CR2032).
"EEEE" = Indicación de sobrecarga – Se ha excedido la capacidad máx. de 5 kg
de la balanza. Retire inmediatamente la carga de la balanza, porque en
caso contrario la célula de carga podría llegar a dañarse.

5. Garantía
ADE garantiza durante 3 años a partir de la fecha de compra la subsanación gratuita de
los vicios y desperfectos debidos a fallos de material o de fabricación mediante la
reparación o el cambio del producto. En el momento de la compra, solicite al vendedor
que cumplimente el justificante de garantía y le ponga su sello. Si tiene que recurrir a la
prestación de garantía, deberá llevarle la balanza con el justificante de garantía al
vendedor, indicándole la razón de la reclamación.

Abra la tapa del compartimento de las pilas situado en la balanza
y retire las tiras aislantes de la pila. Asegúrese de que los polos
(+/-) estén colocados correctamente.

1. Mise en service
Activer / changer les piles :
Afin de remplacer les piles, ouvrez le compartiment à piles et glissez la pile dans le creux
vers le bas, vous pourrez ainsi enlever la pile facilement. Veillez à ne pas plier les
contacts. Insérez les nouvelles piles et fermez le compartiment à piles.
Instructions de sécurité :
Veillez à ce qu'aucun objet ne tombe sur la balance, autrement
elle pourrait être endommagée.
Nettoyez la balance uniquement avec un chiffon humide.
N'utilisez aucun solvant ou produit abrasif. Ne pas plonger dans
l'eau. Toutes les pièces en plastique de la balance devraient être
nettoyées immédiatement après être entrées en contact avec de
la graisse, des épices, du vinaigre et d'autres produits
alimentaires très épicés et colorés. Évitez tout contact avec de
l'acide citrique.
2. Commande
Mise en marche de la balance :
Pour mettre la balance en marche, exercez une pression d'au moins 500 g sur la
plateforme de pesage pendant environ 2 secondes. L'affichage défile un court instant et
en fonction du réglage, "0 g" / "0,0 fl.oz" / "0 : lb 0,0 oz" ou "0 ml" apparaît à l'écran. La
balance est maintenant prête pour la pesée.
Unités de poids :
Vous pouvez modifier l'unité de poids spécifique à chaque pays (g = gramme / fl.oz =
once fluide / lb oz = once livre / ml = millilitre) en effleurant le champ UNIT. Veillez à ce que
la balance soit réglée sur l'unité de poids désirée.
Fonction remise à zéro (tare) :
En effleurant le champ |TARE, vous pouvez remettre la balance à "0". Placez par
exemple un plat sur le plateau de pesée, appuyez sur TARE et remettez ainsi la balance
à "0". Ce processus peut être répété aussi souvent que nécessaire jusqu'à ce que la
capacité totale de la balance (5 kg) soit atteinte. Après avoir enlevé le produit à peser, le
poids total est indiqué.
Arrêt automatique de la balance :
Si le poids indiqué ne change pas au bout de deux minutes environ, la balance s'éteint
automatiquement.
3. Messages d'erreur
"Lo" = Affichage batterie vide – Veuillez remplacer les piles avec le type
prévu pour votre balance (2 x CR 2032).
"EEEE" = Indicateur de surcharge – La capacité maximale de la balance (5
kg) a été dépassée. Enlevez immédiatement la charge de la
balance, autrement le capteur de pesage pourrait être
endommagé.

5. Garantie
ADE garantit pendant 3 ans à partir de la date d'achat, le produit contre tout défaut ou

votre revendeur de remplir le coupon de garantie et d'y apposer un tampon. En cas de
garantie, remettre la balance à votre revendeur, avec le coupon de garantie, en indiquant
le motif de réclamation.

Ouvrez le couvercle du compartiment à piles au dos de la
balance et enlevez la languette de sécurité des piles. Veillez à
respecter la polarité ( +/- ).

Non gettare le batterie insieme ai rifiuti domestici. Il consumatore è obbligato per legge a
restituire le batterie usate. Le batterie usate possono essere consegnate presso i centri di

Attivazione/Sostituzione delle batterie:
Per sostituire le batterie, aprire il coperchio del vano batterie e in prossimità della cavità

