INSTRUCTIONS D’ENTRETIEN
Un programme d’entretien hebdomadaire devra être prévu pour les ensembles de nez.
•Retirer l’intégralité de l’ensemble de nez en inversant la procédure des ‘Instructions de montage’.
•Remplacer toutes pièces usées ou endommagées.
•En particulier, veiller à vérifier l’usure de la vis d’entraînement.
•Assembler l’ensemble en suivant les instructions de montage.
IMPORTANT
Sauf indications contraires, l’alimentation en air doit être coupée avant de monter ou retirer les ensembles de nez.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
Note : Les repères en caractères grisés sont inclus dans l’Outil de base ; les références de pièce sont incluses dans le Manuel d’instructions
du modèle 74200, à la rubrique Assemblage général de l’outil de base – Liste de pièces. Les repères en caractères noirs
constituent l’ensemble de nez ; ces pièces varient en fonction du type et de la taille de l’insert. Consulter la rubrique consacrée aux
Ensembles de nez du Manuel d’instructions du modèle 74200.

PIVOT
CONTRE-ÉCROU
ECROU ADAPTATEUR CARTER DE NEZ
Avant l’installation, veiller à ce que la course de l’outil soit réglée sur zéro en faisant pivoter le carter arrière à fond dans le sens horaire.
Les numéros de repères en caractères gras renvoient à l’illustration ci-dessous :
•Déposer le carter de nez et l’écrou adaptateur de l’outil de base.
•Insérer l’axe d’entraînement 4dans le pivot.
•Installer la vis de pose 3sur l’axe d’entraînement 4.
•Insérer le manchon réducteur 5(si fourni) sur l’écrou adaptateur et visser l’écrou adaptateur sur le pivot. Caler le pivot à l’aide de la clé qui
convient et serrer le contre-écrou dans le sens horaire.
•Visser le carter de nez sur l’outil, visser le nez 1avec le contre-écrou de nez 2sur le carter de nez.
•Visser un insert sur la vis de pose, jusqu’à ce que la partie frontale de l’insert soit de niveau avec la vis de pose.
•Régler le nez jusqu’à ce que sa partie frontale touche à l’arrière de l’insert. En tenant le nez en place, visser le contre-écrou de nez sur la
partie frontale du carter de nez et le serrer à l’aide de la clé qui convient.
•Régler la course de l’outil conformément aux instructions du Manuel d’instructions du modèle 74200, rubrique Réglage du course.

Nose Assembly Fitting Instructions
IMPORTANT
The air supply must be disconnected when fitting or removing nose assemblies unless specifically instructed otherwise.
Note: Items in grey are included in the Base Tool, part numbers can be found in the 74200 Instruction Manual section General Assembly of
Base Tool - Parts List. Items in black make up the Nose Assembly, these parts will vary depending on Insert type and size. Refer to
section Nose Assemblies of the 74200 Instruction Manual.

SPINDLE
LOCK NUT
ADAPTOR NUT NOSE CASING
Prior to fitting ensure that Tool is set at zero stroke by turning Rear Casing clockwise till stop occurs.
Item numbers in bold refer to illustration below:
•Remove the Nose Casing and Adaptor Nut from Base Tool.
•Insert Drive Shaft 4into Spindle.
•Fit Drive Screw 3onto Drive Shaft 4.
•Insert Reducing Sleeve 5(where supplied) into the Adaptor Nut, screw Adaptor Nut onto Spindle. Hold Spindle with a suitable spanner and
tighten the Lock Nut anti-clockwise.
•Screw Nose Casing onto Tool, screw Nose Tip 1with Nose Tip Lock Nut 2onto Nose Casing.
•Screw 1 off Insert onto Drive Screw, till front face of Insert is flush with end of Drive Screw.
•Adjust Nose Tip till front face of Nose Tip contacts rear of Insert. Holding Nose Tip in position, screw Nose Tip Lock Nut onto front face of
Nose Casing, tighten using suitable spanner.
•Adjust Tool stroke as shown in 74200 Instruction Manual section Stroke Adjustment.
Nose assemblies should be serviced at weekly intervals.
•Remove the complete Nose Assembly using the reverse procedure to the ‘Fitting Instructions’.
•Replace any worn or damaged part.
•Particularly check for wear to Drive Screw.
•Assemble according to fitting instructions.
