1. Create CrossChex Cloud Account
Before you can setup your nex CX7, you will need to setup your Cross Chex
Cloud Account.
Open your web browser and visit

3. Select the network connection as you want.
4. Attach a LAN cable to your clock and router, before you select
the Ethernet.
5. Fill the correct network information in the terminal
ـX§ƊƮƮȲƵȺȺة²ɐƦȁƵɈǿƊȺDzƊȁƮJƊɈƵɩƊɯفȌȲȺƵǶƵƧɈɈǘƵDHCP in the
Retrieve IP Mode to automatic get the network information to connect
with internet. And click “Set” to next Cloud setup steps.

1. Plug your Time Clock into a power outlet to power on the terminal.

9. Fill the User and Password in the terminal.

3. Add Department
Departments are used to group users and time clock terminal together
within the Cloud system.
After created departments you will be able to assign the device to the
respective department and give local permission for users and employees.

2. Click Add to create a new department, and enter the new department’s
information. Click !Ȍȁ˛Ȳǿto save it.
3. You can always Edit the already created departments or Delete them by
using the checking boxes at their respective left side, and the buttons on
the right side, as shown in the next picture:

The device management is checking the hardware information and assign
the device to department.