Evitare di piegare i contatti. Introdurre le nuove batterie e chiudere il coperchio del vano
batterie.
Avvertenze di sicurezza:
Evitare la caduta di oggetti sulla bilancia, altrimenti potrebbe
danneggiarsi.
Pulire la bilancia solo con un panno umido. Evitare l'uso di
prodotti solventi o abrasivi. Non immergere la bilancia in acqua.
Pulire subito tutti i componenti in plastica della bilancia che sono
entrati in contatto con grasso, spezie, aceto e altri alimenti molto
speziati e colorati. Evitare il contatto con acido citrico.
2. Uso
Accensione della bilancia:
Per accendere la bilancia, esercitare una pressione di almeno 500 g per circa 2 secondi
sul piatto. Sul display scorrono tutti i simboli e poi, a seconda dell'unità di misura
impostata, compare la scritta "0 g" / "0,0 fl.oz" / "0: lb 0,0 oz" o "0 ml". A questo punto
la bilancia è pronta per pesare.
Unità di misura:
Premendo il simbolo UNIT è possibile modificare l'unità di misura (g = grammi / fl.oz. =
once liquide / lb = libbre / ml = millilitri). Accertarsi che l'unità di misura della bilancia sia
correttamente impostata.
Funzione Tara:
Premendo il simbolo |TARE, la bilancia viene riportata a "0". Appoggiando p.es. sul
piatto della bilancia una chiave e premendo |TARE, la bilancia ritorna a "0". Questa
operazione può essere ripetuta a piacere sino al raggiungimento della capacità totale della
bilancia (5 kg). Dopo il prelevamento dell'oggetto pesato, viene visualizzato il peso totale.
Spegnimento automatico della bilancia:
Se il peso visualizzato non varia entro un intervallo di circa due minuti, la bilancia si spegne
automaticamente.
3. Messaggi di guasto
"Lo" = Batterie esaurite – sostituire le batterie con batterie dello stesso tipo
(2 x CR2032).
"EEEE" = Bilancia sovraccarica – è stata superata la massima capacità di 5 kg
della bilancia. Rimuovere immediatamente il peso dalla bilancia, per
evitare di danneggiare la cella di carico.

Lees deze handleiding voor de eerste keer gebruiken zorgvuldig door en bewaar hem
dan goed opdat u desgewenst steeds weer kunt beschikken over deze informatie.
1. In gebruik nemen
Activeren / vervangen van de batterijen:
Om de batterijen te vervangen opent u het deksel van het batterijvak en schuift de
batterijen bij de uitsparing omlaag. Zo kunt u de batterijen er gemakkelijk uithalen. Let
erop dat u de contacten niet verbuigt. Plaats de nieuwe batterijen en sluit het deksel van
het batterijvak.
Veiligheidsinstructies:
Let er goed op dat geen voorwerpen op de weegschaal vallen
omdat de weegschaal anders kan beschadigen.
Reinig de weegschaal alleen met een vochtig doekje. Gebruik
geen oplos- of schuurmiddel. Niet onder water dompelen. Alle
kunststof onderdelen van de weegschaal moeten direct na
contact met vet, kruiden, azijn en andere sterk gekruide en
gekleurde levensmiddelen worden gereinigd. Vermijd contact met
citroenzuur.
2. Bediening
Inscha kelen van de weegschaal:
Om de weegschaal aan te zetten drukt u met een druk van minstens 500 g gedurende
ongeveer 2 seconden stevig op het weegplatform. De weergave loopt even verder en op
het display verschijnt al naargelang de instelling "0 g" / "0,0 fl.oz" / "0: lb 0,0 oz" of "0
ml". De weegschaal is nu klaar om te wegen.
Gewichtseen heden:
Door aanraken van het UNIT-veld kunt u de landspecifieke gewichtseenheid veranderen
(g = gram / fl.oz. = fluid ounce / lb = Engelse pond ounce / ml = milliliter). Let erop dat de
weegschaal op de voor u gebruikelijke gewichtseenheid is ingesteld.
Doorweeg-(tarra-)func tie:
Door aanraken van het |TARE-veld kunt de weegschaal op "0" zetten. Plaats bijv. een
kom op het weegplatform, druk |TARE en zet daarmee de weegschaal weer op "0".
Deze stap kunt u tot het bereiken van de max. capaciteit van de weegschaal (5 kg) zo
vaak u wilt herhalen. Na het wegnemen van het weeggoed wordt het totale gewicht
weergegeven.
Automatisch uitscha kelen van de weegschaal:
Wanneer het weergegeven gewicht binnen ca. twee minuten niet verandert, schakelt de
weegschaal automatisch uit.
3. Foutmeldingen
"Lo" = Weergave batterij leeg - vervang de batterijen door het voor uw
weegschaal bestemde type batterij (2 x CR2032).
"EEEE" = Overbelasting - De max. capaciteit van de weegschaal van 5 kg werd
overschreden. Haal onmiddellijk de last van de weegschaal omdat
anders de weegcel kan beschadigen.

weegschaal, met garantiestrookje, met opgave van de reden voor de reclamatie aan uw
