Safety and Care Advice
Check you have all the
components and tools listed on
pages 2 and 3.
Remove all fittings from the
plastic bags and separate them
into their groups.
Keep children and animals
away from the work area, small
parts could choke if swallowed.
Make sure you have enough
space to layout the parts before
starting.
Assemble the item as close
to its final position (in the same
room) as possible.
Assemble on a soft level
surface to avoid damaging the
unit or your floor.
Assembly requires 2 people.
Do not stand or put excessive
weight on the product,this could
cause damage.
We do not
recommend the
use of power
drill/drivers for
inserting screws,
as this could damage the unit.
Only use hand screwdrivers and
Allen keys.
Dispose of all packaging
carefully and responsibly.

Only clean using a damp cloth
and mild detergent, do no use
bleach or abrasive cleaners.
From time to time check that
there are no loose screws on
this unit.
This product should not be
discarded with household
waste. Take to your local
authority waste disposal centre.

Preparing panels
Place top panel , base
panel , and drawer fronts
flat onto the floor
with the fixing holes facing up.
Screw metal dowels into
each panel as shown.
Screw metal dowels as far as
shown. Do not overtighten.
Assembling panels
Insert wood dowels into
base panel as shown.
Carefully locate side panels
and and dividers
and onto base panel
in the locations shown.
Note: Ensure all grooves on
the side panels and dividers
are correctly located at the
back.
Insert large locking nuts
into side panels and
and dividers and .
Turn locking nuts clockwise
to secure.

Assembling back panel
Carefully slide back panels
into the grooves between
panels and and

Assembling top panel
With help, carefully locate top
panel into position as
shown.
Insert large locking nuts
into side panels , and
dividers , .
Turn locking nuts clockwise
to secure.

Assembling drawer runners
Attach one half of drawer
runners onto side panels
, and dividers ,
as shown. Secure with screws
.
Preparing base
With help, carefully turn the
unit onto it’s back.
Warning: The unit is
heavy. Lift with care.
Secure metal brackets to
base panel using screws
.

Attaching legs
Screw legs onto metal
brackets until they are
secure.
Assembling drawers
a: Locate drawer side panels
and onto drawer front
.
Note: Ensure all grooves are
correctly located at the
bottom.
Insert small locking nuts
into drawer side panels
and . Turn locking nuts
clockwise to secure.
b: Slide drawer base panel
into the grooves.
c: Locate drawer back panel
in between drawer side
panels and . Secure
using screws .
d: Locate drawer runners
onto each side of the drawer
body. Secure using screws .
Repeat for both drawers.

upright.
